We have been looking for Flip phones. Traveling past their building my wife said theres a Verizon sign. I went and asked if they had the flip phones. In less then 20 min. I had 2 phones and was on my way. The Verison Co. store in the Forum didnt seemed to want to be bothered. The Cellular Store at the intersection of FM1044 and I35 frontage Rd. will be getting all of our business.

Hunter was phenomenal today! We have spent the last two years of our adult life haggling with poor customer service and poor connection without the assurance of a reliable product with ATT. After thousands of dollars wasted, many headaches, and unbelievable frustration we decided to switch to Verizon Wireless today, and i can already tell that this is going to be one of the best decisions we’ve made in a long time. However, this would not have come to fruition today without the spectacular knowledge, service, and care we received from our sales rep Hunter. His attention to detail, customer centric approach, and relentless commitment to making sure we received a good experience today goes u paralleled! Verizon and Hunter have easily won our business for a lifetime.

Trevor at this location failed to put my trade in credit in for my phone and now Verizon is quoting me a different price on my trade in. They now expect me to take the lower quote and ship the phone on my own or I just take call customer service and fight to get what they promised me. Awful customer service. On top of this they told me they had the iPhone 11 Pro Max so I drove from San Antonio but it was not a max. Sloppy and aggressive on selling overpriced accessories.

My husband and I bought a Bluetooth the other night and when I got home and saw my current one (which was no longer working); I realized that it was an older model and I wanted a more current one. All their inventory is very old and next to none. When we tried to take it back with the receipt, they refused because of Covid. There was nothing we signed, nothing on the door, and no warning of any type from the salesman that said we could not return an item ANYWHERE. I will be reporting to the Better Business Bureau. This is fraudulent and deceiving to the public. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS STORE!

I always visit this location when I need a new device or have an issue I need taken care of. The staff here is always willing to help out when something comes up that I cant figure out. I fully recommend this location to anyone!

He explained the product well and all the information on the account to make sure we understood everything. We appreciated him taking extended time to help us. Stopped in to this store on July 4th with my elderly father who was having trouble with his ancient flip phone. I was immediately greeted by both gentleman working there. One of the gents was already with a customer so we were assisted by Mr. Cody Bond. Cody did an exceptional job of helping my Dad. He found that he didnt really need a new power cord, he just needed to get the battery terminals cleaned, which Cody gladly did. Good customer service like this is rare nowadays. I commend Cody for his excellent customer service skills.

Jacob was awesome and very patient with how long it took me to get everything transferred from a phone I’ve had for over 4 years! I don’t recommend paying with cash, because they don’t carry any in store. Which is the ONLY reason I gave 4 stars instead of 5. Over all I had an amazing experience switching cell phone companies, and getting a new phone! I highly recommend going and asking for Jacob!

This has been my Verizon Store for 5 YEARS now. Giovanni was another great salesman and sold us a new 5G phone and saved us a bunch. So helpful and knowledgeable! Amazing Young man wise for his years.

WASTE OF TIME. GO TO A LEGIT VERIZON STORE INSTEAD. These people tricked my parents into thinking they were getting some amazing deal (it was the exact same deal as a legit Verizon store). When I came in following my parents it was too late to stop the process. They said we would get $450 credits towards our new phones if we trade in our old phones. After 3 hours, they sold us the phones, opened the new phone lines, closed our old ones, then told us their system wasn’t working, and that we could no longer do the trade in option and to try calling customer service about it. Also, our phones weren’t receiving calls before we left the store. They told us that the porting process would take a few hours (which I later found out is not true). They charged me a $35 per line set up fee, but they didn’t even set up my phone. After calling customer service this morning (with my old phone) I learned that we had been signed up for a completely different promo, and they hadn’t gotten our phones ported at all. Verizon customer service made it right with us, but this fake store is the one who screwed up big time, not Verizon.

Robert is worst rep ever my phone was in recovery mode turns out simply needed a new charger come to find out and instead he sells me a phone over 800 dollars that now I cant return due to a customer buy out.. He did not explain and put all kinds of upgrades on my phone cloud and insurance made my bill 171 so Im here trying to return my phone and they r refusing to allow me to do so cuz the paid off my buy out and verizion wont but back my buy out on my contract so now Im screwed out of more $ this place sucks they work off commission this is clear dont so business here go to a corporate store n save $$

This is the only Verizon I will come to in or near New Braunfels! They are THE BEST. I was so excited to see Andrea back at this location today! She is always so kind and patient with me. Ive had some pretty bad experiences with the other location closer to my house here so Ive decided to never go back there. The sales associates at this location have been the best to me by far! Its a plus that you usually dont have to wait at all or hardly. You can even call to set up appointments! Great job, keep it up! (and dont lose Miss Andrea, shes amazing)

I went in on the day of my birthday (Mon) and there was 2 reps there Ryan and (sorry I cant remember the others name) their customer service skills were pleasant and nothing short of great! Justin and Chris are two of the most amazing, funny, and down to earth guys I have ever met. They answered question I had and helped me find the new case and screen protector for my phone. They even put the protector and screen on my phone no questions asked. I really appreciated their customer service!

Stopped in this afternoon just to see about any upgrade opportunities, and ended up leaving with a new IPhone 8 Plus with a screen protector and phone case, thanks to Terrell! He’s a real down to earth guy who made the whole process super smooth and full of laughs! 10/10 would recommend getting help from Terrell Licona if you’re around this area.

This Verizon store had much better service than the other Verizon store in town that I went to yesterday to try to pay my bill. The employees here were prompt and courteous. Paying my bill here was a pleasant experience.

