I stopped in the New Berlin, WI location to switch over means of payment and they helped me out with it even though you can do it from your app. I wasn’t aware of that but they were happy to help me through the process.

All the employees are knowledgeable and willing to go above and beyond for customer. A million times better than 76th store. I will only go to this location from now on!

Joey is the finest, most professional young man I have ever encountered in a workplace. He takes the time to explain, go in depth, and answer any questions or solve any problems that customers have. He exemplifies everything about great customer service along with the rest of the employees! 10/10 would recommend this location and will definitely return for any of my technological needs!

I have needed help for several reasons, Tom at New Berlin USCellular store has helped me tremendously on several occasions.Tom is personable, polite and always willing to take time to explain and solve the problemsYou are so very lucky to have Tom as an employee.

We were in last month to purchase a prepaid phone for our daughter. The sign stated that the phone would be free after a $75 prepaid card. When we inquired about it we were told that was not the case. We pointed out that it was on the sign and told that promotion had ended. They had to get the phone from another store so we left for a few hours and came back. When we came back, they had blacked out the promotion on the sign. I asked again about it when we were paying and was told there was nothing they could do about the prepaid card. I asked to credit the price of the phone or credit my existing account. I was told by the manager on duty neither were possible. Other stores we shop at gladly honor advertised prices even if they offer is no longer available but they didn’t remove the sign. In my opinion this is false advertising and very poor customer service. I do not plan to return to this store.

With the New Berlin location being listed as an authorized agent and not a corporate store, I was worried they wouldnt be able to help me, but I was completely wrong. My iPhone sim card went out and it turned out to be an issue with that particular iPhone model. I came in to the New Berlin location and worked with Derek. He was able to diagnose the issue right away. I had a few options to repair it through Apple Care, but Derek was able to crunch the numbers and it actually made more sense to upgrade my phone instead of repairing it. In the process of that he updated several other parts of my plan and ended up saving me a good chunk of money overall. Very happy with the level of customer service from Derek and the store overall!

This location is great! Got helped by the sweetest girl Kayla here today! She gave me answers to all my questions and was very helpful! I love going here because of convenience and workers like her.

Artur and Derek are some of the most exceptional young employees I have ever encountered. Not only is their professionalism exemplary, but their hard work puts other corporate store employees attitudes to shame when compared. I cannot wait to go back for my next phone.

Finally, I got an agent who could fix my cell phone. In 10 minutes Tommy, a sales representative found myProblem and showed me the source of the problem. I had been to this store once before and three other times to the U.S.Cellular store in Brookfield. No one could solve my problem. I spent time on the phone with agents trying to reset my phone...all to no avail. So today I went to the New Berlin Store again with one of my old phones so I could transfer data to a different phone. Tommy looked at my phone and in 10 minutes removed a third party app which was causing the problem....Bravo, Tommy! I will definitely look for Tommy if I have any other questions.Anne Pierce

Today I went in to upgrade my daughters phone line and set up my other daughter on our plan. Sam and Megan were so helpful, fun, and professional! They walked me through all the options and are very knowledgeable of their products! Amazing service and had the product I was looking for!!

Stopped in the New Berlin store for a new phone for my son. Was worried we would be there for hours. The staff was great and it was the quickest US Cellular visit Ive ever had to get a new phone.

Alex was very helpful and took the time to explain the new bill and worked with us and was extremely patient.
