Where do I begin?? If there was a way to give a place a negative star i would. Ever since this company was bought out and new management arrived. Their customer service skills became nonexistent. I called in for a part prior to being passed from one representative to another my hold time was about 45 minutes. As a business owner one should strive to please the customer. Or take a class or two.

Worse place ever, their customer service is unacceptable. I wouldnt even give them a star but I had no choice. Good luck if you call them because youll be on hold for a while.

Drove all the way over there from Freeport for one specific part for my PTO. Waited online for about 15 minutes. Get up to the counter tell them what I need and they tell me that they dont have it in stock and they dont know when theyre going to get it. It is not necessary but they dont have it in stock. Since they are the only company on the island that sells these parts they probably should have it in stock.
