He is helpful in every way from getting us a better deal on unlimited data and a new phone for only a few more dollars a month! Will help you figure out new features on phone🥴

Hey! Aaron is personable, listens to your needs, and then says, lets see what we can do to fix it. Aaron keeps u drawn in while finding a solution. Talking about what he might do. He allows the customer to choose or make their decision with out high pressure sales. Aaron is truly a professional with eye contact, and he dresses well. I feel very comfortable when when working w/ Aaron and I trust him . Because of Aaron, we will remain us customers for a very long time. I think Aaron would make a great teacher to other employees. My experience with the salesman was very good I realize it isnt their fault. However I am very unhappy with the reception on my S21 Ultra. I get absolutely no service at my home where I did with my Samsung S9+. Very unhappy. My phone has kept me up all night searching for service. Hoping this can be fixed. U.S.Cellular service is going down hill bad.

The younger girl working there was great and professional, only complaint I have is the fat dude that was SLEEPING AND SNORING. Made it hard for myself to be professional cause it was pretty funny. But at the same time it was rude and very hard to communicate with the girl working with me.

Staff is knowledgeable and friendly. Ive always been satisfied with the service here. Aaron is a great store manager.

I wanted to upgrade my phone Rachel.was a major help getting my.new set up for me Rachel id a very sweet girl.I cant remember the guy that was working there too but he was very nice also he was helping another customer with hers .BTW they both knew their jobs very well!

Andrew answered every question I had with patience and respect. He was professional but still friendly and welcoming. He made everything so easy and quick. I’d definitely recommend others to do business with him. Overall I had a great experience.

William was so patient with us. We were indecisive and not sure about how post paid service worked. He gave us options for accessories and was just so helpful!

He was very patient with us waiting on info from another company. It was when someone else came in the store and said they hit his vehicle that he went above and beyond to show his customers came first and continued our transaction until completed. Then showed true compassion for the guy that backed into his car. Wonderful experience . Keep up the excellent work William!

Steven worked with us and was very polite and apologized for the wait because of keeping our old numbers. He was so nice and worked very hard to make sure we kept our numbers because straight talk was being difficult. He was such a pleasure working with. Made everything so easy and explained everything.

I go in here pretty often. Jen is awesome, but there is 1 guy who works there who no matter what you go in for, his cell phone is more important. When you have customers you do not play on your phone.

I went in to the store not very happy this was the second time my phone had quit working after I had already had a replacement phone sent to me ...so I was about to cancel and she call customer service and got it fixed were I could upgrade early....and then she help me to go from prepaid to post pay and get a new phone and all the extras to get me taken care of. thanks again

The people I dealt with at store were nice and helpful the last 2 days. My only problem is with all the company activation fees and when when returning the device getting charged an even higher restocking fee. What a load of B.S. EXSPESALLY for someone on a fixed income.DEFINITELY LOOKING FOR A NEW CARRIER AFTER ALL THE CHANGES IN GREEDY POLICIES. Thats from a 13 year customer. Bye Bye U.S.Cellular.

I hate this damn store, the young guy in their was extremely rude towards my wife and everyone else in the store had nothing to say to this coworker of theirs. My wife is pregnant and always polite. I refuse to conduct further business with this store.
