Had a great experience with a patio door installation. Bob Dietz was very informative, and offered great suggestions. Install was super smooth and they look and operate awesome.
I had all my casement windows and patio door replaced by HomeTowne. Bob Cunningham was the salesman and he did an excellent job explaining the windows and the complete process of replacing the windows. I went with Softlite and I would have to say that I feel that I made an excellent choice (the windows are beautiful). Kyle was the installer in charge for the installation along with his crew and they did an excellent job from beginning to the end. Kyle also came out after hours to finish up on some exterior caulking. If I could give this company more stars I would. Thanks for for a great job!!!
Replaced two large picture windows. Excellent experience overall. All appointments - from estimation to install - were easy to make and their team was on time. Received plenty of notice about install date and confirmation prior to install. Crew arrived on schedule. They were polite and did great work - including clean-up. Final product looks fantastic.
Bill and his crew just finished our windows yesterday. I cant begin to tell you how please we are with them. First there was no high pressure sales talk, simply education on different windows and what to look for. Then Bill was prompt in getting the final measurements and ordering the window. We had 27 windows and a door wall. The crew were hard working and never even took breaks. They vacuumed around their work areas and left the house in great shape. Very little clean up on my part. Bill gave us instructions on our new windows and noted 2 problems with the window that will be taken care of. Greater than a 5 star company
Amazing service! We had every window replaced in the with them a couple years ago, still going strong and couldnt be happier. Compared to the other window companies (we had five quotes) they were about middle of the pack but were comparing apples to oranges here. The Pella windows they recommended were way above and beyond the quality of cheaper or even more expensive TV brands. Had thirteen windows replaced in an day and a half, work. Just had to get a screen replaced, they ordered one up right away. Bob and the team are fantastic.
These guys know windows! I was excited to start remodeling our home, but honestly got so overwhelmed when I looked online at reviews for the top window brands. HomeTowne has them all, but they easily narrowed it down to the brand that fit my budget and style. Would highly recommend!
Multiple brands under one roof without the high pressure to make a sale. They come across as honest, and were willing to provide a quote. So far.... so good!
The gentleman who’d been in this line of work for 20 years was exceptionally accomadating even though we were shopping for new construction and not fix and repair and replace. Extremely knowledgeable, taking windows apart and explaining the internal workings.
Had the majority of our windows replaced by Home Towne. Owner, Bob, was great to deal with when picking/pricing. Their install crews are direct hires, not contractors. They were great, end product and finishing work exceeded expectations. Highly recommend.
Never called me back and when I called back was just told they were too busyThey were not to busy to install $8000 worth of windows though
Very unprofessional experience. We were looking to replace a window in our family room. We had two companies out that gave very informative presentations, showing us various samples & explaining the differences between the window manufacturers. Doing our due diligence we called upon HomeTowne to come out to see what they had to offer. Steve Marsac, one of their salesmen, came out to our house. He had no enthusiasm in what he was doing & seemed rather lazy. All he did was measure the window that we wanted to replace & offered no samples or discussion on what they sell. Because of our previous meetings with the other window companies we knew enough to ask Steve some questions. When we asked if he had samples to show us he answered, no, I would have to have 20 different window samples in my car. He said we could go to their showroom (that is 40 minutes away) to see samples. Steve said he would e-mail us the quotes. After waiting a week & not hearing from Steve I called him. He apologized for the delay & immediately e-mailed me his quotes. They seemed in the ball-park so my wife and I decided to take the drive to their showroom. Prior to leaving I called to be sure someone would be there that afternoon. I was assured there would be someone there, as I had mentioned we would be there within a couple of hours. After driving 45 minutes the showroom was closed. This was at 3pm & their hours are supposed to be til 5. Understandably upset I called to see if someone might be there. After receiving their voice mail system I left a message for Bob Dietz letting him know that we had driven from across town only to find their showroom closed. While we were in their parking lot making the phone call a HomeTowne car drove up. It happened to be Bob Dietz, one of the owners. After explaining our displeasure with them not being open initially & also mentioned how Steves presentation was very poor and that I had to call Steve to remind him to send me the quote Bob was very apologetic. Bob took the time to show us the various windows that we were interested in. We agreed on a price & Bob was going to come out the next morning to take final measurements. We were very impressed with our experience with Bob. We scheduled that he would be out the next day at 2pm to take the final measurements. Bob called me a short time later & asked if we could change the time to 10am. We agreed, as my wife did have to make a change in her morning plans. First thing the next morning I received the following e-mail from Bob: Hello, Thank you for the opportunity to measure for your window project. We apologize, but are going to decline on the project at this time. Thank you, Bob DietzBob offered no explanation just this short e-mail. I would like to thank Bob & HomeTown for wasting our time. Not a way to do business!
Quick and courteous at the Drive Through today.
Fair price, on time, good workmanship, and cleaned up well.
Dont use them. Worst salesmen ever 😠
