I don’t know about you, but I NEVER have good experiences with car salesman. I just mentally prepare myself for a less than awesome experience when I walk into a dealership. We ordered our Ford Bronco a year ago on the day they were released. After a number of changes and setbacks we finally received our truck. David was understanding, apologetic, and communicative through our whole process. Obviously he was in the unfortunate role of being the middle man between the customer and the Ford plant, however, he did all he could for us to make sure we were taken care of. It was such a refreshing experience with David from start to finish. On the day of our Bronco pickup Eric helped us with our paperwork and getting us all set up. He was just as pleasant and professional to deal with. We could not be happier with the service we received. Thank you guys so much.
This is the worst place you can think of to bring your cars for service. They wont communicate in a timely fashion, my service technician will not put the slightest effort to understand your needs. I couldnt believe how horrible the whole place was until I went for unsuccessful service appointment. Just stay away, even if you have to drive a bit further, do it.
When I went to pick up my car, they couldn’t find my keys. Cashier said service had them, service said cashier had them. They were eventually found. Got home and reviewed the paperwork only to realize that the battery needs replacing. Called and left a message for Xavier to schedule time to bring the car back, he never returned my call. The cashier was great, very friendly.

I took my 2016 Ford Explorer in for a recall and received prompt service. I also had a different concern about my vehicle addressed and they were able to fix it by the next morning. Happy with the drop off service and pricing was fair.

I called and made an appointment for an oil change. When I showed up at my appointment time they said that I did not have one. The service tech told me to leave my truck and he would see what he could do it might take all day. It was done within three hours very satisfied.

Peter is great!Found the car we wanted, didn’t try to start high and work down, just went straight for what we asked.Dealership could use some work with waters, coffee, snacks, and cleanliness but as far as people to work with everyone is nice and friendly. Truly seems like they are in the business to move units not $s. Meaning they are looking to find the best car at the best price and work with you until it’s done. Definitely no silly business which is nice. Would definitely recommend if looking for a Ford.
Was looking at a Ford Mustang GT (S197) that was available. . . I appreciated that they have told me that there were complications that would make the vehicle not worthy of being sold. The service department at this location leaves a lot to be desired. I continue to come here because they send me coupons and it’s in a convenient location for me to drop off my vehicle while at work. My latest oil change (8/3/21)…I made an appointment but the service reps couldn’t find me on their list. Luckily I had my email confirmation, but they were gearing up turn me away. They typically do a quick exterior rinse/wash of the vehicles after service and they told me they would this time as well (they didn’t). I was also told they would call once my service was complete (never got a call). I came over after work figuring I’d sit and wait and there was my truck…I had been done for hours and nobody ever called to let me know.
Not a female female friendly place, I wasnt kept in contact about my car, then the guy tired to tell me I needed things replaced that I know I didnt need, my regular mechanic already fixed, after taking my 2nd key down to them the guy working on my car was out,, they couldnt answer any of my questions and promised he would call when he got back,, never called, 4 days later waiting all morning after texting and calling and only getting voice mail, I called again and asked to talk to a manager then was transferred to a voice mail yet again, finally after being waiting got a text my car was ready, I went down, the guy couldnt find my paper work then couldnt or would explain to me what a certain paper was I had to sign, the whole time a guy came in with. Male customer all friendly explaining everything to him, treating him so great, I was then just told they will pull my around, I saw my car went out got the keys from the guy and left. I cant believe badly they were treating me, I get they have a lot to do and many cars to fix But as a Paying customer who needs her car for everything I should have be treated better. The service team is always happy to help whenever I need maintenance on my car. They answer all my questions in great detail so I understand everything theyre going to do. I appreciate their friendly and positive attitude! If you need your car serviced definitely stop by there.I didnt have the best experience while purchasing my car there. The first sales guy was great! Once I got to the guy who put my contract together it kind of went down hill. He asked how I got the money for the down-payment. I was shocked. Im still waiting for their detail guy to contact me to buff the car out (was noted in contract) and waiting for a second key that was promised.
The diagnose your issue for 150$ then include that in the cost of repair. I got my oil leak fixed only took four hours for the repair time. Super helpful and my car drives way better now. Just be sure to make an appointment!
If I could give less than one star I would. My husband and I went to buy a new car. The initial meeting seemed like everything would workout well and once we left we not only found out that the TANKED my husbands credit by running it literally 13 times but they also canceled the contracts because they messed up. After finally going back and thinking we had it all figured out just got another charge out of the blue even though it was taken care of in our contract but also we are no longer doing finances with them. So needless to say it started strong but we won’t even be going back for further services on our vehicle.UPDATE: further charges are because they messed up even more paperwork.
John Kidd was amazingly knowledgeable and helpful, first time that buying a car was not stressful. On times of pandemic everyone is hurting on their credit score, John was so helpful. Hicham in finance had everything ready for us and it took less then 15 minutes to sign the contract and drive away. Everyone super friendly and professional. Best experience ever.

