I made an appointment to get a flu shot and I was told I still had to wait in the line that literally reaches the from of the store for the pharmacy in the back of the store. It’s been 30 minutes past my appointment time and I’ve been here for 45 and continue to wait. What is the point of the appointments if you still have to wait so long to get a simple shot??

This pharmacy opened up 10 minutes late and the employees moved like snails once it finally opened late! Moreover there was a huge line of about 20 people waiting to be helped and yet only one person came to the front to assist customers. The employee who called the first person in line to the front then proceeded to get her area cleaned forcing the customers she called up to wait an additional 5 minutes after she called them up. I notice one of the customers called was elderly and had to sit due to her age and yet was made to stand for 5 minutes until the Walgreens employee was ready to help her after being called up.

Called before hand to check if my prescription was ready, and was told that it would take 30 minutes from time of the call for it to be ready to pickup. Waited an hour in the slow drive-thru line (because there is always just a skeleton crew)just to be told it wont be ready until 4 hours later. Honestly if I was told that from the beginning I would be okay with that, but dont tell me its going to take 30 minutes just to tell me after an hour of waiting that its going to take four more hours

Showed up at 10:47 & was denied entrance. Two other people also showed up behind me waiting to enter but the cashier said they closed early because she had a date to get to but there was a customer inside paying. Then she proceeded to insult me by telling me that my eyes were really red. I was going into walgreens to purchase lubricant eye drops due to my allergies but I guess my eyes will be dry until tomorrow. I’ll take my business elsewhere though since they probably won’t open on time tomorrow since they don’t follow their own schedule.

Initially came here to pick up medication ONLY after I received prompt of its availability. Walked up to the counter to make an inquiry of my medication only to be told to wait in the same line as folks getting the vaccine. The line was 15 people which was unnecessary for my situation as I was only picking up. Poor management and waste of time.

Had a lovely experience with this store and pharmacy today. Everyone working was super nice and helpful. Yes, it took a while to get through the process at the pharmacy, but they’re managing a lot of extra work right now with all of the covid vaccines on top of their normal pharmacy business. I really appreciate their care and attention to detail. And most of all I appreciate the friendliness toward customers.

If I can give this Walgreens ZERO star I will. THIS PHARMACY IS THE WORST!! I set up an appointment and still waited more than an hour to get a flu vaccine and when asked for a proof of vaccination it was insisted to me that the receipt is the proof of vaccination!!! I even explained that I need the proof of vaccination with the Lot number, vaccine manufacturer and expiration date and the pharmacy guy just stared at me like Im asking for too much after waiting for more than an hour!

Horrible, staff behind pharmacy desk have no sense of urgency while there is a line of 15 people, each waiting more than 90 minutes to receive either a scheduled vaccine appointment or medication, arrived happy, left extremely angry

Don’t get your prescription in this Walgreens they are to slow. My doctor e-mailed the prescription I don’t get a call when will I get my medicine. This the 3rd day still no response.

Their online service is over the top and quite opposite for their on-site. What is the use of appointment if they won’t follow it 😅

Walgreens wont let Amazon delivery agents use their employee restroom despite the public restroom being OUT OF ORDER. Its inhumane to deny a person the restroom. Shame on you

For about a week now the drive through has not work for the pharmacy. During this pandemic who wants get off and pick up prescription on top the wait is about 40 minutes in line horrible ! Do notCome if you plan to pick up prescription order it from another location.

This Walgreens is absolutely horrible! I wouldn’t recommend at all. These people are so negligent towards their customers. I was standing in line for over an hour just to get a Covid vaccine shot. They are not prepared at all and have no structure.

I stood In line waiting on my prescription....everything seemed ok but the pharmacy Tech Elaine had to be having a bad day or something but I never had my medication thrown to me before. I couldn’t understand what I did wrong or was it the color of my skin or something but this would be the last time I ever to go this store as long as she works there.

Pharmace is supposed to open at 0800 the technician was here but the pharmacist was over 40 minutes late with no excuse. This place has zero respect for its customers.

No stars. I only stopped at this store because they accept Care Credit. I will not return. I was so shocked I couldn’t muster up the words. Actual pharmacist “no! It’s illegal to sell CBD anywhere in CA, you have to go to a dispensary.”Lord, where do I begin? As a pharmacist, you should know the facts. Very disturbing he not know basic facts. I would not trust my health & medications in his hands for a minute. Not only does almost everything convenient store & pharmacy sell CBD but your own store has a book on how to buy and use CBD 10 feet from where my question “does Walgreens carry CBD?” Was asked!!! OH AND THERE ARE FOURTEEN CBD PRODUCTS FOR SALE ON THE WALGREENS WEBSITE! I mean really, educate yourself! Get with the program!

Theres always an extremely long line. There isnt ever enough help... I have to wait in several lines just to get assistance with the FedEx service. This place has gotten worst throughout the years. And this is exactly why I dont bother coming.

Service is normally good unless you need help in the photo kiosk area. There is never anyone around to help and waited nearly 15 minutes until someone finally showed up. I normally come here and am use to the quick service of checking out. This throws the rest of my schedule off because of this.

Received text that my prescription was ready and when I arrive they tell me my insurance has the wrong birthdate and that I need to leave while they wait for insurance to call them to verify identity. They were either lying or incompetent because I called my insurance and they told me that my birthday was correct and that the pharmacy was having trouble reading the prescription. When I told the pharmacy that my birthday was correct they changed their story to say that they needed to contact the doctor for additional info. Then I left. So careless, not the kind of people I want providing pills going in my body, never ever going there again.

