Normally a good place to shop, but now rhey dont have half the merchandise they used to. And I wasnt happy when I tried to buy a game off the shelf just to find out after waiting in line that they are sold out.. why put a game on the shelf if you dont have it for sale.

Mask nazis... Ebay is cheaper anyway even for brand new. Theres a reason wall street shorted this company. Stay away. Surprised its still open. Its basically in Kmart and toysrus territory... if you love your security mask this is the place for you.

To begin: Im speaking from a BUYERS standpoint and not a trader nor seller. This is MY experience with GS. Im not negating experiences of others however, this has been my #1 GS location since 2003 and honestly, I love shopping here. The staff is very patient and nice. They treat me like a human and not as a dollar to be gained. Normally they have everything Im looking for but lately their stock is lower due to these social isolation rules due to covid. Occasionally, (it is rare but it happens) they hire an employee who acts as if theyre doing customers a favor by gracing us with their presence and can be quite misleading and rude. I was there 2-3 times this week and so far no one currently working there holds this mentality. They were rather affected by covid and many items are not in stock but that is beyond their control. They will call other GS locations to locate your item or you can request they call you when it comes in. This is to explain why I still gave 5 stars: despite things sometimes go south, they will do what they can to ensure the customer is pleased.

Everyone here is very personable and fun to talk to.

This is my second home. The staff has never failed to help or take care of our gaming needs. I will always go here for all my gaming needs. Piece of advice: ALWAYS add that 5 dollar insurance. Its worth every penny!

Not a very good gamestop they never answer their phone and have nothing in stock ever. I would recommend any other game provider over this store. Also, the staff is very unfriendly and ignore you and treat you like they want you out of the store asap. If I could give a 0 star rating I absolutely would thanks for nothing gamestop.

The rep was polite but her hands were tied. I firmly believe that your establishment is corrupt. You dont give your customers a fair deal. I sold my mothers XBOX with all the required attachments. The controller floated so instead of $76 sale back she only got $56. What a shame and shame on your business. Shes struggling enough and takes nothing for free. I hope youre proud of yourselves. I wont promote your facility to anyone. On the contrary, Im a disabled veteran and trust that my disdain will be pass on to the other veterans I know well and those I see in treatment.

Ive got my own reservations about GameStop, but even I have to admit that this particular store is pretty great. Its not too big, and its typically pretty clean and organized, plus the staff is generally very nice and helpful, if not a bit pushy on selling you reservations and their benefits card.Im a little biased because I worked at this GameStop when it first opened almost 10 years ago. But not much has changed. Still a nice place to browse or buy games, especially used stuff.

The store itself was great and the Asso. That help us was great also. The only problem I had was with there online hold ordering the didnt have the things I had put on hold even though I was in to pick them up within an hour of my order. Not the stores fault, the online sites fault.

This is the best GameStop Ive ever been to. I shop here regularly and they have great customer service. Very helpful and have an attention to detail, going out of their way to make sure the customer has the product they need. They are like a family and its great to have amazing people enjoy what they do, I always have a good time when Im there.

My family has been shopping at GameStop for years. And I would definitely say they have only improved over the years. They offer a wide variety of gaming consoles along with the games that are available for each. They still offer games for older game systems which is nice. Plus they offer you the opportunity to pre-order new games & systems that are about to come out. Which as a lot of people know is a great idea because finding a brand new gaming item as soon as its released can be tricky. I also like how they offer other accessories. Like t-shirts, board games, toys, key chains, stuffed animals, ect. They also have a few different gaming systems set up in the store with a newer game ready to play in it. So this allows you to do an actual walk thru of a newer game and see if its something you may want to purchase. Lastly they offer different ranks of discounts that each offer their own perks and help you save a percentage off of the sticker price. Happy gaming everyone! 🎮

This is a nice place to go get games new are used and you can pre order new games coming out

First impressions are a big thing. This store failed miserably on that count. Wife called to see if they have game, that is on sale, in stock. Clerk informs her they do not, bit, if she comes by they will order it and have it sent to the house free of charge. So, she goes to the store only to be told that if they order it for her, it will cost extra to have it shipped yada yada. If you are in a jam, and refuse to shop at Walmart; then I possibly recommend this place.

I waited 15 minutes to be waited on before I left. The employee of the store not only waited on one guy who got in line after me but went to take another before I got super upset and told him I was leaving. I had to call three times before the guy would answer the phone and when he did I let him know I was the lady who was waiting and you kept taking people ahead of me. He said he was sorry but when he asked who was next because they threw themselves at the counter he waited on them before me. I asked if he was refusing to help me and he said no but admitted to seeing me wait to be helped but still took the two guys before me.The more incredible thing about this is I went to the same store the day before and there was a woman employee and I wasnt even in line but she saw me and knew that I was waiting for help so helped me as soon as she was done with the person in line she was waiting on even though someone had come in after me and went straight to the line. So I would really love to know why that guy who admitted to seeing me wait still did not want to wait on me.This gamestop is seriously lacking good help at this point because this isnt the first time this particular male employee has made me or others I know wait for an excessive amount of time or has taken others before them.

Have been back and forth to Boardman stores and this one and always enjoy the service in this one, in New Castle. Great service, great staff, store is always clean and not overly filled with racks.

This visit did not go well. I had a $50 e gift card and TRIED to use it to purchase a $20 game and was told I would lose the remaining $30 if I did so. REALLY?! Very unhappy needless to say!!!!
