I could not recommend C&M Motors more highly. I send my entire fleet of Hino trucks to them for maintenance and repairs (Seven 195H and Two 295A). The gentleman that runs the service department, Forrest, is professional, knowledgeable, and extremely helpful. Because they are so good they are extremely busy, so you may be able to find a mechanic that is faster but you are not going to find one that is better. If you are looking for a company to take your trucks to... look no further.

Rented a box truck from here. Service was exceptional. The truck was clean, ready on time, and ran perfect. Richard helped out so much to meet our needs. Would highly reccomend.

People in this place dont have any communication with their workers, and the owners son is very disrespectful. He thinks that the world revolves around him and treats his workers very poorly thinking he is higher than them. Without his workers he wouldnt be where he is right now so he should treat people with respect. There has been a lot of people quitting from this company because of TREATMENT. I would give it a 5 star but with the way they treat their workers I rather go somewhere where they know how to treat their workers, like human beings and not like they are there to serve.

These guys are great. I would like to mention Forrest by name, he kept meInformed, priced the repairs fairly and just all around provided great service

Our ac belt started squealing terrible on a Friday morning so I called and spoke with Forrest. He stated they were covered up and asked could we bring it in on Monday. Explained to him we do expedite and we wouldn’t be around long so Monday wouldn’t be an option. Forrest was kind enough and said to bring it right in and he’d grab someone really quick to change it for me. Literally 30 minutes of being there I was paying and out the door. Shocked. Never ever received such great service before. Forrest went above and beyond when he didn’t have too but just goes to show what true dedication to the industry he has understanding that we weren’t in an emergency situation but he treated it as such. Awesome job also to the mechanic for such a quick job!!

The worst place ever to do business. They are the only place in town for UD factory service. I had to take the truck there for this issue. Took them 4 days to even look at the truck then they said it would take another 2 days to start on it. I honestly do not know how they stay in business. Everyone that has trucks and I talk to hate them. Do not use these guys for anything. Had to give them 1 star or I could not write the review.

If you a a HINO truck...dont fool around...bring it to them for service...have peace of mind, they are honest and great on service repairs

This place is small can b buisy at times but there techs know there hino trucks.friendly n convenient as far as a specialized hino dealer in North county.

Long time supplier of support and parts for our UD truck. They always have what we need.

Worked here and maintenance side is great . it does get hectic but Service writer and Owner both work hard to get things straight and orderly and I would trust my truck to be fixed here. cant speak for sales.
