I use Trent Power Equipment for one reason. The attention to detail I receive when I bring my mower in for service. My experiences in the past with other service providers is that they do the service I request but it stops there. TPM goes the extra mile to keep me informed of possible breakdowns in the future due to mechanical wear. They strive to help me stay up and running with minimal down time. That attention to customer service is seldom seen in today’s world.
