This place gave me a fair price up front. Will Hancock gave me by far the best service of the four dealerships I visited. When I first started looking for my truck. I told the salesman I was looking to buy in about six months or so. The other dealers basically told me .. there is the parking lot go look. Will Hancock treated me like I was buying right now. Gave me “wow” help in finding what I wanted. So when I was ready to buy I went back to Will. I ordered my F250 in August and I picked it up yesterday. Driving it for a week. My part had to be ordered & it came in weeks ahead of time. The repair itself took a couple of hours. Always great service, quick service didn’t have to wait so long. Only 1 thing I was upset about is the fact the mechanics who did the service left his grease rag in my truck on top of my facial mask 😷 that I have to wear at work, it’s a requirement, so I’m upset with that part.That’s nasty greasy rag in my truck left directly on top of my face mask.
Both sales and finance were straight forward and honest. No high pressure. No gimmicks. It was always my deal to walk away from. But in the end, I’m glad I didn’t. Would definitely buy from Bluebonnet again.

Arrived and was directed to appropriate service representative. Repair was for a recall item on my truck. Nick was able to quickly look up the item and coordinate the repair. He explained expectation on timing and delivered the vehicle as planned. Extremely satisfied with my experience with Bluebonnet Ford service department.
Incompetent service department. Kept my Lincoln for eight days and failed to repair the two key items it went in for, but they did manage to find time to change the oil for $108. No follow up calls at all, had to demand my car back.Complained to service manager who showed little interest other than ask for another opportunity.I’m tired of these companies using Covid excuse to not do their darn jobs. Simple rattle in new car can’t be found in eight days. Said body shop was a month wait. Ridiculous, and they claim to be a dealership for Lincoln. Take your car to North Park at Dominion, now there’s a real dealership.

Had a great experience at Bluebonnet. Soon as I stepped out my F350 I was greeted with happy friendly people that made me feel welcomed. With the help of my service advisor my truck had two repair issues plus a recall done. He kept in touch with me on the progress of repairs. I was surprised at how fast the had gotten parts and finishing the job quickly. I have a 100,000 mile warranty should I need any repair work this is my go to facility.

Lowering my 5 stars to 3… service department needs help with communication. Been trying to get my F150 (in warranty) fixed for one major issue… been going back and forth … over 1 YEAR! This is my 4th F150 I’ve purchased from Blue Bonnet. Now, looking elsewhere. Sadly disappointed.
Trying to make appointment on appointment line was next to impossible. They don’t answer so you leave a message and sure enough they call when you are away from your phone, left another message this time they never called back. Finally went by to make appointment. Otherwise it would have been 5 stars for the rest of the service.

With the challenge of not a lot of inventory as with all dealerships, he was able to find me what I was looking for in a vehicle.The entire experience was friendly and professional with NO haggling back and forth for extra s. They let me know each step and who would be speaking with me and again, no pressure to buy anything, just providing the information and let me make the choice. The finance gentleman was also very helpful in explaining everything before signing each page. There was no pressure in purchasing extras but did explain the advantages so I could make a decision without pressure. Bluebonnet Ford, what can I say? Youve done it again. Four trips, four vehicles purchased. This time, Sam Boone put me in an F150 that is the perfect vehicle for me. Didnt have to wait for service. Sam had vehicles lined up for me to test drive. Didnt have to haggle. Sam had already pulled vehicles within my price range. Didnt have to think about leaving to find a better dealer. I like friendly service and ability to drop my car off, be shuttled home and picked up. However, I would still prefer a loaner so that I’m not restricted for the day. It was a perk I got used to with my previous service provider in Schertz and my other car with BMW. They use cars to help upgrade the service experience and allow customers to try the newer models. I’ve upgraded my wife’s BMW twice because of her testing other models, but don’t get a chance to experience that same thing with Lincoln

I’m from out of town and had a total failure of my brake system while towing my travel trailer. Luckily nothing serious happened in terms of an accident or injury. I got my truck towed to Bluebonnet Ford on a late Friday evening and they promptly called me Monday morning to advise they had received the truck. From there on forward Richard our service advisor was professional and very attentive to our concerns and kept us up to date. Like I said I don’t live nearby but since I frequent this area quite often I think I’ll just do business here going forward.
Bluebonnet service always takes wonderful Carr of my vehicles and I have confidence they will take care of oil changes to mechanical repairs. They also are very good getting my vehicle back to me in the same day. I have done business with Bluebonnet about 15+ years. One other thing to mention, they have such a comfortable waiting area with coffee and sodas.
Had an 8:30 am appointment for an oil change and tire rotation on my 2021 Ford Ranger. First Oil Change. I showed up 15 minutes late due to traffic. They were not the least bit upset. Took me in as if I were on time. Work was performed in a timely manner and with a competitive price. Actually cheaper than what I was paying to get my Highlander’s (the SUV I traded in for this Ranger) oil changed at a non-dealer without the tire rotation.

