Tuned up my chainsaw within a week, and since it was so new did it for free as under-warranty work. It was a completely different chainsaw after I got it back, I couldnt believe it!Theyre honest with you and are trustworthy. In addition to tuning and repairs, they also do other related services like chain sharpening.These guys are a great resource for anyone who uses chainsaws or other (relatively) small engines in the area -- highly recommend them. They know their stuff!!

Had a push mower getting repaired and I talked with the owner and he quoted me $150 to get everything fixed. Great Ill do that. This was 2 weeks ago. Today I went in and the lawn mower was fixed like I asked and the other gentleman said itll be almost $190. I questioned it and told him the other guy said it was $150 so that doesnt make sense and I nicely said Im not the type of guy to get something for nothing but if you tell me $150, then it should be $150 not more because you think Im going to pay more because I dont have any other option. So this is what made me the most pissed off is that he told me to take the mower out of my vehicle if Im not going to pay the $190. Finally he said, in a very angry manner, to just pay the $150 he told me to never come back and hell never work on anything for me again. Because I dont want to pay more then you quoted me? Thats just ridiculous and dont worry I wont come back and Ill make sure to tell everybody else to not go back as well because thats just not how you treat people. Thanks for your time!

These guys know what they are doing, bottom line. Several saws purchased and tuned up. All experiences were great. Honesty answers questions with facts and not opinions.
