Each doctor I have seen here has been helpful, kind and informative. The reception staff are always friendly.

I’ve been going to Dr. Berkeley’s since I was a teenager. They are the best and care about your eyes and well-being. I’ve never gone wrong with the selection of glasses and even if looking for something different than what they have, they are willing to order to your likeness.

Friendly and helpful staff. Dr. Marilyn did a thorough exam and explained everything well. Ron does a great job not only helping you find the right frames, but patiently adjusts them til they are just right. Highly recommend!

It’s been a couple of years since I’ve gotten an eye exam and part of the reason was the staff wasn’t the most pleasant to work with but when I came in from the front desk to the doctors themselves are so kind and helpful and it made me feel like I’ve been with them for years!

I have been going to Berkely for many years now, and the entire team and staff have been an absolute pleasure to deal with. Joe, Marilyn, and Chris have been the utmost professionals and have always treated me well. I highly recommend their products and services for anyone looking for quality eye care.

I went there for my first eye exam ever, thinking it might just be my imagination that something had changed since working in front of a computer alot! The Dr. was very friendly and explained everything to me, even twice. Afterwards i got fitted for glasses and Ron (i believe that was his name) was very very friendly and attentive and answered every question I had, no matter how silly! Thank you everybody, i cannot wait to pick up my glasses!

I am so glad I left here a few years back. With Davis Vision insurance one pair of glasses here would run me $600. I was always told because of my prescription, high index, progressive bifocal that it cost way more, despite my insurance having that coverage. I know my insurance coverage is about the same now with Davis. I just paid $130 at Americas Best, same insurance, with all the same bells and whistles, no glare, scratch resistant. No one bugged me, no one insisted on picking out my frame for me, and no one griped about Davis Vision quality. We will see how these come out. I paid $220 more today for a pair of prescription sunglasses too. And all of this is still less. The last time I went to Berkeley I got billed for something 6 months later that they said they forgot.

This is a great office!! The staff and doctors are very friendly and always smiling! I went here as a small child and am now back as an adult! I would recommend this office to any one in the area!

I went there a few years ago with help from an organization that pays for your glasses and exam. Although the staff was friendly enough the Drs were standoffish and just downright nasty. No sense of humor and not even a crack of a smile. When I received my glasses I could NOT see through them at all so I went back. This was like after having them for 2 weeks (I tried to let my eyes get used to them-but that wasnt the problem). The Dr. INSISTED the prescription was correct without even checking them! I left and went elsewhere and of course the prescription was WAY OFF! I WILL NEVER GO BACK TO THESE PEOPLE! I would give 0 stars if I could.

My family and I have been going here since we moved to the area 5 years ago. Not only is everyone very professional, but they are personable as well. You can tell they genuinely enjoy what they do and always take the time to answer questions and make sure they we are taken care of when our appointment is done. 5/5 will continue to come in for our familys eye care needs.

Showed up for appointment was told they were trying to call me all week to let me know my appointment was too early for insurance to cover. I confirmed my number and their number, they never called once according to my phone log. The lady was very rude about it. Also, don’t go here if you don’t plan on buying glasses or contacts with them. Bad experience last appointment (that they hadn’t canceled.)

I highly recommend Berkely Eye Associates for their professional services and their tenacity when things go wrong. I have the misfortune of having Davis Vision as my insurance and in my opinion, they rank at the top of the worst! Davis Vision did absolutely nothing to assist the great people at Berkely or myself when problems were encountered with my order. Thanks to the persistence and many phone calls to Davis Vision I finally received my glasses two and a half months after the order was placed.My advocate at Berkely never gave up and fought tirelessly on my behalf! Thank you Kim and all the fine people at Berkely!!!
