The guys are here are great and professional. They worked with me and my tight budget to get my car tuned up and ready for the road. Not pushy about anything and were able to tell me what I need immediately and down the road. I highly recommend them and will be coming back with all my vehicles.

Carl and Alan were great! I had other shops that wanted to charge me $90 to just look at my brake light. Carl and Alan diagnosed the problem quickly and I only had to pay for the part ($13.00). I will be taking all my company trucks to them from now on.

I seem to have bad luck with automobiles. Most recent is my van. Carl has patiently answered every one of my questions (there have been A LOT!) He is helping me find a solution that best fits my budget, where other mechanics have just racked up a huge bill. I appreciate the time he takes to ACTUALLY help me.

My wife and I were passing through New Braunfels on our way back to Florida from Arizona when our truck started to overheat. We began to panic so we looked for the closest all tune and lube as it was a franchise that we were already familiar with in Florida. Google pulled up this location and it happened to be very close to where we had stopped to pull over because our truck was overheating. We met Carl at the front desk and explain the problem that we were having He knew right away what the problem was. We turned our truck over to him and within a few hours we were back on the road. This was is the best all tune and lube location I had ever been to. New Braunfels is very fortunate to have such a great mechanic at their location representing the all tune and lube franchise. Thank you so much Carl. I wish there were more mechanics like you available in our area. I would definitely return for future repairs if I lived in New Braunfels.