UPDATE!!!I was contacted by the dealership, my messages that I left with the receptionist never made it to the right people.. my salesman Michael Medina contacted me and was truly unaware I was trying to get in touch with him. He set up a time for me to drop my vehicle off for them to take a look at it!! He kept me updated on everything while my vehicle was in the shop!!! They were able to fix myVehicle and filled my tank up before I picked it up!! My purchasing process was outstanding which is why I found it weird I couldn’t get in touch with anyone! Overall I would rate my experience 7/10!!Honestly I thought this was a great experience at first,, I purchased my car 3 weeks ago, yes I understand I purchased a used vehicle but the problems I am experiencing are absolutely ridiculous.. I haven’t even made my first payment or received my tags and my AC IS COMPLETELY OUT IN THE MIDDLE OF TEXAS SUMMER… I’ve called multiple times and left messages,, and I can’t even get a call back.. customer service at this dealership is is awful.. my husband was going to purchase his new truck through them but not anymore..
I felt I was shown respect and was given choices without being pushy. I enjoyed my salesman’s honesty and his desire to find the car for me. I wasn’t easy on him and he just took it all in stride. Everyone at the dealership was very nice and respectful.
UPDATE…..took the truck back this morning to let them know the issues below…I want to thank Matt at the quick lane for resolving the issues without hesitation and listened to our concerns and didn’t even question us. He clarified that they are supposed to check the in cabin air filter and to the girl that works there he said she knows they do check that and he guessed she took it upon herself to tell us that is something they don’t do. Thank you again Matt and please know this isn’t your fault but unfortunately people’s good work ethics are no long existent in this world today.Went in on 8/11 for oil change and “multi-point” inspection at their Quick Lane. My husband got home from out of town today and looked over the truck as he has always done after any type of service is done on our vehicles. Several issues…first issue…this is the first Ford dealership I have ever gone to that does not check the incabin air filter unless you want them to change the filter. They don’t just “check” it. Was told that it is “labor intensive” so they don’t do that, but they charged me $17.00 for labor for just the oil change. second issue…pulled the engine air filter 😡 and it was obviously NOT checked. When I was questioning the incabin air filter I did ask if they at least checked the engine air filter and I was told yes and that if it needed to be changed they would have informed her and she would have told me and it would have been marked on the inspection sheet which it clearly wasn’t mark nor told that it needed to be changed when it OBVIOUSLY needed to be!!!! third issue….oil filter is leaking. Oil is all over the filter and has spewed all over the frame which is clearly fresh! Fourth issue….the mechanic didn’t even write down the correct mileage on my service ticket so he clearly didn’t check that as well!! The truck was not even back there 20 minutes so we aren’t even sure if the oil was actually changed especially the way the filter looks or the mechanic doesn’t care about the vehicles that come in there to not even wipe it off so that it is clean. That would show you care about someone else’s property even if it’s just an oil filter. We did check the level for the oil and it shows it’s full but doesn’t give me satisfaction that it was even done. So if anyone uses this service center or is thinking about going just check your vehicles to make sure the work was done.
They got my F250 diesel in and out fast with great customer service.
Everyone was friendly, the kid play place was awesome, the wait time seemed a little long considering I had an appointment though. Took 1.5 hrs for an oil change. Still had a good experience overall. Service department even helped me with a last minute request that took just a couple minutes for them to peek at for me. Appreciated their help.
Dustin Siefert was one of the best sales guys I have ever worked with buying a vehicle. He listened to exactly what I wanted and need and did not try to push anything else on me. I gave him a the vehicle I wanted to look at and when I was on my way he had it ready to test drive. He helped my husband verify the specs of towing and got us as close to a trade in value as we were asking for our used vehicle. The finance guy was just as awesome and helped me find savings and a warranty that worked for me and my budget. The process was faster than most major dealerships and all the people there took care of us while we waited for the bank to send numbers and paperwork. Our SUV was clean, gassed up and ready for us to go as soon as the paperwork was done. We will definitely be calling Dustin and Bluebonnet for our next vehicle.
We brought our Explorer in for a recall notice and not only did they check on that one but also saw there was a past one we did not address in the past and they took care of that issue as well. Additionally we had them complete an oil change as we were due. All was completed in a timely manner and they communicated when work was completed as well as sent a link so Icould review and pay my invoice before picking up the Explorer.

