Me and my daughter loves to visit this GameStop. The place is clean and family friendly.

Game stop is the best! It’s right down the street from me and my son is always asking to go here. They always have what he wants.

This store like every other GameStop has its days numbered. GameStop will go the way of BlockBuster video. Soon there will be no more physcial video games. Its the way of the future. Itll be all digital and game share clubs like Sony now has and Xbox just started. Theyve taken their old games and charge between $9 and $14 a month and you get their old games. But itll end up being a tiered system soon, there will be a much higher rate for new games. Dont invest in this company as it stands and if it stays the same, have fun at the sell off. This store will get smaller and smaller, the bigger stores will close and become smaller mall stores. And then theyll try and restructure, hopefully before its too late.

Great game selection allways worth a look

Awesome place to go and pick up some games and or game merchandise. They always have something new / unexpected, and in this case a mini pop that I didnt even know that existed.

Really a nice addition in this area some time, and convenient to get to.

They have a great supply of games and electronics but their prices are over the top. Target and Amazon are cheaper on a certain few games. A good Idea is maybe they should price match.

One of the only Game Stops that we frequent. We do most of our gaming stuff via the internet so not much retail things needed. But whenever we need a controller quick or a hard copy of a game, this is our place. Great staff, great selection and decent prices.

Gamestop never answers the phone plus gives u pennies for games

I have gone to this GameStop for years, since I was a child. Im now 27, and moved out of CT. In the past 10 years Ive lived in several states and even a different country, and every time Im home, I will stop into this GameStop. I still remember attending the midnight releases of COD with all of my friends, as we were in high school. This GameStop has been nothing but consistent, and the fact that I continue to come in every year when I visit my family is a testament to the many positive experiences Ive had here.

Advertised sale priced games, when i finally got an associate to acknowledge me... I asked where the game was.... She stated she had never heard of it. She looked it up, said that they had 1 copy.... Then came back and said that someone called and they had put it on hold for 24 hrs. Its Christmas shopping time... I was there... With cash to purchase.... There were 4 associates working... I was the only customer and none of them paid any attention to me/ were helpful.

This is my favorite Game Stop by far. I can always find what Im looking for and if I cant, someone is always available to help. Ive done many preorders and online pickups through this store and my experience with these methods are excellent. The store is always neat and tidy. The atmosphere is welcoming and the employees usually greet you as your walk through the door. The selection of games, both new and used, is phenomenal. I will drive out of my way to go to this particular store.

Closed two minutes earlier then posted. I head out knowing I would have just enough time to go in and purchase a specific item, (which would only take a minute) but of course they lock their doors.Store inside is overall decent though.

Awesome game, did not expect that ending tho. bad ice cream 3 game on hudgames is great

The selection keeps dwindling, but this might be due to the general decline of the Gamestop Brand, and not this particular location.The staff on the other hand are exceptional!Shame the pricing isnt

I was with my niece who has been having a hard time with school and anxiety and depression. The employee there named Kenny was so personable and kind and sweet to her. Making her feel good and happy by paying attention to her and going out of his way to make sure she had want she wanted there. I cant thank him enough for turning around her day and making her so happy. I wish there was more great employees like him in this world! Thanks Kenny, youre the best!

Had what I wanted even though nobody working there ever heard of a Nvidia shield. The online ordering didnt notify the employees I was coming to pick it up. But store was clean and staff friendly. Would have been 5 stars if the staff knew about the product. I know the Shield isnt hugely popular but a game store that sells the product should know.

Don’t waste your GameStop. Buy digital stop giving your hard earned money to these guys making 300% profit on your games

Went in Friday (4/13/18) evening with my fiancé to turn in some stuff for store credit and get some new games for my son. Main reason Im even writing this review is because the gentleman behind the counter was so nice and helpful, I honestly wish I got his name so I could write it here, he was probably in his mid 40s maybe, grayish hair. He honestly deserves some recognition, he suggested a game for my son to play (he loves free roam driving games) and was just very nice. The store was also very clean (unlike others Ive seen)

Great place everyone their has been more than helpful and I have not had a bad experience in the 3+ years Ive been shopping there.My sister/nephews and mom shop there with out any issues as well. And from what I have seen customers that have had issues when they have brought them to the attention of the people working their they seem to have been resolved satisfactory as the people leaving were happy and jovial and thanking the counter people for their assistance.

Very helpful and friendly associates make this a great Gamestop to go to for all of your gaming needs. Their return and exchange policy is the same horrible one the entire company goes by but that is to be expected. Found alot of great gaming-related merchandise here so Im always curious to go back and see what they have in stock now.

Got a comfirmation for pick up, drove forty minutes.... oh we do not have your order we do not know what happened...

Seems to be a bit more disorganized that youd expect. The staff is usually pretty helpful

Well I’m the only one in the store waiting in here while she talks on the phone although it is a customer but 10 minutes waiting is ridiculous. Also the other person working here decided to leave walk back in and walk right to the back. I won’t be reserving games here anymore. I’ll be downloading from the PS store from now on.

I love this GameStop! Every time I come in to receive or check out prices for an video game someone always helps me with what Im looking for in a nice and polite fully manner.

Staff is usually cool here and anytime I had questions or asked for recommendations theyve always been helpful.

Its gamestop. Good customer service. I went in knowing what I wanted to get. Then I saw they still have the Caydes last stance statue and had to get it. Disappointed the price went up $10 considering the DLC has been out about a month or so...but other than that...all good.

Usually I love this gamestop but todays experience was b.s....new female employe, atleast new to me,,rushed me out of the place so fast....I was going to spend more than 200$ or more,,but was disgusted by her rudeness so much that I will never come back again period