We just bought the 2021 Ford bronco. We were assisted by Eric who did everything he could to make sure we left with the right car, and at a price we could afford. Excellent customer and prompt service - we were in and out within 3 hours including signing all paperwork, and there was one person ahead of us. If you know anything about car dealerships, you know how long it can take once you buy a car. Unbelievably pleased with our purchase and our experience.We will definitely be heading to Perry Ford for our next car purchase !

The salesman who helped us was friendly and courteous however he lacked the knowledge about the vehicle we were interested in. We went into the dealership wanting to buy a specific vehicle and that was why we purchased the vehicle. It could have been the secretary who helped us and we would have bought the car. Even after deciding to buy the car and working out the finance we had to wait for 30 minutes for the car to be finished and detailed.. Additionally while we were at the dealership, two separate incidents happened where customers were unsatisfied with the customer service . Not sure if I would return to this dealership to buy another vehicle.
Renato was excellent, timing was great but as I drove away before I even got to the freeway I realize the noise was still there. So I will have to go back Monday morning and have them look at it again because you can’t just ignore a noise like that because It can only get worse. So I’ll be there at 7:15 Monday morning.I’m confident that eventually we’ll figure out what this noise is and I won’t have to worry about the repercussions it may have if it’s not fixed.
If you want your car serviced at this location, request Renato. Great service tech and customer service skills to suit your needs. Long story short, crankshaft positioning sensor went out and Renato kept me up to date while it was being taken care of. Problem solved. Be warned that many dealers often dont carry stock for a lot of parts these days, so be prepared for a wait if you need something ordered.
The service has been very good. Always the work is done correctly and never had to return till the next service was needed. There is an additional suggestion I would recommend with regular service is washing car or vacuuming. This could add the person service to the repeat customers.

Brought my 17’ F150 in when it went into “Limp” mode after the service light came on. There was an issue with the transmission and even though it was not under the factor warranty any more they still contacted Ford about the issue and got it covered free of charge. Great customer service and communication, from the time I dropped it off until I got it back.
UPDATEI received a call back from Bill and he was able address my concerns and help me get them resolved in a timely manner. Thank you very much for all the help Bill.---------------------------------Scheduled appointment in advance for Safety Recall was told it would be 1 day to complete. Turns out they didnt have the parts but took apart the car and now Im being told it will be 2 to 3 weeks until they return my car . Asked for a courtesy vehicle and was told they cant provide one due to COVID.Called and left a voicemail for the Service Parts Manager Bill and have not heard anything from them!Totally Unacceptable Service!
I went to get an error code fixed/reset on my truck and find out what problem was causing the error. They took the truck in after I had to agree to a diagnostic fee only to find out that nothing is wrong with the truck. I still had to pay the fee which seems weird and they didn’t do anything but reset the error. They could not find anything wrong and only said that something happened to the truck before (that didn’t happen) as a reason for the error. I asked how to prevent the error so I don’t have to pay a huge amount of money just to get it reset and they could not answer that question. I give two stars because the guy was nice enough but the policy for diagnostic fees seems like it needs a review.
I was able to get my vehicle in by next day.The staff were courteous. As well, service time was appropriate.

