Sold me a phone that bricked once i paid it off and tried to charge me for a new sim card. Theft.

Took my mom in to purchase a new phone for her Christmas present and have it activated. Sales lady picked up my phone and started deleted my notifications even after I told it was my phone. Glad Im not a customer there but they do treat my mom good and thats all matters.

Says closes at 8p rushed to get there by 730 and place was closed. Thanks boost. Sorry I actually had to work my whole shift!!

Either its way too busy and youll be waiting for an hour or dead empty but the employees are nice.

Boost has good plans for the price, however dont expect them to be able to do much at the store. I had an insurance claim went to the store and all he did was write down the number on a piece of paper and tell me I had to call that. Another time, an issue I had couldnt be taken care of in store because they didnt have a printer.

My phone not working it ownly has 3gcant do anything with call 800 nos. 4hours Friday and 4 -5 today they told me to take it back he wouldnt do anything I just bought it on the July 24 and it 3day go I cant get my money back or a new phone0

DO NOT GOTO THIS STORE!!! i came here to get four phones two of which were defective (galaxy j7 refines). I told the store manager about the issues my phones was having and he said theres nothing i can do. Hes the one who told me to get those phones. I came in asking for a phone that can play fortnite, roblox, and run 60fps and he told me not to get the galaxy note 9, that i should get the galaxy j7 refine. The phone cant do anything he said it could. BUYERS BEWARE OF THIS SCAMMERS MARKET! He also refused to give me a reciept (hes embezzling). The store manager WILL SCAM YOU!!!
