Veronica was a delight!! She helped me and my boyfriend setup our new phones and lines. She was even able to help another family at the same time with outstanding service! She showed us exactly what to do and got us everything we needed for our new phones!
My previous cell provider didnt make it easy leaving them. The AT&T staff were extremely determined to get my phone number transferred from my old provider to AT&T. They had to work many hours to get it done, over a period of days and even past closing time. I couldnt have asked for a better crew to fight through all the barriers my old cell company put in their way!The easy thing would have been to say it wasnt possible and that I needed to get new numbers from AT&T. But they didnt. And I really appreciate them for it.Thank you!!
They only care about the money here. If you are an AT&T customer with an issue they could not care less to help you. The person I spoke with was extremely rude about it and refused to even talk to us about our issue that we were having. If I could give them 0/5 stars I would.
Melissa is the BEST!!! She is always willing to help and take care of my needs. The manager was also nice but his cardigan was very dirty and I didn’t know how to tell him. Great service overall!
Watch your bill after going into this store!!! My husband and I went in to upgrade our flip phones with Melissa who claimed to be the manager. We went two different time because we needed helped learning our new phones and they would not help us. We ended up going to a different store and the manager there started asking questions and found two extra lines on our account with the new phones we got attached to them so we had to pay them off just to cancel the lines. Thank goodness customer service and the lady at the store were very helpful otherwise we would be out alot of money.

The people working there was very rude and snobby. I couldnt get approved for the newest phone and they told me if I dont get approved there I definitely wouldnt anywhere else. Went to U.S cellular and got the phone I wanted for 50$ cheaper a month then what the older phone at&t was trying to get me to buy.
They need someone that actually knows how to work on phones and not just be interested in selling you a new product

The Neosho store is definitely the one to go to for all your entertainment needs. They have great promotions, awesome employees, and an overall warm welcoming environment. Taylor was extraordinary. She was very knowledgeable and friendly. All my needs were met and I am now lucky to know her as well as her team. Highly recommended.

The customer service at this store is PHENOMENAL compared to other nearby AT&T stores. Nate was patient and kind and all other workers were considerate and helpful as I was very confused about my bill. I was even offered a glass of water while I was waiting. Definitely will be coming here for all my phone/TV needs. Great service!!!
We went to the store and bought a new galaxy note 9 and they told us if we added a new line we could get a free phone so we agreed to a new line. We put insurance on both of the new phones and a few months later we had a accident with one of the new phones when we went back to the store we found out that the information on the new phone was crossed over with one of our old phones that was setup for our youngest daughter. So they thought they fixed it. When we filled out a claim it was still wrong. We have been to the store several times and online and still havent gotten anything done. The last time I talked to someone at the 611 was told that I need to take it and get it repaired at my expense and if it didnt work then they would see what they could do. If I have to pay to get it fixed then why am I paying for insurance!!!!!! Everytime we go to the store we get a different salesperson to help . They try their best but it always ends up the same. The insurance person told me that nobody at the store is putting anything in the computer about what they are doing. One told me I needed to get the store manager to go into the computer and explain that when we got the new phones that the information was entered wrong. But I guess my luck in catching him at the store isnt very good because the first two times he was off or on vacation the next time I called he had to go toanother store because of employees walking out. It is so aggravating that just because someone didnt enter the information right the first time that Im paying for 3 phone lines and only have 2 phones that work. We have been with AT&T for a long time and this is the first time weve ever had problems.
I went into the store last week in regards to my phone, I couldn’t figure something out, Austin was so helpful, he sat me down and showed me how to use everything I had questions about. Austin has great way of communicating with his employees and me and his other customers he was helping.
If I could give a negative star I would. Every month i had a problem with my bill. I went past my 2 year contract and they rewarded me by doubling my bill. I tried to cancel my service and had to explain why I wanted to cancel to three different people and was treated like cheap. Never again. Dont waste ur time. They are snaking people

