My car went in for a repair on the bumper, came out needing the windshield replaced. When I asked them about it, they first blamed the tint people sent the sides and back was tinted. Then they said it was there when I brought it in, I said no, I have usaa insurance and I wouldnt be driving around like that. They even tried to say it was a manufacturer defect, anything but taking responsibility for it. I wasnt going to do a review, but then yesterday they had the nerve to ask if Id heard from the insurance yet, like Id would still be driving around with CLEAR COAT all over my windshield. Yes, when I had it replaced I was told it was clear coat. Do yourself a favor and stay away from this place!
Mr. Derrick was very professional and helpful throughout the process dealing with our insurance company and trying to get our vehicle assessed for damages. Told me my car would be ready one week after I took it in. its been 3 weeks since I took it in and when I called to ask they told me it would be ready by this afternoon. I called at 3:30 pm and they told me it got too late in the day to finish the inspection. whoever was answering the phone had an attitude like I was annoying her. you know whats even more annoying? paying for a rental out of pocket because your mechanic lied to you about when your car would be done multiple times.next time Ill save 4500 and do it myself

I would highly recommend Service King in New Braunfels, TX. When I was rear-ended in my newer Chevy, I was majorly depressed. However, the staff at Service King were extremely friendly and kept me updated throughout the entire process. After dropping off my truck, they drove me across the highway to Enterprise Rental to pick up my temporary vehicle. After my truck was repaired, they let me drive away with it while they took the rental car back; thats outstanding service! As you can see from the pictures, the first two were what it looked liked after the accident, the last picture is what Service King made it look like again. You cant tell my baby was even in an accident. Excellent job by the all involved. If you want your pride and joy to look as good as new, take it here. Even if youre not all that close, make the longer drive to get here. You wont regret it. Thanks again Service King!!!

USAA.Gail and Derik the service manager handled the job to be done professionally and efficiently every step of the way.They communicated the work to be done in a way that was easy to grasp and followed through to the letter.I was kept in the loop by text as the job progressed and they finished 4 days early.As a result,my Toyota Highlander front end looks as good today as the day I bought it and I was allowed to drop my rental car off at the shop; a much appreciated convenience.I will be recommending the service king New Braunfels location to anyone seeking high quality workmanship and a staff with positive attitude and excellent communication skills.Thanks again!

I took my vehicle into Service King and was greeted as soon as I walked in the door. They looked at my truck and gave me an estimate and completion date with in 20 minutes. They kept me informed throughout the process. I got my vehicle back on time and it looks good as new. I would recommend them to anyone.

Everyone there was very kind and professional and helped me through this process effortlessly. My car went in Tuesday and was done Friday, and looks brand new. Poor customer service
Bad experience with Service King in New Braunfels. There were 5 separate issues upon picking up my vehicle.All that was required was for them to replace the front bumper, one wheel, one tire, and one headlight. Upon picking up my vehicle, there was a hubcap label missing (they had to order me a new one), the brake lights werent working (had to return the vehicle to them), the alignment was horribly off (I had to take it myself to the place they designated under their ticket two separate times), there were minor scratches on the new bumper they gave me, and the TPMS (tire pressure) indicator was lit on the dashboard (I had to drive the vehicle myself to their designated affiliate under their ticket).The biggest issue was the alignment being so poorly off. I called Service King and spoke to the representative and told him the issue. The specific representative played it off like it was just my imagination. Even so, he told me to take it to their affiliate to get it fixed, which I did two separate times. However, even after those two times it was still off. I ended up taking it to the dealership, who quickly and properly fixed the alignment, allowing it to drive perfectly.I wont be taking my vehicle to Service King again. They ended up causing additional problems and wasted my time having to go to all these different places to resolve the issues they created and didnt fix.
I took my car to Service King after an accident I had back in May. I was using the other drivers insurance and there was more work than I had payment for. Eric and Erik were so unbelievably patient with me as we worked out the issue with the insurance company. My car looks perfect and I will definitely be going back to them again! I was so happy with everyone I took them donuts!!! Keep up the good work!

Rude people! Told me needed an appointment to get an estimate. Told me I had to contact State Farm. I’ve already done that and I have a claim number. Other places gave me estimates with no hassle. Don’t waste your time with this repair facility.
Horrible customer service. These people worked on my truck. Shoddy workmanship. Argued that insurance would not cover it. Once we called the insurance. The insurance covered it. Dont waste your time going to this place.

In and out in three days. Damaged area looks immaculate and you cant even feel the bumps on the other side of the frame where it happened.Nice people at the desk set up my car rental, extensions, and even texted me for each section of the repair. Easiest thing I have ever done and the dents in my quarter panel are just a memory.
This is the second time Ive used Service King. I had no issues with the first visit and was very pleased with the results, but I did have issues during my second visit. No business or organization is perfect, and the true mark of business is how they handle issues and customer dissatisfaction. Service King resolved the issues to my satisfaction.