It is amazing to me what a difference there is between dealership. I live less than a mile from another Ford Dealership, and have used them several times, and never received the customer service that I have at Bluebonnet Ford. Well worth my 15 mile travel to Bluebonnet. Its as if they went to two different customer service schools!

Seems recent reviews are on point.Went in to get the catalytic converters replaced on our company vehicle.I wanted a diagnostic to confirm this was the only issue.I offered a deposit for parts and my money was denied but I was assured by Matt that they would be ordered.Waited a week and finally received a call back after two attempts during the week.Verbal quote doubled because they didnt know they had to remove the transmission for the job.Also didnt order the part after I was assured that they would.I brought up that the part wasnt ordered and it would take another week minimum before Im able to get my vehicleThey said they didnt want to lose $4k by ordering the part for me if didnt want it and suggested I come pick up my vehicle.When voicing my concerns to Matt he did not want to acknowledge our conversation, but he did waive the diagnostic.Thanks Matt👍🏼This felt like them saying that they would not invest in a customer.Maybe they just cannot lose any more money overall and need to be more clear with customers and accept the deposit if needed. Imagine 10 potential customers ran off and their diagnostics waived....Big moneyWords are nothing, these big dealerships are struggling to keep the values we require to develop relationships.My business requires me to have a vehicle up and running and my customers depend that I am able to be there.If I cannot trust my mechanics word they cant have my business.

Went in for an oil change, quicklane counter was awesome, waiting area was really nice and the atmosphere was good. Only complaint is they didn’t reset my oil life percentage, left the lot tag in the window and didn’t put another service sticker in the windshield. Went to parts to get a cabin filter, waited for 10 min for them to finish their conversation ( not work related ) before even acknowledging I was even standing there, still waited a few more min before they decided they should probably see what I needed.

Lynn was my salesperson and she was amazing and super helpful! I’ve been wanting to get into a bronco sport and have been looking for a few months now this week I finally found dealerships that had them I drove all the way to mccombs Ford west for the salesman to ask me ridiculous questions about how much I pay for my current car insurance and what not to basically justify him not giving me a good deal on my trade in. I walked and was disappointed by the whole experience since this was the first time I was purchasing a vehicle without my parents help. My boyfriend had recently bought a truck from Lynn and highly recommended her so we reached out and explained the situation she let us know she had 2 sports on lot currently and we went right over! I had a flat and needed the little tire removed and the original tire fixed and back on my car. The rep told me it would take 2.5 hrs. It only took 50 minutes! The little tire was put back where it belonged and they sent me on my way. Great service!

I would have to give the detail a 8 out of 10. When I got home I had to spray out the bed of the Truck and wipe off the wheels. There a few bug spots on the front. The last detail was a 10.

