I have been going to Greenville Nissan for about 2 years now and decided to switch. Eastern Carolina Nissan took the time to actually do an inspection and found some things that needed attention. They not only handed me a list of things that needed to be done, but they also showed me why it needed to be done. This issue didn’t happen over night and should have been caught from my previous service provider. Great experience!

The staff here are very polite and friendly. Josh at the service desk always gives a warm greeting. Twice a year I get both my cars serviced here and am mostly pleased with the level of service I receive. This dealership really should provide a free carwash with servicing, or the very least a free vacuuming. Havent received either, ever.

A few days ago before labor day Eastern Carolina Nissan had a Facebook ad floating around in my news feed. With reluctance and doubt I went down to the dealership to see about getting our car traded in. When I arrived I was greeted by a young man named Robert. ( whom BTW use to me a tanker at Ft Hood Texas in the Army as my son is now doing the same. Thank you for your Service!) I explained to Robert our situation. I had a liver Transplant in 2018 and while it saved my life and gave a 2nd chance at living. Me being sick for 2 years ruined us financially and our credit. Robert introduced me to his General Manager Billy. From that moment they got the ball rolling fast. I did not think that in any way in this world that they could do anything at all. We was negative equity on our car. Our credit was shot. We had been denied and ran around at other dealerships treated like spare luggage. Our situation was a extreme challenge. They got another salesmen involved whom had been at Eastern Carolina Nissan for 27 years if I am correct? His name was Shawn. They came up with a game plan and a solution and before I knew it. We was sitting in a new car with payments cheaper than what we was paying before and basically gave us a 2nd chance in the financial accepts of life. A little hope you might say that there is a way to pick up the pieces when you feel like your whole world has crumbled down around you. There was also the sales manger whom processed the paper work that we had to sign. I did not want to leave him out of this post. At the end of the day with all the gloom and doom that you see on the news with all the bad that is going on. They restored my faith in humanity and showed me that still are good people in this world that care. I have dealt with the service dept before because I have a 2014 Nissan Truck also. Overall the dealership as a whole is without a doubt the best I have dealt with in my 55 years. But these individuals they went above and beyond. Thank you

Straight up dishonest I have an inspection on my receipt that was never completed because “they didn’t have time” and rather than reschedule said inspection told me it was “ good to go”. I took it to someone local and they gave me a diagnosis in 2 hours and I’m currently driving my car now. I found out a month later when my car broke down that no inspection was done. Very dissatisfied and I feel robbed. Unreliable, dishonest, and really don’t care about the customer as far as service and satisfaction.

Bad business! Instead of telling me the truth, they told a lie! After 11 day of me already having the car! So I in the had to return the car due to there mistake! Josh was very helpful while my vehicle was getting repaired. Although I don’t own a Nissan, they were able to repair my Range Rover with ease! The only minor issue I had was my car sat for a week before I knew what was going on. Mr. Joshua Brown is a Service Advisor at New Bern Nissan. He spent time with me the day I went in for an oil change. I had a problem with what I thought was a malfunction in my speakers. However he did not stop until the problem was completed. His determination to find and address my issue was heart warming to me. He got in my car with me and gently took my phone and found my problem was not my car but my phone. He wouldnt stop until the problem was found and addressed leaving me with a smile on my face and MORE reasons to keep returning to Nissan. What a prime example of GREAT customer service. He deserves a raise or future promotion. I am a forever Nissan car owner. Shawn Beckman sold me my car and on my birthday sent me a Happy Birthday email. I am grateful to have Nissan and their employees beside me when I have questions or concerns.

First off, I LOVE KEN!! He always takes care of us, never leaves us wondering how long or what is being done, hes extremely attentive, caring and funny! I dont remember the young girls name that was there but she was sweet and patient with us. Both Kenny and her have attention to detail and its always a pleasant experience when I get my car serviced! I never get pushed into trading my car in while I do wait and look around. The salesmen are all very nice and did I mention Kenny is awesome? Ive been dealing with EC Nissan for six years and never once had an issue!

I asked for a business card and told him I was just looking . He respected that and didnt pressure me at all . They gave me a far better deal then Jacksonville. I was humbled by the family of employees at ECNissan! Every facet of my purchase was met with a can-do attitude and they did! They all worked together as a team and led by my sales representative, Mr. Shawn Becton. Once I made the choice of the new 2020 Kicks, he got the ball rolling! I admit, my credit was a bit challenging but I was never made to feel less than a VIP. The paperwork, led by Colleen Anfinson, to find the right numbers while working with Gail and Hannah to continue to insure that my needs were met given the amount I was able to spend really kept it all on track! The great rebates that I was first informed about from Terra during my information recon let me to move forward with this opportunity. Every option was reiterated to me or presented to me by Shawn. I could tell, this was no full-court-press that one usually expects when you walk into a dealership. I was met with questions like do YOU like the car? how does it drive for YOU? what can I do for YOU? I did not think it was possible to happen so painlessly, in spite of the few speed bumps and detours I was was met with. Lots of promises made not all kept. Waited over an hour to pick up my truck on Friday afternoon when it should have been ready. I was promised a tank of gas but only received 3/4 of a tank. Window regulator was bad on the truck they said they fix called and ask if would pay 1/2 the bill which was over priced. Probably my last buy with this dealership.

Service Dept. did their usual good job despite some confusion between them and the Parts Dept. I waited for the work to be done since it wasnt going to take too long but was very disappointed by the fact that there was no one wearing masks in the Sales area as well as several Staff people I saw. I left my drivers license at the office and he drove all the way out to my house to bring it to me! I live about an hour away!! Great customer service and way to gain a customer for life!!!!! Service is just terrible!! Tried to get an estimate done on my car that took a week and a half. I talked to service secretary, service manager, sales manager, even called the head manager for help never once anyone call me back!!! If I could give a no star I would!!!Update: since the owner responded I figured I would call and talk to him personally. So I called. I kept getting the he is on the other line can he call you back, and I said that was fine. Day later still no call so ether he was never told or he just dont care ether. I still stand behind my review.

All sales and service people were efficient and helpful. The truck we wanted was found and transported quickly. Fair price.One significant negative was that the salesman agreed we would have a tow package in the vehicle, to include the hitch receiver, wiring and a brake controller, as discussed prior to signing the deal. On delivery, all we got was a hitch receiver and wiring for trailer lights only.We are not pleased about that.

Go see Joe! I had received a flyer in the mail offering me a free oil & filter change so I called and made an appointment. I spoke with Gina over the phone and she was very very friendly; answered all my questions. When I got to the dealership I let them know that I was on my lunch break and only had a certain amount of time to be there. Very unprofessional dealership, they have unqualified staff in the middle of an issue they will leave you without words, Jared and Jimmy are not people you guys should deal with walking into this dealership AVOID them at all cost the only reason they still have a ground to step on is because GM, Billy is a person that can handle a situation that his employees mess up and he is able to resolve it! Plus as a customer you want the best customer service possible in this area there are way better dealership to choose from!

Bad dealership to deal with they let me drive away with a car then they call me almost 2 months later they need car back because funding failed! We have to understand somethings are uncontrollable but they should’ve worked the situation and lie to me the whole time JARED and JIMMY were horrible at the end of this we asked for a shop bill an couldn’t provide one for the Work they said they did to the car. Then they said we told the finance company information to blow the deal we called BB&T an they said that NewBern Nissan was the ones that said the wrong information, 2 days later we went to another dealership an got financed with even better car an with better customer service and honesty!
