Good service, really messy store!!! Should definitely have help stocking the shelves! Clearance rack had more miscellaneous items than the actual clearance items, everyone loves the clearance aisle! I picked up 3 items I thought were on clearance but they werent! Oh well, good store overall!!!

Love going to this particular FD store, their staff is always courteous and their manager Ronald is a delight to talk to. Check out is quick, no crazy line/s. Definitely a positive experience.

Ron was efficient and a gentleman, helped us find our items and works hard on snow days!

I have no idea why they are called family dollar, as most things they had are closer to $5 than $1. It was disappointing. I went in there looking for a couple quick items I assumed would be $1 each only to walk out with zero purchases. It was very disorganized and overwhelming, with overstock clearly pouring into the isles. Ive worked retail and the proper etiquette of unboxing new products or merchandising was not followed here. Better off going to a different dollar store.

They had nothing on the shelfs and it was a mess things on the floor ..i will never go their again .

Well I had to rate one star just to give this review although if I could I would have rated it zero stars and not due to the quality of it because it is a descent store but I rate them a zero due to one employee who has stated they are the assistant manager named Antonio because while shopping there today I found that he was following me all over the store and I am a very loyal customer and has shopped there for many years and I have always paid for my merchandise and find it very VERY disrespectful for any employee to be following a customer around a store because what! Maybe he believes I look a certain way or maybe he just thinks hes better then someone like me but that just shows that this person is very shallow and is quick to judge someone maybe how they look or by maybe what they may or may not afford. However I may be a little use to the prejudgement due to the fact that I have lots of tattoos and my style is a bit dark but there is no reason for an employee such as an assistant manager to be literally following any customer around a store that they are trying to shop in!!!!!!

Prices could be less expensive. Example a glade aerosol is supposed to have enough stuff in it to last a few weeks and this stuff doesn’t even last a week. It’s like your buying half of the product for a high price. And the name family dollar. I expected that stuff within the market to be cheap but it really isn’t. The staff haven’t been rude to me at all but if I do get some attitude I will update as soon as I can. For the quantity of products we get we should be paying cheaper prices for them. I bought some dawn soap which I feel is fairly priced because the product works well and lasts but for some items like aerosols or cereal boxes and bags of chips I feel the prices are very expensive and you hardly get any product for the cost.

Had just what I was after today.Dtore brand $1. Name brand $2.50. Got 1 of each. Polite cashierStore is very convenient.

The staff are wonderful theyre helpful theyre courteous and despite having to work for an absolutely repellent abhorrent demeaning manager by the name of Ron they do it with a smile God bless them if they were to go postal Idont think anyone would find them guilty..

I will never go back to the store nor will my friends or family. Ron the manager treated my daughter so poorly. He is not a professional and he is not funny.

This particular store has a great assortment of clothes!

The manager at this branch is repellant. He goes out of his way to make customers as uncomfortable as possible. I will be avoiding this place because of him. He actually tried to get another customer to verbally attack me because I smiled at him. He is constantly moaning and groaning about how he cant stand his job. Do yourself a favor Ron, get a job you like.
