It took me 4 months to get my tags! I kept contacting them and Bexar County Tax Assessor but they tax office couldn’t talk to me because they said it was the dealership’s responsibility to handle that. They gave me another paper tag after mine was about to run out at 2 months....still nothing. Talked to the manager, the corporate office, and finally filed a complaint with the Department of Public Safety. The Investigator that contacted me said he found servers violations in the paperwork. It was crazy that I had to resort to making that complaint to get my car tags! When you contact them no one knows anything....and getting the corporate office in Oklahoma to contact you back is like pulling teeth....unless you’re a day late on a payment, and then they’ll contact you right away.

Wish I could give them a zero star. This is the worst car buying experience I have ever had. Its been 6 months now and I still don’t have my plates. They keep printing out internet down plates which is against the law and I keep getting pulled over for this. Then when you try to talk to someone they either don’t answer their phone or say let me call you back and never do. Never do business with the company. Plus they don’t have their cars checked before they sell them. They sold me a car with 3 bad hub assemblies and 4 completely bent rims. Please stay away from this company.

Honestly this place is really great and they help you with everything. And this is a great place to start because they also help you with payment and they report to Two of the three main credit Bureau.Honestly I recommend People to go to this place.

So far so good. I bought my car most recently from the look of the reviews here. For people looking for a vehicle; I live in San Antonio & didn’t have a car so i thought it’d be impossible or a waste of a trip to get out to the New Braunfels location.If you’re thinking about going just make sure you have ALL of your paperwork done before going — dealerships usually have you go back and forth between god knows where to get approved. They worked with me over the phone and email. I bothered them because i was tired of walking tbh. And that god awful transportation out in SA; i wouldn’t last another week.I looked for a long time & even saved up my bread to put a nice down payment...for months. Life gets in the way...ya know.Anyhow, it was about a weeks long process. Because i was hesitant on going as i mentioned. But on the day i was ready and was just ready to throw my money at them. I completed all the paperwork. They said everything looks good and i finally went.Got there; it’s a pretty small lot but they have very good vehicles. They don’t “sell you” bad vehicles usually the buyer doesn’t know left from right and only knows how to put gas in and drive — so honestly don’t believe All the bad reviews.Rating all the cars in the lot on looks: 8/10I only drove one car but that’s all it took for me. there were three in my budget. It was like a 40 dollar payment difference for all 3 within my budget. I don’t mind saying i got the most affordable one for me.Before test driving you sit in the office w the boss(Es) and work out your budget. And you’ll know EXACTLY what you’ll be paying before purchasing. They won’t let you waste their time. Which is SOLID. after you narrow it down. They throw the keys in your face and say let us know how you like it on a test drive.I choose my baby and went back in and there was a little more paperwork to do.I’ve had my windshield replaced but it was like two bullet holes or something. Nothing major. Nothing that i would’ve been pulled over for. And nothing that cost me a dime.I’ve already made my first payment — due within two weeks. And i put 0 down. (I figured I’d treat myself 😸)Go check them out. Make sure to communicate consistently. They’re pretty great.Today, I’m here for a check up on the vehicle. I’ve had for two weeks. They just want to make sure it’s good.**sn: my alternator according to autozone is a little weak. 13.5 volts and should be at 14. I’m going to have it replaced within the 30 days because i don’t want it to go out or even think about paying for that later. It’s covered under warranty.

This place is the worst place to do business with. I didnt even do business with them but some how my name got put on a car they sold a person as a co signer. I have called them and got no help at all n they trued to turn the situation around in me.

AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS!!! They will tell you great things but once they get the sale they will not help you one hit. Do yourself a favor and go to ANY other car dealership.
