ZERO STARS- avoid this place at all costs! I’ve been getting my oil changes done here, and then they recommended changing the transmission fluid last month. Guess what my truck now needs? A NEW TRANSMISSION!! They won’t accept responsibility, and they’ve left my family stranded in Phoenix! Contacting corporate, my family’s attorney, and the BBB. I can see I’m not alone in reading the other reviews!

These were a true blessing. First off this is my second dealing with them and Joe has always been very friendly and professional. Aiden was just AWESOME! My SUV needed some fairly extensive work and he provide some of the best customer service I’ve ever received from an auto shop. He kept me informed about my vehicle every step of the way and offered his expertise and advice on what was most important to take care of now and save cost. These guys will not nickel and dime you. Matt, I didn’t get to meet, but he did A great job on my alignment. I can truly say customer service is top priority. Thanks again gentlemen for outstanding service!

These people were so helpful and nice! I was having some problems with my sensor, and I had to leave my car parked next door at Autozone because I was scared to turn the car on. I walked over to Express Oil Change so they could help me, and Joe walked all the way back to Autozone with me to look over my car. He also took the time to talk to the Autozone people and find details about my diagnostic to make sure I would get a fair and honest deal. He charged nothing for this action (and keep in mind that it started sprinkling on our way back). Joe was so sweet, and I’ve never seen a mechanic do that before. Thank you so much, Express.My sensor started working again later (yeah I know it’s probably gonna go bad soon), so I’m holding off on changing it for now, but when the time comes, I’m coming to Express. Hire more state inspectors or train others. Never there when I go there for inspection. Plus inspection guy leaves at 4. If that is the case, put it on the website. Or at lunch and no one else can help. That service sucks.

I have been to this place multiple times and have been told that the person who does the state inspection is not available. Im starting to wonder if they even do state inspections, or do they just turn away everybody?

Went in for spark plugs, came out paying $500 for more than what I asked for. Diagnostic was run and was told everything was good. Three days later I began a drive up to Fort Worth and broke down not even halfway through. My truck has been in a shop near there for the last 3 weeks because of that. Dont wanna blame yall for my break down but I wasnt expecting to spend $500 just to have to pay $4k a few weeks later to fix mistakes.

I like this place. Logan did a great job for me today. One warning, if you drive an Audi, its good to call before you go. They do keep the right filters but a limited supply. I highly recommend Express Oil Change in NB.

The Manager (Val) has very poor customer service values. I was there less than a minute and I had to inform her I did not like how she was talking to me. She then stated “I TOLD you to stay in the car twice. I then stated I would appreciate you asking me politely and better tone. I then started to explain to her that I was getting a specific oil out of the trunk I brought with me to put in the car. She told me I had to sit in the car while the oil was changed because the lounge area was closed, which there were 2 customers in there (check cameras). I told her it was too hot and I would walk to the other store. She then stated “Oh sensitive”. I then asked for the manager and she told me loudly she was the manager and rolled her eyes. This is something a High school teenager does NOT a Manager of an Oil change shop. Your company prides itself on core values, but I see no customer service & friendliness values at all. Odd thing is not one person would say anything to her to calm her down. I even swallowed my pride and tried to calm things down after she serviced the car. She persisted in being unprofessional and gave me the receipt and told me to file a complaint. She said I have good reviews I’m not worried. She had no concerns that other customers watched and listened how she conducted herself. Good customer service drives a company to success and bottom line ($), especially if you’re the manager. You don’t care your employees won’t either!!

I highly highly recommend going to this place for oil changes, state inspections, etc. I recently got an oil change here, and Val was the one doing the service. After the service, she was going to reset my car so it would stop alerting me for an oil change. She was finishing up with the service and I attempted to help go ahead and reset the car, but I accidentally somehow switched my car setting to Spanish. She spent about 10 extra minutes figuring out how to switch it back to English for me even though she does not speak Spanish herself. I had told her I would figure it out since it was my mistake, but she said, No I dont want you driving around like that. I will help you. She really went above and beyond and just added to my positive experiences with this place. On top of everything else, they are very quick and efficient!