I recently switched from sprint and couldn’t have asked for a better experience with the process. Robert DELAPAZ was extremely knowledgeable and very genuine. By far the best phone experience I’ve ever had. I highly recommend everyone to ask for Robert, if you want the best experience!!

Rey hyder helped me change some passwords, delete the pages I no longer needed, and set up my fingerprint to make my phone more secure. I am so glad to have these things taken care of! Rey did a great job and was very helpful in answering my questions without making me feel like I should have been able to solve these things on my own.

I went into this store in March as my current phone would not charge. The associate helped me find a phone and told me there was a promotion of $200 off the phone. I took the deal and as of today I still do not have that credit. I have gone into a Verizon store, where I live as I was on vacation at the time, 3 times now. Each time they call this store they get a different story as to why I dont have the credit. This credit was not a Verizon credit but their own credit and now refuse to even call me back. DO NOT go into this store.

Outstanding customer service at this location!!! The young lady, Andrea has been super in support and a true asset to your organization. If I were in the business of owning a store like this I would hire her in a flash. I had trouble with my connections and she stepped in and handled the problem, quickly. Originally bought my several of my devices at corporate location and had several horrible experiences, and Andrea dispelled these bad experiences. Wife went into store to simply help my son swap out a phone that was breaking down (he had it way beyond the 2 year period). Unfortunately, she was told, erroneously as it turn out and as verified with a Verizon customer rep online, that she would have to pay a $200 surcharge for him to get a replacement phone. This store then put the hard sell on her and gave her assurances that certain features could be managed online if she upgraded his phone. This turned out to be a lie by omission as the only way these features can be managed is through additional monthly charges, which were not revealed during the hard sell. Basically, we will be counting down the days, hours, and minutes until we can terminate all business with Verizon.

The staff here reminded me of what you would expect at a used car lot. They were wanting to be you best friend till you say youre not too sure you want to buy right now. Then switch 180 degrees on you. Gave them a second chance when I pre ordered a phone with them. When it never came and there was issues on were it was lost in transport, I heard a big long story and was given a feeling it was almost my fault. I decided to go to an actual Verizon store off 306 in New Braunfels. The friendly staff took 5 minutes to look up what happened. Not only that but they were able to get the phone I wanted to me right then. These authorized dealers are a waste of time. Never going to this store again!

Tried to see if they had any of the x-force models left and mark said they didnt. I said ok give me the z model that is shatterproof. He sells me Droid z reg. Less than a week later It drops less than 2 and shatters. Go to take it back and he says its only shatter resistant. Hes right, he sold me the model that isnt shatterproof and he doesnt even know they do sell a shatterproof version of the z. They will not take it back unless fixed so Im out $200 to get it fixed just so I can return it in less than a week. Asked to speak with the store manager and was told they dont have a store manager. The national Verizon customer service agent I spoke with said this isnt even an actual Verizon store. Do Not Go Here!!! They do not know products or how to treat people!

If I could rate 0 stars I would. This isn’t even a real Verizon store!!! The people that work here are completely incompetent. After buying a phone and having it transferred they screwed it up and I had to go to a REAL Verizon store and have them fix the issue. The guy couldn’t figure out the system to do the trade in so I had to go to a real Verizon to also do that. The floor inside the place is falling apart and wood boards are coming up. The air conditioner doesn’t work and it was extremely hot inside. This place is a complete embarrassment to the Verizon brand and should not have the right to represent the company. I have never had an issue with verizon in the 15 years I have been a customer until now, but this isn’t a real Verizon store anyways. I would stay clear of this place!!!!!

Hi my name is Kathy Johnson and I came into the Verizon store a couple of days ago and Ryan who is one of your team players is really a great team player hes a five-star person for real I mean just excellent work he spent hours well actually more than an hour or two working with us with the new phones the S7 and he got my information transferred over and even helped us a lot because my husband is in Afghanistan and he ordered the phones and Ryan still stepped in and he just took it all the way to help me to understand this new phone that I got and transferred all my information over to my new phone thanks for Rising for hiring such a great person thanks-thanks-thanks

This is a decent store well cleaned but employees were rude.

Raul was a big help when it came to helping me with my phone. He showed me all the apps that were affecting my phone and helped me back all my data up. I highly recommend Raul to anyone in need of assistance

I came into this location the other day with issues with my phone, extremely frustrated and ready to go back to my old flip phone. Andrea met me at the door with a bubbly smile and full of energy. She immediately set the tone with her positive attitude for the rest of our visit. She was generally interested in what I had to say and told me she was going to make it a point to make sure my problems were solved. After finding out that I was not a Verizon customer, she not only resolved my issues but then told me all the benefits of making the choice to switch to Verizon. Although unfortunately I am unable able to make the switch now, I have taken everything into consideration and plan to make the change when I am able. This is the type of customer service that people like myself hope to receive when walking into this kind of situation.

Got charged $20 for a sim card because they changed sizes in newer phones. Found out later that they arent supposed to charge for sim cards if you are already a customer. I dont know where that money went, but Im guessing this location just pocketed it.

We were switching from Sprint to Verizon and he was very patience as we made several phone calls to Sprint to work out the details and thoroughly explained the prices and options to us speaking specifically and not in general terms like many other representatives do.

I really hope I could give this 0 stars they ripped us off saying that they were going to give us 2 version iPads and 2 lg phones and that if we got a plan we could get unlimited data and free calls to mexico and they started charging us for that and the tablets we just used them for like 10 min to read a book and they started to get warm
