Service department is awesome.Was having a brake issue and needed to get it resolved quickly.The service writer, Moe, and the technician, Sergio, fully explained the issue and came up with a more than fair resolution that was cheeper than the Muffler and Brake shop quoted me.They got right on it and had me out the door quicker than expected.I will be recommending Perry RAM to all my friends.

After a couple of months searching for a mid size SUV, Martin helped me make up my mind on the New Grand Cherokee L. My experience at the dealer was quick and easy. I was there with my three month old baby and he made sure the process was quick and easy. Mo at the finance department walked me through the leasing process in detail making sure he was quick and to the point. He always made sure everything was clear and I had no questions. Both Martin and Mo are GREAT employees who made this process a five star experience. I would 100% recommend them to my friends and family.

I had an amazing experience at Perry Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep & Ram! Brent was extremely helpful from the first phone call all the way to the completion of my purchase! He was super knowledgeable, patient and just an all around great salesman! He helped me find exactly what I wanted and got me in an out of the dealership in record breaking time. I took my Dodge van in to address a recall and was told that the technician guys were at lunch and it would be an hour and a half wait. The man that checked me in was really nice and friendly, and I opted to wait out the time. I dont know what this guy did, but he came back to me in half an hour and said that everything was done already! Needless to say I was pleasantly surprised. He then made sure I found my van easily and safely. Sorry I dont remember his name, but two thumbs up for him!👍👍

First, I want to thank Frank from the service dept for an amazing job, Our Jeep was not purchased from this dealership, because we received horrible service at the Jeep where we purchased, we decided to take out vehicle closer to our home, 3 months later our Jeep started acting up and needed a Microchip, long story short, this Perry Jeep got us a rental fixed the issue even though it took almost 2 months to get back my 2021 Rubicon Jeep, Jeep corporate office refunded 2 months off payments, Frank kept updating on the process, Frank thank you for an amazing job, I know you probably looked at your phone and said her again 😂, Thank you from the button of our hearts, YOU definitely deserve a raise!!!!!!

Mike Nevins takes customer first to a whole new level, he assisted me with issues on a 2021 grand cherokee L.He is the service manager but he was still hands on when it came to my issue, and he even called me personally to verify my issue was resolved.Although I am still having issues with the jeep itself, the service department here is going above and beyond in doing everything they can to help. I was very satisfied with his customer service!

The customer service here is the worst! They overcharged me for an oil change. The cashiers have an attitude and the schedulers are incompetent when you ask for information. Once your oil service has been completed they have you waiting there for at least 15 mins for you to receive your key back to go home. I really don’t recommend you go here for any service!

We waited 30 min before we were even acknowledged by one of the salesmen and that was on our way out of the dealership. No one even said hi to us for the whole 30 minutes. We were trying to purchase two new cars. This was one of our worse experiences in our search for our cars. Thankfully we had a great experience at another dealership across town which made up for this. BUT I would save my time and money and avoid this dealership. I dont think they know their business very well.

Id give it two and a half stars but there is no half star rating. Theres still no reason right now not to have a shuttle. Too many people still using covid as an excuse. Have your shuttle running give people paper masks while in it if youre that concerned but provide the convenience.

He was talk to his co workers an said my car had been ready and to top it off he didn’t give me the paper I need to prove to the dmv I had fix it… 3 hours in dmv to go back to the dealership… wow never again

Great service!My starter failed while traveling through on vacation. Henry with the service department did an awesome job getting me fixed up in a couple days finding a starter that was difficult to find. I was able to enjoy our vacation in San Diego while they fixed the issue and had me back on the road with very little worry. Thanks to the service department for taking care of my family.

4 hrs wait for and oil change with my parents. And its there car from this company. 4hrs. Again. From 12hrs too 16hrs exactly and I ask them to let them know we where there for a whole shift. It wasnt busy when they got there only after the 1st hr. I was quiet but I only was upset for there lack of communication and only gain another star for water they gave o and another star for the star being actually cool and another star for the car macaques for being cool only 1 star down for the horrible lack of communication. So added points from 1 star review to a 4star review for your employers going above and beyond. Gonna hire them on my guild in our next life for sure .. dealer company your lucky to have humans that like to work. Ur lucky without humans you being job less. 🎤 drop realness.

