The staff at this location Toy and Ms Tiki are the best! The store is clean with all shelves neatly arranged. The product lines and accessories are plentiful! I also appreciated their support to the community by allowing us to hold a voter registration drive in front of their store! The best choice for beauty in the city!

I love Fa beauty supply, she and her girls take care of business. Very professional and efficient. Ahgee is amazing, she is strong like her mom.

The women they get to work here are so unprofessional and rude! They’re either always having a conversation on their cell phone or acting disinterested in their job. I went in to buy a crochet needle and picked up a pack of hair for $6.99. The girl was just sitting behind the counter and when I tried to place the hair down she said don’t put that there, I just sprayed bleach down. Her tone was very offensive and rude. They didn’t have any crochet needles, and I tried paying for my hair with a $20 and she wanted something smaller so I just left that hair where it was and will not be returning to this poorly ran location.

This place is awesome. I needed help purchasing hair and didn’t really know what to buy but “Toy” helped me out. Glad I didn’t have to travel far to get what I needed.

Avoid this place. I bought a hot comb and it didnt work on my hair. They refused to take it back. What kind of store doesnt return merchandise? Told people not to come here.

This unruly, disrespectful establishment doesn’t even deserve one star in my opinion. And after telling everyone I know about my horrible experience they thought so too! I will keep this review fairly brief but there was so much wrong in this business I just can’t even begin to tell you the whole story. This I will say, I walked in there prepared to purchase a couple wigs. Gloom or glamour you don’t know my story. I have NEVER EVER been so mistreated by such a employee! Purchasing a wig is a new task for me. And without getting too personal the point is you don’t know what people are going through in their lives that brings them to such a vulnerable place and position. I was expecting more compassionate, helpful customer service. Instead I got a very disengaged black woman who seemed very put out and annoyed that I was in the store on January 19th, 2018 around 10:30am. She was short and rude answering questions. She threw some numbers at me of other colors that were available in the style of wig I liked and then acted like I knew what a 4NN OR double FF was.. or whatever she mumbled!!!! Then when I said “ I don’t know what those numbers mean”. She replies very abruptly, “well what color are you looking for”. She was no help like other wig salons I have been in with my mother n law. She wouldn’t let me see the wigs when I told her I couldn’t see. Well then acted like “oh well”. She basically threw a cap at me and I figured it out from there. I can’t even go on to describe how infuriated I am. And I bet with her horrible attitude if the tables were turned she would call out racism..! I was just a white girl in “ her arena of culture” and she never thought to be more sensitive. Or maybe she’s just a miserable animal who obviously hates her job and has no business in the customer service business . I’ve heard of complaints of this particular woman before. I will be taking this father than some google review . God forbid someone else would have to endure this type of behavior at such difficult times in their lives. Needless to say, I googled another shop close by and received 5 star service from Wigs n More. They were extremely helpful, kind and considerate. Asked a lot of questions to make sure I was getting exactly what I needed. They made me feel beautiful!!!! And I walked out of there with both hands full !! Take some lessons FA BEAUTY SUPPLY!!! You are lacking what you need to make a successful business!! And that horrible attitude isn’t going to get you far, not just in your business but in your life!!!

After seeing a few bad reviews, I was hesitant to come in. I needed a wig cap and yes I’m white. I thought the lady working was very friendly and helped me with whatever I needed. I have zero complaints. I wish I’d grabbed her name. I wanted to hop on her and leave my review as well because you can’t base everything off of one persons negative review.

Worst beauty supply ever!!! Arrived at the Fa this morning at 9:50 ( the sign say 10 am opening), 10:01 a young lady walked up on her cell phone...she never acknowledged me but mumble something to the effect the store wasnt open and would Not be opening for a another 5minutes..i asked the lady was she speaking to me, she replied with a yes and went inside the store..... Thank God Sallys across the street was Opened!!!! You will never get my business!!!😡😡😡😡😡😡
