Came in to be fitted for some contacts, I have zero complaints. The staff was very friendly and informative on the contacts. This was one of the best experiences I’ve had at a vision center in a really long time. Everyone was fantastic from the Front desk to the OD(everyone in between). 10/10 will be coming back.

My husband has come to eye site for years for his glasses and contacts but when it came to our son with Autism we went with a different place that came highly recommended for kids with his needs. Once I realized the cost of the glasses without insurance coverage there I found that Eyesite did take out insurance so we went there instead - they didn’t have the ultra bendy durable glasses so we went with their next best. These broke quickly and when I asked for help I met Danica. She went above and beyond to get the best glasses for my son - ones they didn’t carry (but now do offer!) and was so helpful in finding them, ordering them, getting a temporary option for us while we waited etc. She also was incredibly patient and warm with Matthew who struggled in the store a few times with trying on frames etc. I don’t usually have time to write reviews but eye site and especially Danica deserve a huge thank you - as a mom of five and one with special needs things like this can be hugely stressful and I felt so taken care of. If you are needing help with getting glasses for your child I highly recommend going to eye site when Danica can help you.

Dr. Motisi is the best. I have trusted him for 15 years and he provides expert care. I recommend his work - and my kids also visit the center every year. He is the best. Highly Recommend.

I really appreciate that they were able to get me in on short notice, since I was running out of contacts! They also proposed some solutions for my dry eyes that Ive been dealing with for years. Thanks for the info and ideas for treatment!

Incredible experience so far. Switched to Dr. Motisi due to his experience with fitting RGP contacts. He is patient and is able to clearly explain everything to me. I am highly myopic and I’m seeing the best I have in my entire life. Highly recommended!

Had eye surgery and my vision got worse. Went to see Dr. Motisi and he got my vision pretty close to 20 25. Thanks a bunch. Also thanks to his staff for helping me get the right lenses for my glasses. I will recommand him to everyone.

Poor customer service. I got a bill in the mail after I spent well over $500 on glasses for my daughters. A phone call would of been appropriate for additional charges . Not a bill in the mail. I questioned the bill and Bonnie could not explain the meaning of some of the charges. I went on the internet and got the answers. The contact prescription was never filled out correctly. They ordered the wrong frames. Janine accused my daughter of ordering the wrong glasses when I was there! I have had glasses for over 20 I have NEVER an experience like this with the office personnel. They are not accountable for mistakes that they had made. The optometrist very pleasant and very professional! Kudos to Dr. Thomas Motisi. Please beware!

I visited with Eye Site for my yearly eye exam. Dr Motisi did a great job explaining what was happening during the exam and how new lenses would help me see better close up. I felt very comfortable with the staff and plan to return next year. Great job!

Good, professional service provided. First eye exam since elementary school so the following may or may not be surprising to some. The first medical-like appointment that was on time -- I was in and out with a complete eye exam in 45 minutes including filling out the new patient paper work and paying. The staff was friendly and fast, and the doctor was great -- not much for me to compliment or complain about but Ill be back for future eye care needs.

Excellent customer service. Excellent medical service. Very helpful as a first-time patient and as a baby boomer getting his first pair of glasses. The technology and testing was impressive.

I have been going to eyesite since I was very young.Dr.Motisi has always been very nice and professional always caring about my visual needs.The staff is wonderful always explaining my insurance benefits and giving me a good understanding of what my insurance will pay for my glasses and contact lenses.I will say I pay a bit more at eyesite but the quality of my glasses and the warranty is outstanding!

Had eye exam in early December, glasses finally came mid January. Only problem was I couldn’t see out of them. Now I have to go back in for another eye exam. Wow😳
