Staff was very helpful in replacing my car battery.

I just wanted to write this review to give a huge shout out to one of the employees, Carmelo M who kindly helped my Dad and I out yesterday. We went to buy replacement windshield wipers and he was so helpful in helping us choose which ones to get. He asked if we needed any more help and we said no because my Dad figured he could replace them himself. When it came to to replace them we were having a little bit of trouble so I went back in to ask Carmelo for help. When I tell y’all he was so nice guys? He was SOOOO nice and helpful! Didn’t make me feel bad about asking for the extra help placing the new wipers even though it probably isn’t his responsibility to do so. And this was all in the cold y’all! It was also snowing😅So somebody please bless this man. He needs a raise ASAP because his customer service is the best I’ve ever seen.

The store is super well-lit, which is a welcome plus in the day and age of businesses and towns dimming their lights to save money at the expense of safety.Sadly, the parking lot isnt as well-lit in some areas and just seems dark and foreboding, especially now that the White Castle next door has shut down and that locale is completely dark, to the point that I dont feel quite as safe going there after dark as I otherwise would have, if needed (and to the point where Ive purposely driven further out to a different location to avoid going there after dark).The staff is usually helpful and friendly (have come across very few exceptions, though those dont usually last very long there).Not too long ago, though, ended up making a trip there in vain, even after calling in specifically to verify that an item that their website listed as in stock was, in fact, in stock there. I was told that it was in stock...only to go there and find out that it wasnt. In their defense, it was a similar item and another rep who was there when I did go in did take the time to check both the shelves and the inventory in the back. Other times, though, theyve been more thorough in checking when Ive called ahead and, when an item wasnt in stock, theyd let me know which other AutoZone had it available, if that was the case.Overall, I like this location, as long as I can get there before its dark out. Id give it 1 more star if they had a better-lit parking lot, too.

You find most of the auto parts required for maintenance of your car at great deals. The staff also was very friendly and helped me to find stuff.

Literally got here at 9:45 pm and they were closing at 10 pm. I needed a battery for my motorcycle and had purchased the wrong one earlier. Jonathan was a big help with helping find a store with the battery I needed! Great customer service!!!

Both employees were not wearing face masks properly. One of them had no face coverings at all most of the time. I was not well treated by the employees either.

Service was terrible. Went there on a Saturday to test my battery, never heard from them until I went back four days later just to find out my battery was dead.

Theyll retrieve it for you.Your Girlfriends car runs into major car issues & calls you for help?Priceless.An outstanding individual, employee (Jonathan) & his colleague had helped my Girlfriend during her wretched car battery issue, going beyond the call of duty as to lend the battery for an exchange of a battery that was left inside of the car. Considering that my Girlfriend had a warranty on the battery. An exchange of trust, between employee and customer from the circumstances that had occurred. We were given the battery without a cost.On the one crucial condition; that I return with the battery from her car. Insightful, as he patiently & thoroughly instructed me on how to perform the task, so she was able to get back on the road. Provided the reasonable amount of time used from the allotted amount of time (~30 minutes) I was able to change her car battery. :)The battery was returned in the end of my Girlfriends car woes; as I sit comfortably in my home knowing I can trust this store with any future car problems, and any questions to be addressed. Now this, in my opinion: is Customer Service at its finest

When self-driving cars need something theyll shop here first. The staff knows their stuff and are quick to offer help when approached. Its fairly busy here so you know the word is out.

My license plate was falling off. I was told I needed a new bracket that they don’t carry after she came out to the parking lot and barely looked at it. I went to a different Auto Zone and they sold me screws and reattached my plate with the original bracket which there was nothing wrong with!

Amazing people at the store. Their card reader was down and I didnt have any cash but needed WD-40 the guy guy me a half can to help a brother out.

Loaner parts are a disappointment. The exhaust tool kit had a pipe cutter with dull cutters that couldnt cut a thing. When I returned it, no offer made for another, sharp cutter.

Well arranged auto parts. Staff sincere and dedicated to customer queries. They also happily not only checked items in their stock, but also checked in nearby Autozone stock.

Always what I need is their friendly help

Fast service, knowledgeable employees. They even gave me the tools to replace the battery there, so that I can return the old one right away.

Some of the Management isnt to friendly, they seem like there annoyed when asked more than one question.

Staff is always slow. Staff is always changing. Staff 8 times out of 10 cant help you with any car question. The website will show that they have something but when you get there they have no stock available

The one Donibican girl was the bomb. She determined the proper headlight type for my wifes car and greased/nstalled them.when they didnt work, she trouble shot them and fixed the problem.. way to go Autozone!

It gets better services by the present crews. They even installed the wipers for free. However the quality of the AutoZone wipers took less than a month to start to make noise.

I️ called Autozone because I️ recently bought new brakes. My brakes were eventually put on but a day later, I️ hear the brakes squealing. I️ called Autozone and spoke to one of the manager, she was very argumentative so then I️ asked to speak to someone in a higher position, and the woman hung up on me. I️ will be complaining to the higher ups about this place. I️ spent my money there and no respect!

Staff is very helpful. I bought a hanger for my exhaust and they were the first store I visited that didnt have all the bags ripped open and pieces missing.

I called ahead to make sure they had the specific alternator WITH pulley wheel before driving over a half hour to this location. Upon arrival, guess what? NO pulley wheel. Ill never go to another autozone again. An hour + of my life I just wasted and Ill never get back.

I went in and found what I needed. No complaints.

I called and spoke to Alam. He seemed to be very knowledgable, and even offered to wait for me because I was running late. I definitely recommend dealing with Alam, if you visit this Autozone. I had a problem with my muffler, and he guided me through all of the options in a very professional and knowledgable manner. I could sense from a brief conversation that he is someone who takes his job very seriously and wants to make sure the customers get the correct advice when making a purchase. He is absolutely an asset to this Autozone location.

Auto Zone is always Good

The Store manager or the Employees are not aware of the Lifetime warranties for duramax brakes, they will not honour it and it claim its a one time replacement only. i would avoid this store.

I can always get whatever Auto Parts on need here.

Of course, there are many parts, and it is an auto parts store where you can solve everything about cars with one stop.A simple problem is that if you scan once and get it for free, you will get an estimate of where to go and how much to fix it.I didnt know this at first and just went to the local repair shop and remembered that Dumtang wrote it. If you buy parts here too, its cheaper in some cases.
