SiDEX installed a new tub and surround for our main bathroom more than a year ago, and we couldnt be more pleased. We went from an old ceramic and steel tub to a deep, insulated tub with waterproof, easy to clean surround with ADA compliant hand rails.The insulated tub holds the heat of the water amazingly well, allowing you to take nice, long soaks without needing to add more water to keep the temperature. And the surround looks great and works well with suction cups for hanging things like shower puffs.

The installer arrived on time. he was supposed to be accompanied by other installers but somebody had called in. so instead of canceling he still came out, very professional polite and very considerate. He laid plastic down inside and outside of the house to make cleanup easier.was very happy on how clean the windows looked after they were done being installed

Everyone is very professional. they do an awesome job. Their service calls are always very quick and very professional also. I love my windows. enjoy when they are here. they always clean up after themselves they never leave a mess and again I love my windows.

From the first appointment I had with the salesman to the installation of my beautiful bow window I was impressed with the knowledge and professionalism of the Sidex employees who helped me. I made several changes on some options after the sale and they were able to give me everything I asked for. The people who did the installation really paid attention to detail, answered all of my questions, and made sure my house was protected from the dust and debris. I was so happy with the whole process I bought nine more windows.

They replaced all our soffits and did an excellent job and they replaced our bathroom window and installed a jacuzzi shower stall. We are very pleased with their work and their fair pricing.

So expensive and pretty pushy salesmen. If you set up an appointment with this company be prepared to waste an hour or more of your life

Great results! SIDEX resided my house, and overall it was a good experience with a great finished product. The sale of the service took place right at my house, and they had all the siding options and colors right there. The installers were extremely professional, and efficient. They started on a Wednesday, and finished the house and garage by the following Tuesday. The color and product used were exactly what my Wife and I ordered. When I had questions or had an issue I could reach their office right away by phone, and they answered all my questions and helped me out. The installers walked me around the finished job to check everything out, and a few days later another SIDEX Rep visited on their own accord to make sure my Wife and I were totally satisfied, and he answered all our new questions. I highly recommend SIDEX for home and building residing projects!

I absolutely LOVE my new windows and the work that was done. The fellas that came and installed them were GREAT and they did them very quickly!Reason why I only gave 4 stars was that I thought the communication leading up the the window installation was poor. Was told they would install them sometime in the beginning of May. End of April, still never heard anything, and I was the one that had to call and see the status on the windows. When it came to finding a date and time when the windows could be installed, told the man on the phone I could only do certain days, and he said he would get back to me. I again, had to reach out 3 days later to no call. Hopefully it was just a misunderstanding and the communication leading up the the installation of the windows gets fixed.

Had bath remodel about 10 years ago I now have hair line crack. I have been calling since October 2020. Promise to help. Never have. Called over and over. They are polite answering and promising but no one schedules to come. Poor customer service. After my review Sidex came out and took care of everything. Very appreciative. Now give 4 stars.

Very nice to get a hold of them. And they came out to fix the issue I had. They also had Joe come out to see the windows that they put in almost 4 years ago. And they still look good, hopefully many more years. Thanks Sidex for everything.

Awful customer service. Had a patio door installed just over 8 months ago. Door didn’t lock properly. Took 3 months to get it ‘“fixed.” Still doesn’t operate properly. Frost forms on the inside and they initially told me it was due to the humidity in my house. Then conceded that it needs repair. After several weeks, still can’t get a call back to schedule the repair. Awful customer service - just awful. I should have done my homework and researched more. Just a nightmare experience.

They did an awesome job with the Siding on the house. They guys were very nice and did the job in a timely manner. The only thing I didnt like was that I found a nice amount of nails on the ground all around my house & I have a dog.

Horrible customer service! We’ve been trying to get help for several years. We had a window installed that is supposed to have a lifetime warranty. Two fixtures broke. We’ve called over a dozen times, my husband stopped there, a guy came a couple years ago and looked at it and still nothing. Our next step will be BBB and if need be we will get our lawyer involved. I’m tired of the c**p! Do yourself a favor and don’t go with them. If you notice the reviews management always responds to positive reviews but negative reviews hardly ever a response.

The entire process from start to finish went very smoothly. Even though the color of the siding that I picked out was not readily available, Joe at Sidex worked to find a comparable color that I am very happy with. The siding installation crew was knowledgeable and professional. They did a good job installing all phases of my siding project. I am very happy with the completed project.

We had a unique shower situation that they were able to do. The install guys were great and did a wonderful job.

We had our windows installed about 3yrs ago. They installed a window that had a small crack in the actual window which they didnt notice but my husband did. When my husband mentioned the crack window the gentleman stated that they will replace the window within a few weeks aka we are still waiting! Horrible customer service and horrible experience! No one ever returns your phone call except when you report them to BBB! Pay the extra money and go to Feldco!

SiDEX removed an enclosed shower/bath unit and installed a modern, easy to care for walk-in shower in just two days. That included clean up. Most impressive was the double check for placement heights of handles and height of shower units so my husband can reach everything easily. Priceless.

Spend approximately $5,000. On new bath/shower remodel with life time warranty! Ha ha ha, what a joke! 2 years into our new bath room, we ended up with mold/mildew. Called 3 times and got the run around, had 2 people that hung up on me and was told thats our problem now! Supposedly talked to manager and he said not their problem. Now we are having an issues with water filling up in between the 2 tubs causing the tub to bubbles and squash. Now we have to pay someone else to come out and redo what should have been taken care of by Sidex! I will never use this company again!!!!

