I went to this dealer as a last resort option for a vehicle because I was waiting to buy a car from a private owner. Had been two weeks waiting on this person and I was desperate to get transportation. I wasnt expecting to come away with a car but God is good!! I went there and did business with Nathan and I was so happy that he worked hard to get me into a vehicle the same day I went in there!!! He was professional and very nice. Once I pay off my car, I plan to go back and get another one, if life allows.. lol. I recommend this place to everyone, dont pay attention to the troll on here, if I did, I wouldnt have become a happy customer. Great job guys!! Keep it up!!This is an update:So, I had originally had a five star review for this place, but have changed my mind. For one, I kept two stars only because using this place got my foot in the door to get better vehicles. Now, with that said and out the way, lets get down to business.First fact: This store is no longer in the new bern location. They have been gone for 2-3 months. Second fact: I was sold a lemon. I know I said the person who said that was a troll and I must apologize because they were correct. I feel embarrassed for being so excited at first just to be let down. Third Fact: I was sold this car for 5,500 dollars which I found out later was overpriced because I found out later that the actual value was 1,500. So yes, I got suckered since I was desperate for a vehicle right away.My advice: Please dont rush into a purchase of any kind and please do not do business with these people. Even at their other locations. I really believe all who deal with them will be happy at first but will regret their decisions later. God bless.

I do not recommend anyone try to purchase a vehicle from these people. the are crooks. They took a down payment and wouldnt return it when the loan failed to go through. Now I have to hire a lawyer to get my money back from these criminals. DONT RISK IT!!! Buy from a reputable dealership!!

Nothing like dropping a signature down for a $14,000 car loan only to then go trade the car in and find out the car has a SALVAGE TITLE!!! so it’s actually worth nothing!!!! I risk my life and child’s life driving in it! I myself was desperate an it was the middle of summer I just wanted some ac and to get around!!! Well I got it!!! I knew something was up when I was promised keyless entry and a glove box cover and never got it, was told they didn’t make them for my car!! Lmaoo anyways stay away!! I’ve contacted an attorney I’ve alerted the bank who gave the loan and hopefully karma will be giving a visit soon!!!