Had them to put on a set of tires didnt tighten up some lug nuts lost parts to the hubcap I would not let them change my oil I would be afraid that they would leave my oil plug out or not tightened

I’ve been here several times and the staff have always been professional and kind! The prices and services are great. They seem to be honest workers and recommend services that your vehicle actually needs unlike jiffy lube where they scare you into getting services that you don’t need. I recommend this place! The manager Jared was very polite and informative. Definitely going to continue to use them as my go to oil change service station!

These guys are always amazing! They are always very friendly and their service is fast and efficient! I go for all my oil changes! They never try to force you into services your car doesnt need either. I stopped in to see if they could possibly help put my spill guard back on that had come off and was dragging. After they inspected, we were told the brakes are good for about another 15k miles, no charge!Its been about 15k so I will be going back soon. Love this place.

Then had my front and rear diff serviced by Ken, great job and again very knowledgeable, he took the time to show me what he had done and explained the underside of my Subaru to me. Super fast and efficient!

I think theyre a great place to have your oil changed. However, I had them look at my brakes and they said I needed the back pads replaced and my rotor would need to be turned. In the mean time, I took my vehicle to a trusted mechanic for another unrelated issue and he said my brakes were fine, the pads had about 50% left on them. Wont be taking my vehicles there for any mechanical work again, just for oil changes.

My husband went in for an oil change and tire rotation on his company car. When it was time to pay Val asked him if it was a business card when he told yes she said we always have a lot of issues with business cards. Then she asked him if it was tax exempt. He told her no and when she ran the card, she asked him for a customer number. He uses this card all the time all over the state and has never been asked for either. Needless to say the card was denied so he had to use his personal card. Very disappointing!! He will not be back.

Excellent customer service. Ken is very professional and courteous. This is a great establishment that I use of all of my maintenance needs. The entire staff goes the extra mile to assure customer satisfaction, they are very well trained and organized. I am beyond pleased.

I went to get my transmission service they started right away, in the process they broke the plug on the filler they did not hide it they told me about it they ordered one from Bluebonnet Ford and replaced it. I was happy with the service I will return with my other car.

Ive been here twice now (first for inspection, second for tire rotation, which was the best price Ive found for the area, and an oil change) and both times I had a great experience. Im always greeted as soon as I pull up, they dont try to sell me things I dont want or need, and they perform quickly and are always pleasant. I called and got a quote and when I arrived that quote was honored, which I appreciate. Logan helped me this last time and he was speedy and very pleasant and friendly. Ive tried multiple oil change places in the area and I will continue to come here.

We recently moved here from NY and was worried about finding a trustworthy mechanic. We stumbled upon this location and met Ken. He was very transparent, the experience was not the typical wait in the waiting area and we will tell when it’s done, as most of the dealers do. Ken made sure we saw and understood what was wrong with our vehicle. We had the ability to see him working on our car. He was very meticulous! He was very understanding and easy to talk to. We would recommend Ken. We found our mechanic!

Ken & Logan are always so very helpful when I come to this location. I work a lot and Im a single mom and being able to come to this location for my oil changes and other vehicle issues has been very convenient. Ken is very knowledgeable about his job and takes his time to explain everything in a way that makes it easy to understand. It is always a great experience!

I wouldnt give a star, but google makes you. I went in for an oil change and a diagnostic on my ac system. Which they said would take a few hours, so no big deal. Well I pass by about an hour later and one of the workers is leaning on my car, rather then working on it. My car is fairly new so I do not appreciate this level on unprofessionalism. So I stopped in a to let them know this wasnt ok. Once the work was finished, they never called me to let me know, I had to stop in myself. After arriving, I noticed that they left one of the windows down. Which was probably intentional after I let them have it for leaning on my car. Safe to say I wont let them near my car ever again, just a bunch of peons work at this location.

Val explained everything to me in a way I could understand..my oil was replaced, plus my brakes were so bad, that the work was done completely well. She explained the whole brake system to me. I was very impressed....

Overall I was extremely impressed by this place. Previously I have gone to other quick oil change places in town and its never a particularly pleasant experience here however I was allowed to stay in my car which is really nice when you have kids and they were quick and efficient and very friendly. I never felt pressured for any additional services or upgrades but they did let me know what they would recommend and left it to my discretion. The only reason Im not able to give five stars at this time is I was waiting for a different person to come give me a quote on a battery and it was taking a while and he seemed a little put out by the request. Overall though that wasnt too big of a deal and I will absolutely be back for my next oil change