Sidex installed new siding on my family’s home- they were excellent from start to finish. The sales representatives were friendly and willing to work within my budget- suggesting different styles to accommodate as well as beating another company’s quote! The techs were knowledgeable and I appreciated that they consulted myself and my husband along the way with questions and they even replaced the existing porch lights with new ones we had purchased. I would recommend Sidex to anyone!

Sidex was very professional throughout the entire process. We had a couple of delays due to covid and one of our items didnt come in when expected, but neither were the fault of Sidex! They kept us informed throughout and their work is second to none!

Excellent customer service and great products! I was really impressed with the installation of our new windows and how quickly it was done. Definitely going to use them again for our new doors and bathroom! They have a great selection, and its nice as a disabled person not to have to leave my house to look at products. Do not pound on my door first of all a knock is fine . Secondly when I say I am not interested in your products please tell your door to door salesmen to take no as an answer . Your salesman was pushy and became abrasive when I said firmly but, politely I am not interested. If your company is so incredible you wouldnt need to use these tactics.

We had a shower & bath & shower installation. The caulking was poorly done & leaks slime in the shower. Also we’re unable to remove light/fan fixture to clean & replace the lightbulb. I’ve been calling since 01/08/2020 to get service. Jay always states someone will call in a week or two to set up an appt. It’s been over 10 months & no one follows up. Sidex is still under contract but refuses to help. I regret the day I hired them. They’re undeserving of our/your business.(There were other major issues with the bathtub/shower install but that’s ‘water over the bridge’.)

Joe, (sales) is a knowledgeable, experienced, and friendly consultant. He helped us with our previous home projects. After we moved, we realized we needed new siding. It was a no brainer to call and ask for him to come out. He is so helpful in helping us figure out the details. For our first projects, the crew that came out where all courteous and professional. We have no doubts we will receive that kind of great service again.

They replaced one of our windows and its worked out great. We no longer feel drafts in the room at winter time and the style of window is exactly what we needed. Joe came out and checked up on how the window was working out and we appreciate that he came. The installation process was easy and they were professional.

I had siding put on, and windows replaced. From the sales person to the installers, everyone was honest, and friendly . If I had an issue or concern, one phone call was all it would take to have it resolved. I would definitely recommend them, and hire them again.

We have had the majority of our windows replaced in our home. The last windows were in our kitchen, and we are very disappointed. They didnt tell us they were going to have a tint and block out the sunlight. They look green when the sun shines in. They might be efficient, but they are ugly. Nothing was offered to fix it. It was explained that the U-value changed nationwide.

Had windows done and now we are having gutters and storm door replaced. Great company to work with.

This past year I had Sidex take out my old cracked tub with overhead shower, and replace it with a barrier-free roll-in shower. They were actually able to do the job 2 weeks earlier than planned and finished the work all in one day. We love the new shower!

I had windows installed 15 yrs ago and still look and work great. 4 yrs ago I had a garden window installed. Last year the center picture window fogged up. They ordered a new glass and installed it. Very satisfied.

We had a great experience with Sidex. The representative (Joe) came out to our house several times and answered questions about materials, process, costs. Work was done meticulously, headed up by a very experienced man (Wayne). Cost was competitive or better than some of the other estimates that we got. They followed up twice to see if there were problems or questions. Very happy with them and would use them again.

Refuses to return calls regarding botched electricity work in the bathroom. My parents were charged almost $10,000 to remodel their bathroom thats 5 by 8 and my parents had to buy the toilet and sink separately. One of the recessed lights in the shower burned out and we couldnt find the replacement and were then told LED lights shouldnt burn out that quick and that there was an issue with the way it was installed. Ive called them multiple times and they refuse to call back or send someone to fix it. I pray to God my parents home doesnt catch fire from this unprofessional company.

The installer did an excellent job. Sidex ordered the wrong window & it was installed in August. I noticed it was the wrong window the next day. Sidex acknowledged it was their error & ordered the correct window. About six weeks or more later, having heard nothing, I called them on a Thursday & they said they could install the new window the next Monday, but my schedule was full so I couldnt. He said he would get back to me. Today is December 11th & I still have not heard from them. Let me reiterate, the installer was excellent, but Sidex dropped the ball. The finance company told us, dont sign anything unless you are completely satisfied, but, not being a window expert, I thought it was the correct window at first.

Horrible customer service. Placed a work order in for repair and a week later still no return call. Called back and was told that I had to wait another week before someone would call me to schedule an appointment. Was also sold a lifetime warranty but wasnt really lifetime!

Had all windows and patio door replaced a year ago. Since then the patio door leaks at the frame, front window leaks at the frame and a window in a bedroom fogged up between the panes. Called to get them looked at but appointments kept getting canceled (for three months). They seem to have no intention or interest in honoring their lifetime guarentee. Extremely disappointing from a supposedly AAA rating from the BBB.

Look elsewhere, Sidex is a bad contracting company that does not stand by their overpriced work. We contracted Sidex to install a tub and shower surround in October 2017. The shoddy work was done January 2018. The installers Sidex pays daily with cash neglected to put down a sub floor so the tub creeks and pops extremely loud during use, and for up to 2 hours after use.We have been getting the run around from Sidex since. They did send out a different installer in March that agreed it was not installed correctly but that is as far as Sidex has stood by their promises and warranty. Sidex has missed appointments, they have missed replacement dates and Sidex rarely will answer the phone or return a voicemail.I should have known better:The sales person does not have a direct numberThey do not use email or any formal contractsThey have a stock website with zero modern social media presenceThey do not use invoice numbersThey sell using the manufactures slick videos on an iPadThey pay their installers daily, with cash.When issues happen they hope you just give up callingSidex is the contractor you fear hiring. They masquerade as a real company but must have zero repeat business. Please look elsewhere.