I came in to get the shroud under my car replaced. Mykayla was very helpful and got the part brought in and set me up with appointment to get it repaired. I came in for repair and she helped me get in and out within an hour. Great service.
Eddie Rodriguez was our salesman on our purchase. We found him to be very professional with the sale of our Ford Escape. I dreaded going to a dealership to purchase a car. I dont like or trust car salesman. Eddie made my wife and I very comfortable and welcomed. Eddie went out of his way to make sure we were informed on the sale. I recommend this dealership. Today Bluebonnet missed the boat and lost a customer by their service department. The service after the sale in just not there. They failed to communicate all the service charges now I have a bill 3 times of what I was expecting at the time of drop out. I get it people have to get paid but at what cost to the customers. I have bought three cars from them and now I am in the market for a car daughter but I will look elsewhere. It comes down to trust and doing the right things to people and they didnt do that.
Bluebonnet ford service. What can i say about them without being to rude? Well they over price you for work, they didnt do. I know for a fact because I mark all parts needing attention. They cheat you on everything beware. I would rather use one of the crack heads walking around downtown San Antonio
Collision center is quite frankly the worst customer service ever experienced. Waiting two weeks for a quote for simple door handle repair and they tell me each time I call they would call be back later the same day. Got the USAA approval already and sent pictures as requested last week and still today when called the receptionist she stated all were at lunch. What type of business are they running? Military brothers and sisters take it from a 30 year veteran do not waste your time or money at Blue Bonnett Ford!!!!!!
I took my vehicle in to get the radio, USB port & back up camera fixed. Joe A. helped me out, he was very friendly and helpful. The part was ordered quickly and arrived within a couple of days, my vehicle was in and out within a couple of hours. Very satisfied!
Overall, we really like Bluebonnet. We really liked our salesman, Clayton. He took his valuable time going over all the features and options of the vehicle. He also helped us compare another dealerships options online. He was very courteous, knowledgeable and did not pressure us. In the end, we did feel like we got a good deal.The only thing I’m not comfortable with is still having to deal with the (game) sales process. Once he made us an offer, we did not like it, then he had to go to the back, come up with another offer, and give us a new best offer after waiting (I felt an uncomfortable amount of time) in his office. I do not blame Clayton He’s just doing his job. Dealerships should offer the best offer to start with. This sales process is what’s driving people to use Carmax and places like that.
Went there to get my AC for my 2018 ford fixed. I wasn’t going to leave a review but I’ve gotten like 5 text begging for a review.I took my ford and they said the swap for the ac part would be $1,700 which I thought was very expensive but its summer and I need AC so I went with it. They told me it would take 3-5 days and it ended up being 2 weeks!I also told them that I was running low on coolant so I asked them to top it off to what the guy behind the desk told me they checked and topped off automatically. Which made sense for such a premium price.So… two weeks later and $1,700 later i just checked the coolant level and they didn’t do a thing.I expect much better if I am going to pay such high price
Bluebonnet Ford Continues to be one of the best customer service companies in the vehicle industry I have ever dealt with. Staff is courteous and helpful sales people are not pushy at all I would recommend Bluebonnet Ford to anyone, wether buying a vehicle or getting one repaired, doesn’t matter they will take care of you.
I wouldn’t take my car anywhere l else. I moved an hour away to a city full of Ford dealerships and service shops and I still turn to Bluebonnet to take care of my vehicle. This staff is the most knowledgeable, most trustworthy/honest, and most competent. Richard Gonzalez, my service agent, and especially Ron Gonzales, the service director, are top tier guys. If you want your car to be seen by the best, take it to Bluebonnet.
Thank you to Matt in Service. Had issues with my 2017 F-350, other dealerships telling me 2-3 weeks to even look at it. Matt had me in next business day. (I called Friday evening, had In Monday morning.) Fixed issues same day. Got My truck back by lunch. Highly recommended.

Our salesman Sam Boone was awesome. Started his sale on the companies chat link and finished the sale in person. Sale was quick and no BS. Was very satisfied with the customer service and only took about 2 hours to complete the sale and drive out with my new truck.
Sustained damage on the freeway to the underside of the vehicle and tire puncture from item in the road. With only two hours before closing, the staff was able to take care of both issues, allowing safe return to Houston despite the fact that the main service department was closed for the day. The staff was friendly and attentive to our needs despite being obviously busy.Thanks again!
I have never been so impressed with a dealership before in my life. We were on vacation in San Antonio Texas from our home state of Illinois, 15 hours away. When our engine had a complete failure we limped it up the road to Bluebonnet Ford. As it turns out, we had a defective valve spring that broke, which from what I have read never happens. But thats my luck. LOL After realizing that our engine was completely unsalvageable, Bluebonnet Ford was so incredibly generous to allow us to use a Ford Expedition to replace ours so we could finish our vacation trip. Jose was our first impression that we met at Bluebonnet. He was very sympathetic to our situation and did everything he could to accommodate us. While I cant remember my mechanics name, last name Garcia, he did an extraordinary job on putting our engine back together and running very smooth. I am extremely impressed!

I recently moved back to this side of San Antonio (east side) and really missed the service dept At BlueBonnet Ford. Could have just been a bad day but I checked in at service (that’s what I’ve always done) and asked if I could get a 15K service. Joe Friendly quickly informed me he was repairs not quick fix. I didn’t mean to disparage you Joe, it’s just most Ford dealers have you check into service. But all is good, I eventually made my way over to those lousy quick fix guys and received great customer service. Jose and crew were great and for service maintenance, I’ll be back. For repairs I’ll just head over to Red McCombs because they are at least polite. Hey Joe Friendly, just a word of advice, if you have customers in your office, you might want to stop gossiping on the phone in front of them.
