Do not go here my wife just quit working for them the “store leader “ MANAGER ! SASHA TALKS BAD ABOUT ALL THE CUSTOMERS SHE IS A VERY BAD SALES PERSON AND NO LOYAL RO THE CUSTOMERS ITS ABOUT THE MONEY FOR HER AND MAKING YOU SPEND MORE MONEY ! She lies about the deals you guys get I do not recommend going here or to any of the locations it’s how they train there employees

Justin is very knowledgeable and didnt hesitate to spend time educating us about phone options and teaching us how to use our new phone(s). I have visited this location 3 times over the last 3 weeks and each visit has been very productive. He truly went above and beyond what Ive experienced at other Verizon locations.

If I could give negative zero stars .. I would..6 weeks ago I broke my phone.. I went to this store to replace it, where I was told that I needed $400 in order to replace. That’s fine. Fast forward to yesterday, I finally go to get my phone, he was nice enough to make a phone call, and my credit limit was raised.. therefore I did not need the money, they advanced my credit. So I was waiting to get my phone, after 45 minutes for him to tell me that I needed to wait 24 hours. ( he didn’t know, but he’s the manager.) anyways I went back this afternoon and he had a few people and I left and went back. I waited 2 hours. He attempted to give 3 people a phone. For over 2 hours, he could not successfully do that. Finally I asked if he thought he would be finished in order for me to leave by 6 pm, as I had somewhere to be. He said, I don’t think so. Soo I asked if I could handle this matter at another store, because I no longer wanted to deal with him.. (did I mention he never once acknowledged my existence)( not once in 2 hours) he then held up his hands and yelled THEN LEAVE!!! I have never been treated soo rudely or have ever encountered a “ manager” that has absolutely no idea how to do his job, professionally, or how to treat his customers.. he isn’t trained as to the procedures or how the format of the program works. He isn’t qualified to even be an employee much less a manager. He absolutely lost our families business, and I hope anyone who would like a positive experience, had the sense to visit any other Verizon store on the planet BESIDES THIS ONE!!!!!!!!!!!!

I was in there twice and Phillip (I think) was not helpful at all. He practically refused to help me both times. The first time the system was down and the second time he said he could no longer do what he said he could do 2 days prior. It was the only reason I came back. His only interest was selling me a new phone. I went to another store and had an answer in less than 5 minutes. Needless to say I will not return. Customer service doesnt depend on how many phones you can sell it is about the customer.

I recently got a new iPhone X from this location and what can I say, these guys really know their stuff! Devin was very helpful in assisting me throughout the entire process and was a pleasure to deal with. All of my concerns were addressed and questions answered. I could not have asked for a better experience. 10/10 would recommend... and if you buy from them they have a cool little machine that will get water out of your phone for free if it gets wet!!

Go when Justin is working. Guy is chill like a Choco Taco - ended up staying 10 minutes later than intended just chatting. Didnt try to sell me anything I didnt already want and was very informed about the product(s) I was seeking.

I wouldnt recommend this or any retail Verizon store. These guys must be paid commission heavily. The accessories are way over priced almost twice as expensive as say Walmart. Plus if you buy your phone here they will charge you a 20$ fee just for buying your phone from them, Its called a set up fee but even if you ask them not to set it up they still charge the fee. And lastly if you dont want insurance for your phone too bad cause theyre gonna just throw it on there anyways. Verizon in general is over priced if I could rate 0 stars I would.
