Unfortunately I do not have much positive to say about their service. I just purchased a brand new vehicle from Frank Toyota and it had a minor but annoying electrical issue to be resolved. After a week of waiting I had to call for them to get on it. After leaving the vehicle over 24hrs for them to work on it, I had to call again for them to give me a status and finally deliver the vehicle. Once I went to pick it up, they delivered the vehicle with error messages on my dashboard. I had to, once again, give them then vehicle back for another 24hrs. I got my vehicle back 48hrs later and to make this even more frustrating,they posted my vehicle had over 40K in the Toyota maintenance record when my vehicle had less than 400 miles. It looks like this place needs some mayor fine-tuning and attention to detail. If you want your precious vehicle serviced by professionals, I suggest you go elsewhere. This is my unbiased and honest review.
This dealership ranks in the very top of all dealers in the ways of customer service, dealership amenities, customer perks, and attention to detail. During Covid-19 I saw cleaning staff disinfecting the lounge seating and surfaces between customers. A multitude of snacks are offered as well as coffee and cocoa. WiFi works well. Service Advisor Janet Rodriguez gave amazing service in the Takata airbag recall on a rare and customized RAV-4 Softop, a model they hadnt seen before and Toyota USA doesnt know how few were sold. Outstanding place!
Staff is always super helpful and straight forward. They give you credits toward service for being a repeat custom. They give out snacks and are just so friendly. Whats not to love.
Didnt have the car we wanted because Toyota is slow to ship right now due to the coronavirus. They did try to help. Nice dealership.
My 4runner lost a bolt and bushing from one of the front stabilizer bar end link. After calling Larry H Miller Toyota and getting bad service, I wanted to try Frank. I called the parts dept at FrankToyota. After being put on hold twice for more than 5mins, nobody ever came back on the phone. Not good service, not even asked for a call back number etc. I bought the parts I needed on Amazon.
I took my moms car in for a recall repair.the staff is friendly but the wait times are horrible. I had an appointment at 10 am but still had a long wait just to drop car off. They said the car would be done around 3pm but it wasnt finished until after 5.
Just wanted to give a shout out to Andrea and Gonzalo from the service department for helping me out with my difficult experience! I would be going to them for any questions and concerns I have at Frank Toyota!!

Had my 2005 sienna serviced. Excellent customer service. The service representative Robert Rubio was very attentive to my concerns in my vehicle. This is my daily car for my little ones so safety is my number one concern. He took me very seriously on even the slightest of detail. They are quick and gave me the call right away after my car was done .⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️ 5 star
