Just purchased a beautiful new sectional yesterday evening from Myers!! Even though there were several customers in the store & only 2 people working a little before closing time, our salesman, Reid, was AWESOME in helping us & giving us a great deal. Ill definitely be going back!

Not very friendly or helpful. I called and was told they had an appliance I was looking for in stock. When I got there they did but, it was the floor model. They didnt bother to tell me that when I called. Didnt offer to help protect it to get it home until asked.

We travel from Muncie to Myers Furniture in New Castle because we appreciate the atmosphere of a family owned business. The staff is friendly, helpful, and not pushy. They work with you to find what you need - even during this supply-and-demand interruption from COVID. We have been in Indiana for 4 1/2 years and once we found Myers, they have received our business for a dining room set, a reclining couch and recliner, a glider with ottoman, Speed Queen washer and dryer, and most recently delivered - gas kitchen stove and over-the-range microwave. Delivery fees are reasonable. Plus, we usually get a discount off the already tagged price ... without even asking!! We are very pleased customers who highly recommend Myers Furniture!

Impressed with the size of this store; I had no idea it was so large. Appliances, furniture, mattressess. Great customer service in person and via email. Offering delivery for a minimal cost. Found exactly what I needed and on sale, to boot. I will return.

I can’t say enough good things about my experience with Myers for appliance repair. I had waited weeks for service through my home warranty, I’d been to the laundromat twice & spent almost $100 doing so. 3 1/2 weeks without a dryer when you have a uniform to wash, kids (one of which is a bed wetter) sports, animals etc.. 3 1/2 weeks feels like a lifetime!! I called 10 places until I got to Myers on my google list & not one had anything open for 2 weeks or more. I was at my wits end & I think the person I spoke with originally could sense it. He moved mountains to get someone out 2 days later! He was on time, professional, knowledgeable & my hero!! HaHa! He diagnosed immediately & had the part in his truck! I was so grateful I don’t care if New Castle is a minute away, I would call them first going forward on any repair need I have. Thank you so so much!!

Over the years I have bought many pieces of furniture from Myers. I went in looking for living room furniture and found many high quality items to choose from. I recommend stopping in to Myers for home furnishings

In the past we have purchased most furniture from myers, however this time is the last time,,,,after one night with new mattress wanted to exchange for a different kind they said sorry cant help you I just want to return and I wanted to exchange poor customer service. The model was not in for model they put that on the receipt so they wouldnt give him in trouble for giving me a discount

I bought a couch and love seat over a yr ago and getting ready to purchase more furniture from them great ppl to deal with they work with u and show u whatever products u wanna see and when I set a price range they showed me many great products in that range would definitely recommend to anybody!

They really didnt have anything that I couldnt find at other furniture stores that are cheaper so I probably would not return.
