I ordered some knobs onthe weekend never got an email confirmation about my order. I checked my order with the payment and got a number from that but no tracking number or confirmation number. I called a couple days later, they where very nice and replied they see my oder and my email and they will get the info to me by email. I never received an email. Couple days later I called again, again very cordial with the response. We got your order and it will be shipped out and arrival shall be in3 days. Still no email confirmation or tracking after second attempt. Now Im just waiting for order to come in

I am most grateful to Syntaur for their amazingly fast order processing. I ordered an encoder pot for my Korg 5/3 and had it 5/5 in FL. This is a part that my repair shop ordered from Korg 4/13 and is still waiting for it. From now on, when I need a part, I will order from Syntaur.

Big shoutout to Syntaur for helping me find the necessary replacement keys and encoders to revive an old Nova II synth that has been through the ringer over the years! After reading positive feedback about you folks I placed an order for 4 replacement keys and a few other bits. Totally a-okay with the keys being used, the important things is that the full range of keys are playable again. I must add that at first one of the keys had some nearly imperceptible damage (a plastic tooth that doesnt look like its missing unless you absolutely know its supposed to be there) and I e-mailed them back pointing it out. They sent me a replacement key in good shape straight away all the way to Canada. Massive thanks to you all and love the work you are doing! Cheers :)

I ordered new pads for my electric piano and within a week, they arrived! My piano has never played so awesome due to these new parts and I have you to thank! I bought the piano used and it’s a very old model (Yamaha CVP-96), but it still plays great and now with new pads, there is no more clanking! Thank you so much for outstanding service!

Dont get me wrong. I love the fact that Syntaur is around. 99% of the time, its great. The problem arises that when I call these days, I get someone (usually a guy, but its been a women once) that are not only completely clueless as to what I relate my problem is, but they offer me information having nothing to do with my question, and then tell me info I already know from their website (they read it to me). I asked to speak with Sam, he cant be bothered, In short, know what you want from them (the last time I ordered a key, they sent me a scraped up one worse than one I was replacing). Really kinda losing faith.

Excellent. Ordered some parts to repair a Roland FP Keyboard and was emailed the same day saying there was a delay. Then the parts arrived within a week anyway! Excellent service. Plus the parts worked perfectly!

This is the most honest and professional company I have ever dealt with.Before I found out about Syntaur, I went to several Repair centers in San Antonio. I even went to one highly recommended by one of the bigger music stores. Do not go there. I need not say more.Syntaur will give you an honest evaluation of the problem and explain the parts if needed and the labor cost which is usually fair.You will have peace of mind.

I went there today all the way from from Houston with the day solely planned on going to sytaur. We arrived around 12 pm just 1 hour before they closed and I needed 2 encoders for the yamaha motif es rack, and right away Carlos Morales of the Service Dept was there and ready to help me. He was awesome and eager to help as well as had great coversation about what type of muzik I make and about the various equipment thats needing repairs and such. I met Sam Mims and I mentioned how much I love the synth wizard show. I guess I felt abit rushed because apparently a tree service showed up and it was 1 hour before closing time. But it is what it is! Excellent service!! Shouts out to Carlos Morales! And check out the newly encoder already replaced by me on the google photos! Thanks again!

I called Syntaur on a Saturday and Cliff answered the phone (even being open on a Saturday is a plus). My call was answered on the 2nd ring. Having the person you are calling answer the phone quickly is something that has been long forgotten. Cliff not only answered my call quickly, but went above and beyond to help me locate a keyboard knob I was searching for. The knob I was looking for was from an old Roland keyboard and has been discontinued. It has been impossible for me to find. Cliff helped me find a knob that would work as a replacement by physically pulling knobs from the shelf and measuring them. This is a $12 part mind you. I am blown away that this type of service still exists. As small as it may be, I can tell you that I will be pointing everyone in Syntaurs direction.

Syntaur has the largest supply of parts, both new and used, to restore your vintage synthesizer!

I do not think I have seen a greater hive of classic synths. There are also some contemporary synths as well. Let us get one thing straight; there is not a greater collection of knowledgeable people about what they do then Syntaur. Wonderful folks work there and it will literally blow you away if you know anything about the synth world. And, if you do not know anything about the synth world, then you are blessed that this place exists near you. I think they repair as well.
