4.75 HOURS TO ACTIVTE 2 LINES AND MOVE 4 LINES FROM SPRINTI cannot recall the last time I had such a horrible customer service experience. My family and I went to the store located at 4828 S Moorland Rd, New Berlin, WI yesterday today at 12:30 to activate our account, activate 2 new phones, and move 4 lines over – the entire experience took almost 5 hours to complete was we were treated with complete disrespect. COMPLETE DISRESPECT !!!We walked in and John offered to help, and with John only being with the company 2-3 months, he continually struggled to get the transaction completed. I understand that he is newer, and was as patient as I could be, as he stopped the process numerous times to ask questions on how to proceed with our transaction – after 2.5 hours and no progress made, and after numerous questions – nobody offered to help, assist, or take over the transaction, leaving John alone to struggle and us to wait and wait and wait.I was then approached by a Dan – he was approximately 5’6”, Caucasian, reddish short hair the a trimmed beard. Dan is the most condescending arrogant individual I have encountered in a very long time. Dan demanded the I remain seated, which I cannot do for extended periods of time due to a knee disability, which was explained to him, however he did not care. He demanded that if I had to stand, I had to comply by going outside at - 49 degrees and I did not bring the appropriate attire as thought I could remain inside for the 2 hours I anticipated the transaction would take. Dan, in his condescending and arrogant voice stated that it is ‘normal’ of this type of transaction to a long time and pointed to another family that was conducting a similar transaction – oddly, their transaction started 1.5 hour after ours and only took 1.5 hours to complete.Finally after 4 hours and little progress made, Dan assisted John and our transaction started making progress, and we left the store at 5:12 PMCan you please explain to me why the staff at the location would let John struggle through our transaction AND allow us to wait for HOURS without offering help to John and assist in our transaction?Can you please explain why a condescending arrogant individual is allowed to be customer facing?Can you please explain to me the company policy that requires people with disabilities to only stand outside the facility when needed.Can you please explain to me why the staff would require disabled individuals NOT prepared for the weather to stand outside at 49 degrees.Is it the expectation that activating 2 lines and porting over 4 that the process takes 5 hours?
Sales rep Nate Abraham was most helpful fixing phone issues that no one else was able to solve. He took the time to explain each step and waited until I tried all the features to ensure everything was working properly. I appreciate the fast and high quality customer service so that I was able to leave with all issues resolved. Thanks, Nate!
My son went into this store, to check on getting a new phone.He is on my account, but not authorized, to get a new phone, or make changes to the account.With out any contact with me, the person who has the account. They gave him a new phone.No pin required, no authorization from me. I did not get any information, when I went in to find out why, this happened.I was given very little information why.
Had the pleasure of working with Lane Hyams. He did a great job getting everything set up properly. Excellent customer care/people skills.I also appreciated how the salespeople were willing to help one another. No attitude, no rolling of the eyes - just a group of individuals being professional. Would highly recommend this company/location and would not hesitate to return in the future.
We upgraded our phones and worked with Floyd at Verizon in New Berlin. Floyd was awesome, so knowledgeable, efficient and fun! I went back to get my husbands phone set up and Lee and Dan assisted me. They were both wonderful, super helpful, patient and even stayed longer to complete the set up! I highly recommend working with these three Verizon Experts!!

Wanted to give compliments to Dan O. at the New Berlin Verizon for setting me up with a new phone, ipad and Disney bundle. Being 50 years old and somewhat technologically challenged it was a pleasure to have Dans help through this transition.I have been with Verizon for 20 years and each time I have to go back in and replace a phone it can be painful learning new systems. This seemed to be the easiest new phone I have had yet and since I am not getting any better with this tech, I know it was Dans help that made things go smoothly. Also wanted to thank Dan F. who helped me sync my phone with a new car I just bought and showed me some other things on the phone. I was fortunate to have help from these two exemplary representatives of Verizon and just wanted to thank them and wish them a happy new year.

