Tri County was quick to schedule and replace my roof after a hail storm. They worked with the insurance company to make sure everything was covered. The added 10 year yearly check ups to insure their work is top notch. I highly recommend working with this company.

I was recommended to Tri-County Contracting by my sister-in-law. My wife went to their office a number of times to discuss our options. She was given three options. They allowed her to bring samples home for me to review. I was surprised how well informed my wife had become about roofing. Tri County Roofing was referred to us by our neighbors and they did not disappoint! We had a tremendously big job to tear off the original cedar shake plus 2 layers of asphalt shingles on top of that. The crew worked relentlessly and quickly, handling our very steep sloping house so well even our neighbors were impressed watching. The supervisor, Tony, was easy to get a hold of with any questions/concerns during the process and did the final inspection himself. We also had them install new gutters which all together was quite reasonable in cost. Luke was just out to do our free annual inspection and was nice and professional to talk with. We will continue to recommend Tri-County in the future.

My inlaws used Tri-County Contracting to have a new roof installed 11+ years ago. With both inlaws passing last year, it is now time to clean and sell the house. I used them on my beautiful 1800s home and was so happy with my roof and Joes work especially on my fascia that I refer to them all the time, many of my clients have used them as well. That was back in October 2004. We have all been very satisfied and happy with their work. Chuck is very responsive and gets the job done in a timely and efficient manner. My 2nd chimney was leaking and not used they took it down and made the repairs. Thank you for your great work!

I am very pleased with how well our project went. The installation of our new roof was seamless, and the communication from our Project manager kept us informed as to what to expect. Tri-County also fixed some issues we had with our old gutter flashing, and removed our Chimney to below our roof line, which we did not need any more .

I called a lot of places to get quotes and they were the only one that didnt harrass about in person quote - This was about 5 years ago I had them come out. They had the best price. They came out and worked quickly and got it all done in a day - tear off, replace boards, and new shingles with a great warranty. They come out every year and call when they are coming out. Very happy with their service. They answer the phone.

They were absolutely wonderful when we had our roof redone! We had a new baby at the time and they were careful not to disrupt as much as possible. Each year they come to inspect which we love. Each employee that we have dealt with is super nice. They ask about any concerns and then actually go up on the roof to take a look. Given the opportunity, we will definitely use them again!

There was leaking around our chimney. Sam come to inspect it. Based on thoroughly inspection, Sam suspected that the leaking could be flashing and chimney. He took many pictures and shared the pictures with his colleagues to further pinpoint the issues. The final conclusion from the company was mortar cracks on the chimney was to blame. Repairing crack of mortar is not in their business scope, Sam still contacted me to inform me their finding and did not sell me any services they offered. Very trustful company and definitely will be my first choice for the services they provide in the future.

Tri-County replaced our roof ten years ago. They still come yearly to inspect my roof. With the great job they did there has never been a need to do any updates so I felt they deserved a good review from me. I recommend them to our family friends. I wish they did plumbing and lawn service too. Maybe car repair. I wouldnt have to search for anyone then.

I had roof work done in 2013. No problems at all. They send someone out to do a free inspection every year for 10 years and apply caulk or a screw etc. wherever needed for free. I picked quality CertainTeed shingles and Grace ice and water shield along with new gutters and everything was installed correctly. I saved money compared to other quotes too. I am satisfied.

I had Tri-county contracting install a roof and gutters for me several years ago and they did an amazing job. I had originally hired them as I like to deal with local contractors and they were close, but upon working with them from the sales associate to the finished product I knew I had found the right contractor. They told me after the roof installation that they could come back every year for inspection and I was skeptical, yet here they are 3 years later and never missed a beat, every year. Tri-County Contracting did an excellent job replacing our roof on a 2 story home in 2012. Part of the deal was a 10 yr inspection program done annually. Very satisfied with the shingles they recommended, which have a 50 yr guarantee and the quality of the workmanship. Would definitely use them again. In 2013, we hired Tri-County Contracting to put a new roof on a foreclosed home that we were restoring.
