Service was great. John was attentive and knowledgeable. Took his time and explained everything and took the time to help me set up my phone.

I went to metro by t-mobile and had the best experience of customer service the lady by the name of Ivy was so sweet and honest let me tell you she knows her job but she is not just for sales she also cares about customers I had a device that was given to me by my ex which I no longer wanted the phone so she told me we do Trade In I was shocked to know that she also gave me discounts on my case and protection she deserves more then 5 stars and higher then a 10 I cant wait for the survey as I told ivy u deserve the best survey THANK YOU SO MUCH

Arrived at 7:30pm and they were closed! Door was locked.. I drove all the way from Woodbury! On the door it says close-8pm. What a waste of gas! If they close at 8pm they should close at 8pm not 30 minutes early. So unprofessional!

I’ve had to visit this store twice recently, and the first time I went in I spoke to the manager who ended up being very unhelpful and pretty rude. I’m not sure how she ended up in the position she’s in being that unprofessional with customers, but when I visited the second time I spoke to a guy that works there and my problem was solved quick and easily. Management needs to be more professional in a place of work that deals with customer service.
