Great people with fast, reliable service that are not just simply trying to make a buck off of you. They fixed my glasses when every other place insisted that there was nothing to be done other than starting all over with an examination and new frames and lenses. I will definitely pay them back with any future eyeglass purchases.

These guys were fantastic! They only do glasses. No eye exams. They are very kind, courteous, knowledgeable, helpful and proficient! Walked in and had my glasses repaired in less than 10 minutes. I received a bit of education about my glasses and am now better equipped on how to handle these fragile expensive frames.

Called and asked if they accept Spectera and was told they did but because of Obama they dont anymore. Guess they wont get my business.I didnt misunderstand!Spectera pays up to $150 toward frames and 80% toward lenses! You offered a 20% discount. Hardly the same thing!!!

If you want to lose your money and not get high quality eyewear and professional customer service, use this place. If you want to have professional service you need to find another place. New Braunfels has a few of them.When I ordered my third pair of glasses the Owner Larry was nice and promised to work out with me in case I am not satisfies with purchase. But when I got my glasses and came back to him and said that these glasses don’t fit well. Lenses hurting my eyes, I need a frame adjustment and they just not what I expected to be. However, previously nice and polite Larry became rude, accused me and finally he just said “ leave my place right now and never come back here”. I was shocked! I have bought 2 pair of glasses here before and they were fine. My family and I are returning customers, but this person doesn’t care for his customers. Plus, he accused me that it is my fault that my lenses are not clear; very unprofessional. I paid $600 for this pair and he even didn’t adjust them on me. He just said leave my place! It is very disappointing. We will never come back.Larry always tries to up-sale to get more money but doesn’t back his product.

Larry is fantastic to work with and he has a great selection of Costa sunglasses which he can also add you prescription to. I highly recommend you stop by.