This is the only place I go to for maintenance. They have dropped the ball a couple times with servicing my car but theyve already apologized for it. Their main problem is the amount of time they need to work on your car. Its been the problem from the beginning for me. Scheduling my car over the phone is bad. They dont care for customer service there. I know this sounds bad because it is, but what keeps me coming back is the guys who meet me when i arrive and takes problems with my car. They are all nice and do their best to give you the breakdown on your car.

Mike in the service department is wonderful!!! my husband had an accident that left him paralyzed last year and we had a mobility van donated without a key Mike was unable to make the key because of the vehicles age however he went above and beyond to find somebody who was able to..... I have been having cars of all makes serviced at dealerships going back to the 1980s. The service departments are all about the same, with some having cleaner waiting rooms. Perry is unlike any dealership I have been to. Some of this listed bad is not a big deal, but all of it together. Is why I will never return.At check-in was not given a contact name with a phone number or paperwork with the projected price.I called after five days to find out what was going on with the car. I was told the car was done four days ago, and the Service Rep had written down. He called once at 11:30, and the call did not go through. The cell number was correct. Voice mail works just like everyone else. So why did he call once and gave up? What was his problem? Did he misdial?Part of the service is to check tire pressure. This was not done. One of the tires was overinflated, and two were under. At any other dealership, this would have been corrected. As work promise under Description of Service.This is the first time I had a car come out of a dealership dirtier than it when in.I know some of this is minor. But at a Dealership, we pay a premium price for service. So there is an expectation that the work will be done right and we will be treater with dignity and respect.There are other Jeep dealerships in San Diego. My wife and I will go to one of them next. But Perry is out.William

After getting no responses from another dealership and never answering the phone, I called Perry for desperately needed service. Right off the bat Mike Nevins Service Manager answered the phone and I pleated my case to him. Super understanding, he set up the service as soon as he could which was just a few days later. Henry Sariol met me first thing and got me logged in. Throughout, Henry kept me advised of the service ensured all was taken care of. Got my truck the next day and after a quick look, they made sure all was in place and clean. Every time I called, someone in Service answered immediately. Modesto was on point when it came to giving me updates on what my truck needed to fix the ABS system. The only reason I didn’t give five stars was that the vehicle was brought around front with the hood popped. I later discovered grease on the left front fender and for some reason; oil on the inside of the vehicle, passenger side, on the plastic sill trim piece when I opened the door. I have no idea why there would’ve been oil in that location given that the ABS pump is located on the driver side.

Horrible service. Please go somewhere else if you can. Brought in my jeep a week ago for repairs. Henry got my information on a Tuesday and did he would call me on Wednesday or Thursday to schedule an appointment. I called on Friday because no one had called me back. Turns out, Henry went on vacation and would be back for another 2 weeks. His replacement had no idea that I had a part that was ordered and being delivered. I had to wait 4 more days to schedule an appointment and when I got here they kept taking other cars when I kept telling them I had an appointment. I mean, whats the point of having an appointment if you are not seen at that time? Once the car was ready. I paid and still waited another 30 minutes for them to bring it out to me.

This was my first visit here and it was for a recall on my Jeep. I was told that because I arrived during lunch, it would be 1 - 1.5 hour wait. So I went to eat and came back. After 2 hours, I went to ask about my car. Turns out it was finished, not sure for how long. But the man who helped me even helped me change my wiper! I thought this was above and beyond his duties and I really appreciated it! I gave 4 stars instead of 5 because no one told me that the car was ready, I had to go find out myself. Minor inconvenience given I didnt wait long, but there was guy hitting on me in the waiting area and following me around so Im glad I was out of there quickly

I went to pay for my car stickers in person only to be told that I need to bring my vehicle in due to a recall. Luckily Perry was only 20 minutes away. I dropped off my car and was told that it would take an hour to do. The repairs only took 40 minutes and I still had time to get my vehicle registration done. Classic unethical sleazy car salesman bait and switch. Asked about specific vehicle and pricing by email and phone and was assured that the vehicle I wanted could be done at terms discussed, but when I drove a long way there to obtain the specific vehicle at the discussed terms, the whole deal was changed. First clue was that the original sales person who said he would help me immediately put me off on some unsuspecting uninformed apparent newbie who tried to up sell me a vehicle above MSRP.Wandered around at first for about 15 minutes and no one even offered to help me even though there were multiple sales people standing around talking to each other. I was ignored. Everyone there seems to be having a bad day and unwelcoming. Dealership looks tacky and dirty. Complete waist of time with no apologies.