Excellent customer service every time
Beware of shopping at this authorized retailer vs corporate AT&T store. This store makes up their own rules. I went in to trade in iPhone 7 for Samsung Note 9. I was told by store employee I was forced to buy accessories with the trade-in and a portion of the amount to be credited on my monthly bill. I get my bill a couple weeks later and NO CREDIT. I go back to this store and they say I must spend the full $300 trade-in credit only accessories. (Who the hell buys $300 on accessories)? So I just got lied to. Store employee says one thing. Manager has different rules regarding trade-in. I wouldve kept my old phone had they been upfront with me first. It was a scam to drum up business for their accessories. Bait & switch. Lesson learned. Stick with AT&T corporate store in Joplin that is under AT&T direct control. A store needs to be upfront with you how they will treat your trade-in credit.
Never do they answer the phone at this store. Every time I have tried to call no one answers. Drives me nuts.
Ever since they remodeled, its become one of the best AT&T stores Ive been to. I used to have to go to Joplin to go to the corporate store, but now this store is nearly just as good. Here youre guaranteed fast service and great deals.
At &t are very difficult to work with. It took them 3weeks to Port my parents old phone number to a new line after they moved. My parents are in their 80 s. I realize there were problems, but AT&T should never have promised to do it in 24 hrs. They put my parents health at risk since no one could reach them, including their health providers. Shameful work.
I went in to increase my data plan. I was told that I also qualify for a discount and they applied that to my plan. Several days later I was asked to call AT&T to verify it. They had entered the wrong state and were unable to change it to the correct state (!) due to their data entry error. I had to return to the store to re-apply in person, which I did. Again, I had to call AT&T to verify. I was then told the discount did not apply because I was retired.New customers get a discount. Working people get a discount. When you retire and your income decreases, you pay full price.The salespersons at this store need training in customer relations and product knowledge.

We attempted to schedule Internet install twice with the store first 0ct. 11 with install Oct 31, and second a rescheduled visit for Nov 3. Both times techs were no shows, and the service number to call for help had no record of services ever ordered. With poor assistance from AT&T, and no evidence of service ordered dispite our order number, (that doesnt lead anywhere), we are still without internet. I would not recommend using the Neosho AT&T location to anyone needing timely service.
Horrible! You wait for over 30 mins every time. Then still nothing gets done. Ive called 611 and been to the store just to have a multi line account and it still isnt done and in the system. Something needs to be done and the employees need trained. Really what do they get paid for?
So, I was debating between AT&T and suddenlink for my internet service at my temporary address. I figured, I already have AT&T cellular service maybe I can get a discount?. I learned that if you bundle the accounts they will sell the staggering $70 dollar plan for $50 for a month and if you do paperless and auto payments they knock off $10. $40 for 10GB, isnt that amazing!?*Of course today I look at my bill, $99 for a one time installation fee, $39.84 for a prorated bill of what was left of the month, $50 for this first month and an extra $50 for the last month. I call them up and ask whats going on, they inform me that the $10 knockoff doesnt apply until the next billing cycle.*sarcasm
They have great plans for families.

The worst experience I’ve ever had with anyone as a consumer. I was fed nothing but lies and they wouldn’t do anything to correct and stopped answering my phone calls. It wasn’t only them that was bad. It’s the entire AT&T umbrella. I would never recommend this place or AT&T to anyone.
My mother is on my plan and I live 2 hrs away. Her phone quit working this morning and took it in to the store. The staff member said she dropped the phone and couldnt help her. Later the same day after speaking with a customer representative in Tulsa and after calling 611, they both advised that she take the phone back in and have a smart test performed to verify if there was any liquid damage or physical damage. I spoke with the associate, he told me he was not a corporate owned store and couldnt help me. Customer service was extremely difficult and poor. Wouldnt recommend this store.
Took forever and sold me a prepaid plan i didnt want telling me they no longer offered a 45$ plan it was only a 30$ and a 65$. The 30$ only has 1 gb of data. I looked online after leaving and they offered a 50$ plan with 8gb of data which would have been my choice in plans
