Yesterday we stopped by your store with hopes of resolving a “no service” issue with our phone. Skyler D. Took care of us and in a matter of 10 minutes gave us back a working phone. Sadly, we had visited two t mobile stores on south 27 street with no hopes of restoring signal until t mobile has switched all towers. This young man connected us with a new chip!!! Thank you Sjyler!

Today I came into the store just to get a new screen protector, but Cameron very helpfully let me know of good deal for my old iPhone. He was very helpful & informative and I ended up walking out with new iPhone 12 and $500 for my old X! Wonderful experience, glad I’m set up for next few yrs.!

Just tried calling and as usual no one answers, on 4 minutes straight of ringing!

Do not let Cameron, the sales representative ever help you at this location. After 3 times of meeting with Cameron about upgrading our phones, he has lied to us or has changed his story. Guaranteed us our phones got ordered and they never showed up. Went in to see what was going on and they were never even ordered. My Mom even got charged $126.01 by a 5G network that was going towards our new phones “he ordered”. When filed a complaint to customer service, he completely denied taking care of us, and basically accused my Mom and I of, “lying” and threw us under the bus. This guy is beyond unprofessional and has horrible customer service skills. This is the worst customer service I have ever received and someone like him should not be trusted to help out any T-Mobile customer.

I went in to switch from Verizon and Kelsey and Sam were fantastic. We had a weird situation going on due to my mom coming on my plan and her living in Florida. The T-Mobile down there was less than helpful to my mom and this store went above and beyond for us. Also a shout-out to Skylar for dealing with them as well. You guys rock!

I switched from Verizon to T mobile on promotion.I got my SIM cards by mail and very hard time to port my numbers through customer service and stores around my house . I must have spent almost 10 hrs all together. Finally I thought of giving up of porting and stay with Verizon. As a final attempt I called this store and they have politely asked me to stop by their store to solve my issue . There they made straighten things less then a hour and cleared all the mess that was created by previous. They are just awesome and recommend go to this stores for any T mobile needs

Ive actually been coming to this location for a number of years. In fact there are two locations closer to my home but Ive always had good service here. Until the past 5 days. Its become evident to me to that if all you need is a straight forward transaction they can handle it. Anything more complicated and the incompetence becomes apparent. In order to keep this short my wife and I were to two different T-Mobile locations four times in 4 days and I was still supposed to receive a phone call yesterday to resolve an issue which we never received. In the end you when it gets complicated you get the runaround and the typical customer service lies when they dont want to deal with you anymore. Furthermore, it looks as though Ill be making my fifth trip to T-Mobile today.

I definitely have to give 5 stars to this store. Sam and Kelsey are quite experienced and they are devoted to help their clients. If you ever have a problem go to this store they solve it promptly for you.

I just bought a replacement phone for my 86 year old mother. James at T Mobile went above and beyond with helping to find the right phone and plan for my mother. James was extremely helpful and a great asset to the T Mobile Company. I would highly recommend this store and especially James for any of your cell phone needs. Thank you again for all your help.

I had a great experience at this T-Mobile location thanks to James! I came in to have a glitch fixed on my phone. James helped me to see that due to my 3 year old phone, I would continue to have issues and slow speeds. He determined my needs, listened to what I was interested in, and found a new phone that was the perfect fit for me & in my price range. I am not the techy-est person, and James was patient with me and explained the details until I understood the plan, cost, and new features of my phone. It was very refreshing to work with James at the New Berlin T-Moblie on National & Moorland. Thank you, James!*!

Service was very helpful. No pressure tactics from the sales person made the experience a good one.

They were very helpful, and didnt try to automatically put extra features on my account like some other stores.

I have given this location multiple opportunities and they have failed me every time. About a year ago I went in to Jump my phone and the guys working there were just hanging out and having very inappropriate conversations while taking forever to help me. Then the other day I went in to turn in my iPhone 7 because I had preordered the iPhone 8 and they told me once I received my new phone to take my old one into a TMobile location to turn it in. Well I spent 40 minutes in this TMobile and the guy didnt know how to return it and was telling me they must have upgraded the line instead of jumping the phone and I eventually just left because I had to get back to work. I asked him of the Waukesha location might know how to do it and he told me of he couldnt do it then they wouldnt know how to. Well the next day I went to TMobile in Waukesha on Sunset and I was in and out in 10 minutes and was able to turn in my phone and 3 others on my family plan. Dont waste your time at the New Berlin location!!

I was there couple of time, none of time they gave free item for Tuesday T-Mobile. Always they are saying no stock. This branch sucks....