I went in for an oil change and to activate my back up camera. I called around other Dodge dealerships and was quoted between $40-70 to activate my back up camera; since this is the closest dealership to me I figured I’d go local. They charge me $155 just for the camera activation. They didn’t let me know when my car was done. I called 2.5 hours later to ask about my car and magically it “just got done”. I asked to use a dealership coupon they sent me (3 oil changes for $100) the guy went to ask if I could use it, came back 10 minutes later, told me yes I could use it and then he didn’t apply it. I paid and was told to go out front to wait for my car, I waited 10 minutes for my car, it never came. I went back in and asked for my keys since my car was still sitting in the same spot. Finally someone brought my car. It was one of the most unorganized experience I’ve ever had. Your better off going to another spot. It was an expensive, frustrating, unorganized, 3+hour oil change that I scheduled a week in advance. I don’t mind paying more if I’m going to receive better service and quality work, I didn’t get that. I should have got my oil change elsewhere and bought a Tazer for my challenger to unlock all features. Avoid if possible!

I had a poor experience with Perry. (1)I had to make an appointment for an oil change of my Ram and was given a date of a week away. (2)When I arrive there is nowhere to leave my truck. The intake line was back-up two deep to the street. (3) This was the first service of my new Ram so I dont know what all is to be checked. Finally I just say give me an oil change and replace the wipers. I had to call back for to confirm replacing the wipers. (4) I had to ask about an oil change special with tire rotation rather than someone suggesting it to me. (5) You have no Courtesy Car and the wait area is very small. (6) my pick up ride had nowhere to park.(7)When I returned to pick up the Ram, they left off the tire rotation. (8)Check out had one cashier for Parts and Repair. It took 20 min (16 people in line) to pay for the oil change Horrible service!

Worst customer service ever! Would not recommend to go to that dealer for service. I dropped off my car a Saturday for a simple fuel pump and didn’t get an update until Wednesday. Once my car was ready to pick up, didn’t even see or talk to the advisor, employee saw me in line and didnt say anything to help. Would not recommend to go there.

IT WAS AWFUL THE FIRST TIME I WENT FOR THE RECALLS. I WAITED FIVE (5) HOURS AND NOTHING WAS DONE. SUPPOSSIVELY THEY DIDNT HAVE TECHNICIANS. SO I DIDNT GO BACK TO JUST WASTE MY TIME. BUT A GUY CALLED ME AND APOLIGIZED FOR MY BAD EXPERIENCE. SO HE TOOK CARE OF ME AND I WENT BACK AND EVERYTHING WAS FIXED. TAKING THE RAM SYMBOL OFF THE STIRRING WHEEL IS AWFUL. I GOT TO FIND A STICKER OR SOMETHING TO HIDE THE HOLES.

Took my husband’s car in to get it serviced for a recall. They informed me that there were 2 recalls and fixed them very quickly. There is a chick-fil-a within a 5 minute walking distance, so you could go eat while you wait for your car. They also have a nice waiting room with WiFi and are very friendly. Would definitely recommend.

I love my new purchase of a 2021 Jeep Rubicon. Great experience with all of the staff! Starting with the first salesman that said jump in and let’s go for a ride with no hassle of wanted all of my info down to my birth certificate! Easy negotiation after that and then getting the amount I wanted on my trade in. The finance Dept was equally impressive and out of there in no time. I would highly recommend using Perry Jeep if your in the market to buy. Thanks again to the whole staff!

This place is a joke. Last time I came they had to beg a tech to do my oil change because they were about to leave early and in a rush they didnt reset my sensor so a week later it went off. This time Im here 1hr and 45 min before closing but they cant do it because all but 1 tech left . What is the purpose of service hours if techs leave whenever they want . Poor business
