The best product I ever tried. Im currently using the deep peel for the face and it truly leaves a glow and its going on my fourth year of using... Some people may be allergic or not using the product properly... Its a pricey product but well worth it in my book just sorry that they are no longer at my mall..

I am very disappointed think these products are all a fraud as we were shopping in the mall they put some eye serum on my moms eyes to help reduce the puffiness walked abourd and within 10 - 15 minutes puffiness was eliminated by more than half was thrilled excited it worked then bought the product and did not feel the same or work at all I insist itsnot the same product they put on my that almost worked instantly please dont waste your money now they said we cant help you its been past 30 days and we were told by a different oro gold store at a different mall to apply it maybe twice a week instead of once and still no sign no difference 200.00 for crap not cool no fair this should be a crime to charge people so much for fake stuff

I wish that I could give a rating of 0. I am a Black Woman and it seems that all off the workers of Orogold at this location seem to be racist. They dont even look at me or go out of their way to look over me to talk to other people who want none of their attention anyway. I tested out my theory and walked by them several times while I am at the mall and they continually ignore me even when Im the only person standing in front of them. Its almost as if its a part of their training to just ignore al the black people that walk by, because no matter who is standing outside handing out samples, I am continually ignored. Now Im not sure if the entire company is like this or not but definitely do not go to or buy anything from this location if you are a POC, especially if youre Black because they dont want your business.

The big chubby guy, drawed me in, asked if i was a college student and went to work. Immediatley he started to say that I should buy the product cause its one of the best. Then he went on and lied that a girl had spent $600 in store. Being a business managment major, i knew he was instantly lying, and immedialtey just walked out of the store.

If i could rate this place 0 stars, i would. One of the employees was being inderectly rude to me the whole time he was demonstrating his products, he even called me cheap. He also said it in a tone as if it was okay to call a customer cheap. It was the worst customer service ive ever experienced. I dont plan on buying ANYTHING from here EVER because i left feeling very disrespected and to me, customer service is the most important subject in a business regardless of what youre trying to sell. Improve your service and maybe you would get more clients and better ratings.

It was the worse, the worker wanted to bribe us into buying the overlypriced things by almost forcing and asked for my moms license #!! And when we said sorry, no he was so rude and brusque. the products at first, when he tried on something it seemed like magic but afterwords, her wrinkles were even worse.
