I live in Naugatuck and this is my go to tmobile store for in case of any issue or new line or phone. Recently i was having problem with 4g connection. I spent hours in phone with multiple customer representatives. But nobody could resolved my issue. I went this store and got real help from Dyshawn. He handled my issue with a smile. Took care of the issue really well. If you are having any issue like this. Dyshawn is your guy.

Everyone was knowledgeable about the products. They offered easy ways to afford my new phone and I absolutely LOVE it!!! I LOVE their clean and sparkly store!! And they were very nice. Every single one of them!

Great customer service! Marquis was a great help to me with my new iPhone 11 he backed it up for me and synced my watch. The store manager was also very kind.. they all made me feel welcome.. I highly recommend this store :)

As someone that has previously worked at a T-mobile store for over 3 years, I have never seen or experienced worst customer service. The manager of the store (starts with an A) was unbelievably rude. Instead of helping me resolve a simple issue, I was told to do it myself (even after explaining I had already done exactly what he was telling me to do, but the day before). After I told him that he could easily call and resolve this issue for me, he rudely said have a nice day and turned away. Unreal and extremely lazy service, especially since the store had a single couple in there with me, and they were already being helped. I do not recommend anyone coming to this store, there are much better T-mobile stores in the area.

I retract my previous review. I was told in store that our bill would be $206 a month. I just got our first bill of $260 so I called customer service and they said that this is the real bill. I called the store back and talked to the manager and asked him if I could speak to his supervisor and was told that I could not talk to anyone because he is on PTO. The manager then said that we agreed that once the new phones were paid off the bill could be $206 a month which I then told him that it will take us 2 years to get to that point!!! We were lied to!!! We left AT& T and never should have. To top it off we have no service at our home in Oxford and actually had to set up a house phone in addition to this $260 bill!!! So angry!! I don’t understand why we can’t speak to someone else and why we are stuck!!

Elizabeth and Joshua are the best!! They answered all of our questions and tried to help every way they could (we were switching from AT&T). Best experience I’ve ever had at a phone provider store- super helpful and great attitudes :)

Im disgusted. The workers are excellent but the manager is horrible. My family & I have had a contract account with T-Mobile for at least 15 years. Pay our bill on time & in full.I recently ordered an XR and had questions. My phone did not come with a block. The manager did not look up my account. He was extremely unprofessional. Infact he went in the back to answer a personal call. He was actually arguing with another customer while I walked in. He needs to be fired

The manager was VERY rude and was not helpful. at all the only thing he did for me was give me nasty looks and tell me to go to customer service. if your thinking of going here I would advise against it 100%. To the owner of this store you need to make some serious staffing changes.

My Girlfriend and I went down to the Naugatuck Connecticut store. she wanted to purchase a watch for a gift for me. Joshua Miletty and Alfonso the store manager went above and beyond to help make this happen. Joshua was very friendly, smart, quick, and caring to make us happy customers. Ive been to quite a few stores and was never approached how we were today. This was an amazing experience and I would highly recommend going to this store and working with these two. Such a great team!

They gave me the hardest time with getting a new phone. I should have gone to a different T-Mobile, because I couldn’t do anything here. The two saleswomen argues with me and ultimately added on a bunch of features & extra costs that I never asked for. After going to a different T-mobile in Orange, they were much better at solving my issues. The employees here are arguing with customers, & I have never seen anything more unprofessional than this before. I’m sorry, I’ve been a customer of Tmobile for a long time, but you’re better off going to a different store.

The worst experience Ive had in a T-Mobile store. I was interested in the Bogo Samsung S10 and add a line. I was told it would be a down payment for one phone and the second phone would be free. I asked her multiple times...Im only paying for 1 phone correct? No tax no upgrade fee no down payment for the second? She assured me about 3 times that I wouldnt pay anything for the second. Guess what? I have to pay $150 down and full tax on the 2nd phone. Guess what? I have to pay $25 upgrade fee and another mysterious $30 fee (probably taxes) and $96 to do the jump upgrade. Then the associate tried to place the blame on customer care by saying she hates customer care they always give her misinformation. Do you not work for T-mobile? As an associate you are part of customer care, and should know exactly what these deals entails and how much someone should have to pay before you waste 3hrs of a persons time. and clearly this store knows nothing. I told her to cancel the transaction..I wasnt prepared to pay $600 down for phones today, she told me its going to take another hour and a half to call her manager to get codes to refund (this was a ploy to just get me to take the phones since I wasted 3hrs in here already). I said thats fine I want it reversed before I leave......It took about 30 min so an hour less than what she told me....She said her manager texted her right back. I noticed there was a restocking fee of $50 for a phone I never even received. I said what about the restocking fee. She said it would be waived since you never got the phone....Guess what???? She never waived the fee and acted dumb when I pointed out the restocking fee! I had to call customer care to waive it on my bill because the associate tried to tell me she cant waive it without manager codes....but the manager just texted you the codes remember?!?! Then she tried to argue with me while I was on the phone with customer care, blaming customer care! Stay away!!! If you want good service go to Milford Mall T-mobile or New Haven.

Highly disappointed in this T-Mobile! First, the young lady attending me couldnt answer any of my questions. Second, she ran my credit before checking to see if they had the phone I wanted in stock (witch they didnt) and now my numbers will go down! lastly, she tried to convince me to take the last phone they had there, not what i had originally chosen, and it was purple! I thought AT&T was bad but I think I dogged a bullet!

I bought 2 screen protectors at the Naugatuck location. I was told even though I wasnt a customer, I would get replacement if needed at the replacement price. I show up to replace the messed up screen protector, and was told its full price since Im not a customer. Should of known they were just trying to make a sale. I guess thats how T Mobile does business.

A month ago I went in was nice female who was extremely helpful then. I ended up back there on the 1st because issue with my phone receiving texts. She tried everything to fix it. Wasnt able she ordered me a me phone through the insurance I pay. There phone was shipped there fast but I called this past Thurs told them I will be in Monday the 6th. I have 3 texts from Tmoblie saying I had till the 18th before it was returned. I go in afternoon of the 6th was told my phone was no longer there! My phone is even worse now. He explains the manager sent back all the phones from the backroom that morning..Tmoblie cant help me. I go back today to talk to the manager. Hes rude and lacks customer service. According to him They do do not have a policy to call customers before they return they phones. Apparently they dont check to see how long they were there or had to stay there before being returned. So Im without a phone. Its my problem to fix. I can take 5 minutes out of time tomorrow and call tmoblie. A completely rude manager. I will have my phone shipped to wtby before I go back there! The female I was dealing with before was sent to Southington store. They made a mistake moving her putting him there.
