I dealt with a young woman who had recently taken over as manager. She was very helpful and did a great job getting everything switched over! We’ve always had great luck with Russell Cellular anywhere we’ve been. I bought my first bag phone from Jeff Russell out of a Chevy Truck in about 1993-94 and have never been let down by this company’s recommendations and assistance.

Not being open during business hours is kinda bad for business

Had a long wait due to a couple of young men having difficulty deciding what they wanted. There was only one young lady working there for quite some time until the second employee arrived for work. None of the wait was the employees fault and they took all the time necessary to service their customers. I applaud them for that. They went out of their way to make sure the customers were happy. Great attitude, always happy, smiling and laughing. And as a plus no mask or face coverings were required! Its in Neosho, MO were the restrictions are more relaxed than in other areas. I like that! 😁

The customer service is top notch at this store, way better than any stand alone Verizon store. The staff are friendly, knowledgeable, and truly put the customer first. If youve had a bad experience with Verizon in the past, i urge you to give Russell Cellular a try, you will not be disappointed! Visited this independent dealer after much frustration in Joplin. The young ladies were so helpful and were willing to listen to our needs. They walked us through our new phones. I know if I have any questions that they will be there to answer! This was definitely hometown service! I would highly recommend!

After switching carriers from straight talk to Verizon, I was out of service for 2 whole weeks because I was getting nothing but a run around from straight talk and even being hung up on for two whole weeks. I finally called Verizon customer service and can honestly say that they didnt beat around the bush not one single time. They literally did what all the other people took 2 weeks to do, in just a couple hours. Thats awesome to me and I wanna give a special shout out to Jay especially, he hooked me up there in neosho with great customer service And had my phone going with no issues whatsoever. Plus you get your moneys worth in the amount of internet you pay for, not 45 dollars a month unlimited and it run out after so much. If its an unlimited plan, its actually unlimited lol. You rock guys. I definitely wont regret this upgrade and I highly recommend them!

We are so happy to finally be switched over to Verizon from T-mobile. Our CSR (Jaylen) did her very best to make the transition as smooth as possible to the best of her ability.

Outstanding persistence resolving problems! Serious effort to provide an appropriate plan at a lower price for the customer. AND, knowledgeable of products and skilled at talking to low-tech customers.(Verizon was going to lose my business before the Russell staff LISTENED to me, worked out a solution, and got my bill under control! )P.S. Im an ordinary customer who had previously used AT&T.

I love the service at this store. The problem is its an independent store. Tell me what that means, well it means you cant walk into say Walmart and get service or help if you are out of town. You may get help over the phone from a nice tech or a snotty tech. If you can get back into this store they are very helpful.

Dont bother with the Neosho location. I called from my house to see how late they were open, I was told 7 pm, I arrived at the store at 6:30 and found a locked door. I could see the guy inside so I knocked and was told that his manager told him they could close early, and could I come back tomorrow? Uh no, I drove 45 minutes today!! He said sorry. Whatever people!!!!

You need to change the hours on your door. Didnt appreciate traveling up there on Sunday just to find the store closed

What a joke in dire need of a new phone show up at 630 PM and doors are locked, sign clearly Marks 7 PM. Now I have to go a week without a phone, not happy Russel!!!

The manager lies and tries to blame the other workers for her faults. Havent had problems there till now

Took 3 hours to set up a phone plan. Did not tell me their where different insurance plans, they put me on the highest priced one. Put me on auto dialed text alerts without asking.