Walgreen pharmacy just wasted my time and gas. I received an email from Walgreen at Euclid Ave., National City, informing me my prescription is ready. But when I went to pick up my prescription using the drive thru window, the guy told me they dont have any prescription for .me. I told him I received an email from Walgreen, but the guy told me they dont have any prescription for me. I want to let everyone know this is not the first time Walgreen did this to me.

Doesnt matter what day or time you come you will NOT receive good service. The pharmacy is the slowest Ive ever been too, the employees have terrible attitudes, and the store is dirty and poorly kept. I cant even believe this pharmacy is still open. They need to put a CVS or a small Walmart here instead.

Over priced not happy color oops item I was looking for was 15.47 dollars at Walgreens and at Wal-Mart it was only 9.77 I saved a lot by shopping at Wal-Mart then Walgreens so sad so thanks Wal-Mart I wont be shopping at Walgreens for many things that I like to buy

Worst customer service at the counter at the pharmacy the two girls are no help and with an attitude, the “ pharmacist “ barely speaks English and gets mad cause you don’t understand him 👎

I should say first, that I only shop here for the Pharmacy. With that said, its really slow. No matter what time of day Ive gone to pick up, the wait is too long. The pharmacist is almost always on the phone, and will stay on the phone, instead of releasing the medicine in the computer so customers can check out. Phone customers can be put on hold, and should not be given priority over those in store or in the drive thru.

Will never go here again. I tried to pick up a prescription that my doctor sent electronically. They entered me into their system under an existing customers account and when I got there they said they had to call insurance and to come back maybe 2 hours later. Half an hour later I get a text saying my prescription is delayed and a link to click to see more information on the delay. When I clicked it it opened to the other persons medications waiting for pick up. This person was in Florida and they were running my prescription through her insurance. It got denied and was promptly deleted from their system. I returned to clear up the confusion and was told they had no prescription for me. So I went back to my doctor who tried to call in the prescription and was told they never got a prescription, so when they tried to call in a telephone order thats when they magically saw my prescription again under the other patients name with denied insurance. They told my doctor she will have to call the other patients insurance to see what will be covered. Pretty sure seeing someone elses prescriptions and rx numbers is against HIPAA so needless to say Walgreens is never getting my business again. I dont want my prescription information obtainable by strangers.

Ive been sitting in line at the drive thru for OVER an hour & there has only been two cars seen since Ive been here. Obviously, something needs to be fixed, whether it be the number of employees, a change in organization, etc. This is ridiculous.

I just got back from vacation and went to my Doctors appointment to fill my perscriptions. I truly feel today this Walgreens was understaffed. I noticed they remodeled. We had a great experience with photos. But I needed to go to the bathroom a second time and no one came to let me in, so I walked to Vallarta. I was so upset when I got my perscriptions, I just walked out. Im not looking for anything. Just wanted to let the Manager of this store he needs to hire more people. Only 1 serving Pharmacy line and 1 serving the drive thru. And only 1 cashier. The Walgreens in Pennsylvania was alot more organized than this one will ever be.

Came into the store today to a nice and welcoming greeting, the cashier had me in and out and helped me save on some products i didnt know were on sale . I have been on hold for over an hour waiting to call in a prescription for a patient. Every time the pick up, I can hear them but they put me back on hold. Terrible worth ethics here. Worst customer service.

Ive only been here for over-the-counter medications and theyve had what Ive needed. Store is clean. The only drawback is that theres always too long of a line to check out. Id suggest to have 2 cashiers at all times. Plenty of parking. Thank you.

Everytime I call to get my prescriptions refilled Im on hold for at least an hour. The pharmacy clerks just do not pick up the phones anymore. I tried complaining to pharmacy manager but they say walgreens doesnt care.

This store is normally busy, especially since its located right next to a hospital and within walking distance for a lot of elder people. Yes, the lines are long and the drive through is even worse; however, the staff there is usually nice.

Horrible experience to this store. We drop off prescription of my brother on day 1. Next day I am picking up prescription they said come back next day they havent ordered it. Went back the next day waited in line (drive through) just to find out they havent ordered it yet. They made me go CVS to pick up the prescription coz they said they have it there. I thought i just need to pick it up but CVS said needed the insurance card which i dont have. I told them to call wallgreens coz they were the one who sent me to CVS. They called wallgreens, they made us hold for 40 minutes and we finally gave up. I spent two hours for nothing. I just went back home to get the insurance card and will switch to CVS. .

I received a confirmation email stating I could pick up my photos at 6 AM. However I was told by Michael that the photo department doesnt open until 9am.

Come here monthly to pick up meds for my parents. Not one visit has been pleasant. Extremely slow! I mean SLOW!!!! Go elsewhere if you can.

Dirty, disorganized and most of all unattended. Several times I made the mistake of trying to buy something there. I found a long line at the only open register. If you need a pharmacy product or just have a life go somewhere else. Other pharmacies are available nearby.

I was waiting at the photo counter for 20mins, no one came to assist me after asking the sales person twice to send someone over. It was in the morning too, so I had to go to work. Theres another sales person, instead of coming to the counter to help me first he went and assist another lady who came after me. I was disappointed
