Not getting what is labeled and can not open to inspect taped boxes. Hit and miss on getting the good deal for a workable item

Very poor customer service! They need to change their policy/contract on picking items up. There should be a deposit made and if the buyer doesn’t pick up lots in a specified time they should only be charged the deposit, not lose the items and money! Many times the items were not as described in the description. This companies policies are unfair and unjust! I would stay away and just go to a different auction company. These people are crooks!