Visiting Perry Ford was definitely the best decision I could have done. My lease on my F150 ended and I had to visit my Ford dealer to complete my lease purchase. I visited Ford in Chula Vista firdt and I had a terrible experience, I was being quoted $1k over my original purchse price as stated on my lease contract. I left immediately because they were not able to explain where the $1k was coming from, except fees. The next they I came to Perry and spoke with Andy and Jordan. They made the whole process super easy, no hidden fees. Just simple. We were in and out within just an hour. I highly recommend them! Thank you team Perry ! Ford broke my OBD power supply wire when I dropped off my mustang. I literally took pictures of the check engine light codes on my COBB access port 10 minutes before dropping it off. When untuning your car, it deletes the check engine light and the codes. So I snapped a picture of the Cobb screen 10 minutes before my 1pm appointment. The time stamp on my photo of my access port showing my OBD worked before going into the dealership. This same Ford scratched my car 2 years ago and said I did it, even though I took before and after pictures proving them wrong. So this is Ford In national city CA. Also I found my review from 2 years ago they were talking about.This was on August’s 18th 2021 around 1:15 pm
Pricy for the labor completed, but I would rather pay a professional to work on my priceless 2000F150 Harley Davidson! No shade tree mechanic ! I refused to let anyone work on it other than han a Ford shop or I will do it my self!
Xavier provided excellent service and addressed all of my concerns.
I am a quite disappointed with the diagnostic that I was given. Although the PCM was part of the issue, the team did not look into the PCM itself. I took the car elsewhere to get the PCM replaced and to my surprise, the PCM part number they gave me was incorrect to start off with. Also, the electrician found oil from the motor inside the PCM and the cables therefore he could not replace the PCM, which I bought. For me to have paid $150 for a diagnostic and for my car to not have been fully looked into, I am highly disappointed with Perrys Ford service team.
Marvin was very helpful with the whole process. Didn’t feel pressured. It was just pleasant. Everyone was helpful and answered all our question. I would refer friends to go there. Thanks again.

Overall the service team provides timely and clear communication with the customer on repair issues. The only weak link I have experienced is a lack of acknowledgment to the customer is when you arrive to drop your vehicle off. On my last visit I was the only customer at the drop off area standing right outside the office and it was over 5 minutes for someone to asked if I had been helped. Now I dont expect to be mobbed when arriving but at least a hello well be right with you would go a long way. This wasnt my 1st experience with this situation or else I would not of even mentioned it.
Friendly service, explained work needed to repair my car. Dealership met the estimated time and cost of work. When I picked my car I was given a full explanation and parts list for the repair. I would highly recommend Perry Ford for maintenance and repairs to vehicles.

The repairing at the service department was good. The service advisor Hector Garuno was excellent, very friendly and professional. However, there was some administrative discrepancies with the dates of the diagnostic of the vehicle showed on the paperwork and the actual date the diagnostic was given to me over the phone by service department manager. This has complicated my out of pocket rental reimbursement from Ford Motor Credit. Tried to contact the manager again to discuss a warning light that came up on the panel and one of the service department technicians hung up the phone on me and denied my request to talk to the department manager. Very unprofessional, disrespectful and unethical. I called their general manager and left a message to return my call and so far he has not called me back yet. I will submit a formal complaint against the dealership through Ford Motor Co.
Patrick has always given me great service. I only put 4 stars this time not because of anything Patrick did. I did it because the first time I brought my car in for the door lock recall they only the driver side locks. This time they finally fixed them all. I would not have known that if Ford hadnt send me instructions on how to check if they had been done.So 4 stars because I had to come back a second time to fix my door locks.
Had my 2007 ppwerstroke pcm reflash, they reprogram the pcm iin less than 2 hours on a weekend, great job giys, i appreciate it.

Tony Cubano, service, has always been a great person to talk to. Shows concern about your vehicle about what repairs are needed for your vehicle.However, your cashiers department needs to be more attentive to the customer. He was more concerned about talking to his coworker and made me feel completely ignored by him.I have previously used Perry Ford National City for service and was previously offered a 10% military discount, what happened, i asked the cashier and he totally (again) ignored my question.
