I purchased my vehicle on 8/21/21 while in transit and did not receive it until 9/8/21, I was told by not only the sales associate but as well as the finance guy that my vehicle would be in by the begining of the week but better late than never. I love my 2021 trailblazer and all the features that come along with it. I even had a hitch put on, the covering has already come lose but with a warranty the dealership will take care of the repairs. There were some issues at first with the sales associate but after working with Chris the GM and Blane in parts everything was resolved.

Dropped my car off at 10:00am only to be called at 5:30 to be told my car wasn’t touched all day. So had to come pick it up and will have to bring it another day. Not the end of the world, but completely avoidable. If you know 3 mechanics called in sick then maybe reschedule your customers up front so there isn’t a risk of wasting everyone’s time. It costs a lot in a number of ways being without a car for a whole day.

Don Nicolay was very welcoming upon arrival. We asked him for a test drive of the 2019 Chevy Equinox. He explained to my daughter the person (buying the vehicle) how to use the vehicle before doing to test drive. He also answered every question Ashli and I had about the vehicle. He was very informative of the vehicle and explained the documents during the paperwork process. I would recommend him again to anyone.

The work was extensive on my truck and took 2 1/2 weeks but I would rather wait for several weeks and know that the job was being completed thoroughly, professionally and most importantly according to specification. It was and it drove just like brand new on the way home. I was happy to get my truck back and not have a rushed job. The communication during the 2 1/2 weeks was good, keeping me informed of the steps needed and the progress completed. I wouldnt give 5 stars if they werent deserved.

First of all, I ordered a roll up cover online and paid the installation fee to get those parts installed on the same dealership. They didn’t call after a week to let me know the cover was ready for installation. I made an appointment for 7:00am, they called me at 5:00pm. When I went to check on the installation, they installed the cover improperly, it wouldn’t even close. I asked them to fix it, and they stated that no one at the shop at that time actually knew how to do it. I chose to get a refund, however they decided to deny my refund. Robert from customer service told me I couldn’t get a refund for the improper installation due to me paying the installation fee online. I had to talk to the service manager to be able to get my refund. He told Robert that it didn’t matter that I paid the installation fee online, and that I should get a refund. Personally, if you own a Chevy and need service for it, go to another dealer.

Just had our 2015 Chevrolet Tahoe with 50,000 miles rear end bearings and seals replaced after a weeks long ordeal with attempting to have GM Customer Service and ValMark Chevrolet Service work with us on the pricing. Cannot say enough good things about Jon (our service advisor) and the actual service manager (I forgot his name). However, the workmanship is piss poor and the rear end is leaking fluid into my driveway as I speak. I will be taking the vehicle back to the dealership tomorrow.

I dont trust mechanics. My mechanic I used retired and I had a problem so I thought dealership would at least do it correctly without running up the bill like the shady mechanics do. They called me halfway through the job saying I needed a new power steering pump and price would be OVER DOUBLE what I was already paying. Cant afford that, went to pick up car and it wasnt done. Went back to get it and paid for rear wiper replacement and went out to leave and it wasnt done. Left wondering if they did anything at all or I just paid for a piece of paper. NEVER going back!!

It’s always scary moving out of state and finding a good car repair/oil change place. I’m VERY happy with the service I received and able to tell exactly why my light is on and told me how much it would be to replace it. Robert who I worked with beyond amazing and answered all my questions. I also like that you get pictures of parts, you can see what they are looking at. Makes it MUCH easier to trust them with your vehicle!! I WILL be back even when I’m shopping for a new car (hopefully many years down the road though) BIG THANKS!!! The entire experience was wonderful from each person we encountered. The owner of the dealership, Mark Stevenson, talked to us and made us feel at home just like we were neighbors being invited over for a visit. Chris Young, the general manager greeted us with a genuine friendliness and listened to what we were hoping to find then he had his sales person JD take us on some test drives. JD was fabulous. He was knowledgeable about each vehicle we took for a test drive. We never felt pressured. He was patient with us like we were his only focus of the day. We got an excellent trade in value and felt very blessed with the pricing. Just when things couldn’t be smoother we got introduced to Kim who handled all the financial transactions of the purchase. She is a true gem...who knew talking numbers could be so fun. We loved our experience at ValMark Chevrolet and will be repeat customers. Hands down the best vehicle purchase experience ever!