So after not having very good service through the Verizon store the down the road from our house, our phone upgrades were accidentally sent to the New Berlin store where we had the pleasure of working with Terrance. We are actually happy that our phones were accidentally sent to your store because Terrance turned our previous bad experience into an amazing experience. Terrance took the time to explain the different upgrade packages that were available, and was very transparent in explaining pricing and what we would be paying. He was very personable, entertaining, and made the time we spent doing our upgrade fly by. His customer service is something you don’t get everywhere, and even though your store is further from us we will definitely be making that drive just to work with him in the future! Thank you Terrance, you are simply awesome! 10 of 10 from us!
This place is a joke, none of the employees know what they are talking about. I went 3 times in the past week and all employees were bad. Trips 1 and 2 Dan and Lexie gave me wrong prices and discounts on phones. I finally found the phone on Verizons website with the right offers and placed the order for a store pick up. This leads me to trip 3 where I dealt with Darren and Mark. I walked in and Mark handed me to Darren as he said this was an easy process and a learning experience for Darren. Darren had no clue what did to and asked Mark numerous times for help, which Mark replied he also did not know what to do. Darren called numerous employees and all of them did not know how to activate my phone. After about an hour I told them to cancel my order and walked out. I returned home with an email from Verizon saying my order was picked up. Now currently dealing with the 800# trying to figure out what the employees at this store all messed up and if they stole my new phone I told them to cancel.
BE CAREFUL! Went in to upgrade our phones to the IPhone 11. Found out over an hour into the process that we were paying $60 more per phone! I showed them both the Verizon website and Apple website that showed the price and they said Apple forced them to charge that price. They claimed by adding a watch on with a promotion that our bill would be less. Found out that wasn’t true when I was able to see my new bill on the app(they wouldn’t show us anything as far as how our bill would change, just kept saying they are getting us the best deal.) so I had them remove it. Finally the trade in credits were about 60% of the value Verizon lists on the website. I went for convenience of not ordering online and waiting for it to come and it cost me over $200 in extra charges. I would have walked out when I found out but we had spent so much time already, and they had already transferred the data. I would highly recommend just going online and ordering or picking a store that shows their prices and is more transparent with everything.

Me and my girlfriend stopped in on Sunday and worked with Dan O’Dwyer. The reason for our stop, we needed help converting from one phone to another so my girlfriend could have a newer phone because hers was broken. Dan was able to assist us in that transaction and was able to work with me in up grading my Apple Watch, which I wasn’t even thinking about at the time. Dan made it super easy for both transactions on Sunday. Me and my girlfriend left feeling great about our transaction with Dan.
Had an excellent encounter with Lexie in the Verizon sales store. Her attitude was very professional but friendly. My wife and I are senior citizens but she made everything understandable and easy. She also brought opportunities to our attention for other products...such as the I pad. Thanks Lexie, we will be happy to do business with you again!
Waited an hour to be told the phone we wanted wasn’t in stock. They would order one and call us when it came in. Should take 2 days. Took 11 days and three phone calls from me. Finally they found the phone. I asked to make an appointment so we wouldn’t have to wait for another hour. They don’t make appointments. So after sitting here for another 30 minutes and counting I won’t be coming back. They seem understaffed and inept. I tried to order the phone myself but Verizon website didn’t recognize my address. They can send me a bill to that address but not a phone.

Purchased two new Apple phones from Daniel O’dwyer. Very knowledgeable and very helpful with cell phone plans. It was a long process but he was very professional. I would recommend this store because it was not crazy busy and did not have to wait at all.
I changed my service from at&t to Verizon last week and I got new iPhone 12 pro. When I went home, I realised my iMassage is not working. The messages were sent through my email address rather than my phone number. I went to the store the following day to have it fixed. The associate, Amber, tried to fix it by calling the tech support. We spent several hours in the store to get it fixed but nothing they were trying was working. Amber told us that they will try factory reset and she asked us to return in a couple of hours. When we returned to the store, not only the iMassage wasn’t fixed, but also my messages were gone. She told us that my iMassages will be back at home and it will take a while to have it downloaded from iCloud and she has ordered a new iPhone for me. My messaged were never recovered! I went to store this morning to get my new phone. At the store, Tim R told us that iMassage is now working and although the new phone is here, he doesn’t see any reason anymore to switch the phones. When we explained what happened at the store last week, he told us that his coworker clearly didn’t know what she was doing and when a line is transferred to a new service, it might take a while for iMassage to work and they (Verizon)are not responsible for losing my messages and that’s an Apple issue! He was so rude and disrespectful and indifferent to our problem. Now, who is in charge of my gone messages? Why it is gone after factory reset? Why they promised me to change my phone and they didn’t? I will definitely file a complaint on BBB and Verizon headquarter for being disrespected by a Verizon staff, wasting my entire day last Thursday and emotional disturbance. I am so disappointed of Verizon.

