Never have any issues at this store. Always in and out but my experience has always been well. Good shopping atmosphere 👍🏾

Had a nice visit. Had to get a new MVP card and the process on a kiosk is very easy.

Mostly its a good store. But today I was charged for 2 little watermelons and I only got one. I didnt realize it til I got home. This is why I prefer self- checkouts.

Neat, clean, got it done. Always friendly faces and helpful attitudes.

Over the past 3-4 months I wonder where customer service has gone. These young people that work as cashiers need to know how to greet customers, tell them the amount of their purchase and say have a good day. Its ridiculous not to interact with us at all. Some of the older ones could do better as well! It does not matter what kind of day you have had, customer service should be the same everytime. You dont know what kind of day the customer has had. It might be a good idea to let your workers observe Chick Fila or Zaxbys,quality experience every time.

A little expensive sometimes but they have excellent produce and meat. Best to try to buy things on sale or with mvp card to get the best value. Overall, I really like the store.

When a customer asks to not bag it and the cashier continues to throw 3 items in a plastic bag and hand it off. Thats not acceptable customer service in my eyes

Sometimes I feel they compete with HT! Prices even with the MVP card are high. Customer Service could improve at this location (Glenburnie)

Clean store. Super friendly associates. And fairly easy to find everything Im looking for. Whats not to like. Parking is accessible and its easy to get in and of the store and parking lot, unlike the big box stores.

Went in around 8am this morning. Carts were clean and waiting. Ladies working were very sweet and helpful. So got some good deals and had a pleasant shopping trip. Doing everything to keep their customers safe.

Awesome grocery store with amazing employees that are willing to help you without any hesitation. As far as the groceries go- nice selection and FRESH veggies & fruits...So if in the neighborhood and have to grab a few things, FOODLION on Glenburnie Rd. is worth dropping in for friendly staff & environment, along with fresh & grea selection to choose from.

These are stressful times where it isnt simple to even go to the grocery store. I made one little mistake & was treated disrespectfully & with no patience or kindness from staff. I was treated like I was stupid.

As a former Healthcare professional, I feel as if there should be a trained CPR site member on site. FYI classes are less than 100$

This is a well kept store. The store brand prices are very comparable and you dont have people all over the place. Its a peaceful shopping experience

Friendly staff and ample parking but doesnt have a selection of food and spirits like several others in the area. Fine for daily general use but it you want a little more.... The traffic pattern used in getting out is a bit hectic, too, with two major snags.

This was our first time visiting Bear City Fudge. Just the smell alone is worth the visit. My daughters and I went there to get daddy a goodie box. The staff was so helpful. They put together a beautiful variety of treats from chocolate covered bacon to homemade peanut butter cups. Well definitely be going back again.

Very good store, friendly people for the most part. However, on more than one occasion, Ive had to bag and put my groceries in the cart. Thankfully, this time, I wasnt toting my 4 month old on my hip while doing so. I dont mind bagging my own groceries when theyre shorthanded and in need of help. However, when there is a young man, tall and blonde ponytail, who on multiple occasions has stood there and watched or played with a piece of plastic as he did today, seeing that they were shorthanded and was of no help whatsoever. Its quite irritating.

Staff is very courteous, but I was unable to find everything I needed. More a sign of the times.

There is always a friendly and courteous staff at all Food Lion stores, and the staff here are especially nice.They also have everyday low prices. We try to watch for special prices, but usually find Food Lion to be lower. Either on their regular price or through MVP savings and store coupons.

Nice grocery chain. Comparative prices with WalMart and Piggly Wiggly for this area. Very friendly staff, and no self scanners in this store. Easy to find items on shelves, and a great deli with hit chicken, ribs, etc.

Typical neighborhood supermarket nothing spectacular about them, they have cleaned up their act in comparison to 15 years ago when the stores were dirty-looking and I used to call and complain all the time. So that they can better compete against Walmart Neighborhood Market.

Manager on duty was rude I was asking him about my card savings and he told me to wait, then he went over and took a register. I waited for about ten minutes and he never came back over to customer service area.

Ive actually had bad experiences at food lions in the past but this food lion was amazing clean,organized, and friendly. The staff was very helpful especially a kid named Daniel Thomas he was funny and friendly and helped me with everything i needed.

Love foodlion..not only do you save by using your mvp card..you save more if you go to the coupon kiosck..just swipe ur mvp card or type in ur phn number...then you save even more..thats not all...Im not sure of the dates but I (think),from Oct. 6 - Nov 27 if you spend 50.00$ or more each time..you will see 6 boxes at the end of ur recipet..each 50 you spend a box will have an (X) in it...get ALL 6 boxs with (X) and you will receive a 20.00 gift card...so check. The bottom of your recipets...and get them boxs X OUT....