Went in for a service and was told the diagnostics cost would roll into the cost of repair. I already told them the issue and they still performed a diagnostic that cost over $400. Then wanted to charge me a cost of over $600 on top of that to do repair, not rolling the cost so now a $230 part and with labor will be over $1000. The service manager called and told me he would look into the issue to resolve he never called me back. Then I got a call from the service tech asking what the issue was he also said he would call back never did. This place is not in the business of service but in scamming, avoid this place at all costs. Thank goodness I found out how they operate I was going to buy a truck from these people this weekend.

I recently purchased a 50k Silverado Pick Up and the first oil change is due. I was told appointments were 2 weeks out for an oil change. Are you serious? I have referred a few people to do buisness with them, but no more. If this is the best service can do then it isnt service. Gunn Chevy has an express lane for oil changes etc. I will never purchased another vehicle or refer anyone again. Actually I will discourage them

John was great, however they were unable to fix my truck because the part wasn’t covered under the warranty. It covered struts, but not my struts, factory part as far as I know. Dealership warranties are a scam. The exact strut itself was $110 from eBay, the dealership was said it would be $1k to replace and threw on a bunch of extra junk services bringing the total to well over $2k. A cabin filter for $80, an oil change with 20% oil life left.I picked up the truck and had to pay $80 for the diagnostic. Found a bunch of new scratches on the side of the truck when I got it home. It also took them 6 days from the day of drop off just to run a diagnostics. That whole time I was out a vehicle and borrowing a car. Glad I did because if I had rented a car the warranty wouldn’t have covered it and I would have been screwed.

So first off, you fill in all your info online but then they ask all the same questions when you get there (whats the point)? We downloaded two freebies online (tire rotation and car wash), then when we got there they said we couldnt have the wash because were a big pickup, what? Asked them to properly fill the tires, did not inflate them at all. Didnt check the tires or brakes during inspection. Took cap off one tire and never put it back on. Told the wait would be 1-2 hours but was 2:20 (really whats the point of an appointment anyway). Would give them less that 1 if I could.

The service advisor Steve was great, unfortunately the mechanic who performed the oil change and tire rotation failed, he got oil on my drivers seat, failed to clean up the excess oil he poured all over my engine and underneath the frame which left spots in my driveway and garage. I called Steve and told him what happen and he did take care of the problems, although I did have to drive from San Marcos back to new Braunfels to have it done.

I went to Valmark because my main dealership refused to see me for 3 weeks. When I asked them for assistance by being put on a waitlist, they laughed at me. JD went above and beyond for my husband and myself. We came in looking for a bigger vehicle as we are expanding our family, and getting rid of our Range Rover was a hard decision on both of us. Not only did JD make us feel confident and comfortable in our decision, he also knew the importance of the features of having a luxury vehicle, my husband and I are expecting in our vehicle and the safety of our kids. I dropped of my truck and was given a ride back to my home and was also picked up when my truck was ready. That is huge for me since I dont have a second vehicle or someone to pick me up. My service included changing the oil and getting an inspection. I also had a major warranty issue with my transmission (common Colorado issue documented on internet) and all work was done in 1 day! The transmission is working good again and hopefully will continue to work well. It was a long day for all work, but I was still picked up late in the evening to pick up my truck. I am very pleased with the excellent service and work repair!

Had my 1st service on my 2020 3.0ltr Silverado LTZ. All was good and I was ensured that they would put the proper oil that is called for in the 3.0. Dealer said they would top off DEF as well. But when I got on the road to go out of town I noticed that the DEF was not topped off all the way. It was just registering 3 bars.

2017 GMC Denali was dropped off at the dealership on a Friday for a scheduled appointment. The issue was the “Service Engine Light” and the vehicle was not running right. $1300 later I was told that everything was fixed. The very next day, the “engine” light was on and continues to be on. I notified the dealership immediately and had to schedule another appointment, which I could not make due to work travel. My vehicle was not fixed correctly and I have to schedule another appointment????!!!