We came in with our old and new phones asking for help with the case. Dan wasnt wearing a mask when we entered. Dan was not helpful and insulted our new phones that we bought from Verizon. Dan would also talk with the other employee while with us, not talking about our phones or cases. We left frustrated and annoyed with Dan and found help elsewhere.

I have had the same Galaxy S6 since it came out four years ago. After finally paying it off, two years later, I decided to switch to Verizon prepaid to save a little money. Four years later, it was definitely time for an upgrade. Debating whether I should purchase a phone outright, or go back to a post-paid plan, I decided on the latter. It seems as though there are so many different options in 2019, and Anthony was HUGE in helping me debate and finally decide on which phone to choose. After visiting the store, I decided to think on it, but any time I had a question or needed advice on narrowing down my choices, Anthony was always there to answer any questions I had and offer advice. I ultimately decided on the Note 10 plus, and couldnt be happier. He got me set up with a great rate, on a 5GB data plan and all the insurance and protection I need for my beautiful new phone. Thanks again for all your help Anthony, and not treating me like just another customer, but a friend.

We encountered the remarkable and incredibly capable sales pro, Mark Pate, at the New Berlin, WI store and bought a new LG cell phone and a new Apple iPad. Mark was simply EXCELLENT at helping my wife and I with product selection, explanations of differences and advantages of various phone brands and models, and getting everything properly set-up for two NON-techies. He asked great and insightful questions! But more than any of that, we had a R E A L challenge trying to get highly valued photos and videos off my wifes old, decrepit and failing iPad. He tried everything and his technical skills were awesome, and his knowledge was just impressive as heck. Nothing was working, so we came back into the store a couple of weeks later thinking they were lost forever. Mark worked the two iPads as they lay next to one another, got them connected after numerous attempts, and eventually was able to successfully transfer the vital files. And this is the SHORT version of the story! Thank you, SO MUCH, Mark. Your value to Verizon is in GOLD .. we hope they truly, and deeply, appreciate you!!!

Jetmir is very knowledgeable, helpful and patient with me and my daughter as we were swapping our phones over. We were a big order to take on and he worked with us for awhile as we sorted everything out. He is very good at what he does. Also, I was here the other day to try and start the process and Kelly was also super friendly and helpful.
A nice clean brand new store with attentive and helpful staff. Definitely worth a visit if you are shopping for a phone or similar electronic device. One thing to note is they are retail not corporate and could not process a return on a duplicated purchase for an Apple product.
Today I came to this office with something I thought that was impossible to do with my phone. They were able to help me. I have always dreaded going to the Verizon store, hate is a strong word but it defines my past Verizon experiences....I chose this location yesterday as it is not a Corporate Verizon store.My Moto Z had been acting up for months (which the corporate store did not address) and finally took its final useful breath yesterday. Rachel took control of the situation asked several pertinent questions and we were off and running. Got it all done and she even dropped some knowledge in an hour. They were crazy busy at the store during this time.Rachel kept her focus while helping other coworkers as she was helping me. She is phenomenal and a great asset to Verizon. I will go back to this store for all my needs.Rachel personally followed up today to make sure everything was going well with the new phone and jetpack. Outstanding customer service. The staff all around was very friendly and helpful the whole time I was at the store.

I had an overall good experience with the team at this location in New Berlin. They had a better promotional offer on their phones than the branch stores were offering and everyone I met was very eager to help. We ran into a small hiccup when getting things switched over from another carrier, but Xavier kept in touch and was able to get it resolved without much intervention on my part. They are still a new store that appears to be overcoming some growing pains, but the folks I met seemed to care about taking care of their customers and that matters.

I stopped in today to return an Iwatch cable I bought incorrectly. Long story short they didn’t have the cable and couldn’t return it since I bought from a different type of Verizon store. Certainly not their fault in any way. Now for the best part they investigated my concern and offered a solution of an usb c plug adapter. Not only did they resolve my issue they gave me the adapter for free for my inconvenience. Let me assure you I was not inconvenienced im any way as it was my fault. But they went way above and beyond to help me get me on my way. Will 100% but all my phone stuff from them moving forward. Thank you for showing me that customer service isn’t dead.
