I have been going here for many years for a bagel in the morning, but on this occasion I was surprised when it came to the quality of the coffee. The taste of the coffee was very tasty, but there was a significant amount of coffee grounds at the bottom. I hope this location will be more careful when making the coffee.

Local shop so went for convenience. But never again. Ask for a toasted bagel with butter. You get half a container of butter. Disgusting. Go to Bagel Haus of Jericho turnpike. You wont be disapoonted.

Place definitely doesn’t know how to work a breakfast line. Very slow. Not friendly either.

Were used to good bagels... Sadly, this place doesnt have them. The butter tasted funny and though Bagel Boss is supposedly a chain, they either dont enforce quality or give the franchises way too much latitude to do as they please. It reflects poorly on the brand as the other Bagel Boss we go to has good bagels and butter.

Bagels are usually delicious however giving it 3 stars because the last time I was there I realized when I got home I got charged 13 dollars for two bagels with cream cheese. Not sure if that’s the prices or they charge extra.

Today was the last time I went to the Bagel Boss in Lake Success. I tried to go to them several times and every time there were issues with their bagels. i.e. either too small, too light or odd shaped. Just today I specifically asked for dark ones and yet the guy at the counter just literally threw a bunch of really small sized and light bagels into a bag. I did not see this until I got home. In general customer service has also always sucked every time I have gone to this particular store . Pretty much all the rest of the Bagel Boss stores are much better than this Lake Success one in every way

Bagels didnt taste like anything, and the coffee was so bitter was unable to drink. First time and last time ordering from this spot.

I was here today at around 1:30 pm very pleasant cashier—-butBagel fell out the paper bag the second I left, not to mention the cream cheese all over the place dripping (not the first x with the messy cream cheese issue) ok Bagel not to go crazy over, but sick of this stuff constantly. But the iced coffee and cappuccino here are decent if you are around the area &the egg salad too.

Bagels are hard from the outside soft inside. Its just hard to chew not the best bagels.

Got a Boss wrap with broccoli. It was fine except for the total lack of seasoning. A pinch of salt and pepper would have aided greatly. Also the accompanying juice cup made me laugh.

I love the Union turnpike location. Great service and no lines!!!! Try the plain bagel, lightly toasted with scallion cream cheese. It’s the ultimate best!!!!!😍😍

I get there at around noon for lunch and they NEVER have anything whole wheat no bagels mini bagels or flagels the coffee is hardly ever fresh and the place is not that clean

Pricey. My wife and I had 2 different bagel meals. We both agree its nothing spectacular.

Ordered from here for about 6 months with no problems on Seamless. Food was good and fresh. Then all of a sudden the seamless orders were cancelled with no phone call. I called them to see why and a snippy girl answered the phone and said last time they delivered nobody was here to accept the delivery. I said that is impossible because it is a business with a full staff and nobody would have ordered food without being here. She then said well you are too far anyway. I said we have been ordering for 6 months and never received a call or cancellation due to distance before. She said well you should have and then hung up. Wont be ordering again.

They have the best vegetable burgers and fries ever. They also have delicious panini. They started to make grilled cheese sandwiches (I didnt have them yet) Im sure it is delicious. The cheese blintzes are heavenly.Definitely come by and try. They are very busy at lunch so if you can come after 130 2 there isnt a long line

If you want bagels don’t even bother coming here trust me it’s NY you can go anywhere to find a bagel. They don’t even deserve the title bagel boss if they can’t run a business with at least good customer service . You want people to buy from you show them RESPECT as they are to you coming to your business and helping you run it. Because without the customers you are nothing. Ordered here twice both orders were canceled with no effort for them to contact back. (Through DoorDash *which the owner has to set up the business themselves*) then in which we had to call them back with having their lame excuses plus rudeness with out an apology.

This is the best Bagel Boss by far. Fresh food and great selection. They are smart enough to know to separate the granola from the yogurt. Other Bagel Bosses dont do that. That is why the yogurt parfait is one of my favorite items. Great staff as well.

Come here every morning for my bagel fix and coffee. Staff is amazing and always helpful. Store is also clean and well kept. The manager Harry volunteered to help me after I received the wrong order one morning, good to see higher level staff helping out with customers.

The quality of their appetizingly and most of their food items is consistently very good. The prices however are a little high even for the consistently high quality foods. At least you know what to expect when you go to Bagel Boss.

Bagels are always good. I wouldnt suggest the bakery items. Not fresh at all. Waste of money. Also, they charged me .50 cents more on all of my items and I was in a rush I just left without saying anything. I should have but also they should have just charged me correctly.

Although they make fresh bagels 🥯, the other baked goods may not be so fresh. Today, I got a fat free/sugar free blueberry muffin and later discovered that it had a blended moldy greenish/blue area that looked like the rest of the muffin. I ate about half before I discovered the mold! 🤢 BEWARE!

Ordered for a pick up, specifically asked for a double toasted bagel, told them 3 times, when I got it, it was double toasted plus there was barely any cream cheese on the bagel!

Bagel was very light toasted ask for a lil cream cheese they put 1/2 lb on it so it made it very messy

My mom ordered a flat bagel, toasted with light cream cheese. We then got our order and it was this weird cream cheese. We went back into the store and told the person we ordered from that it was the wrong cream cheese. The person said in such a rude face that my mom said a flat bagel with this other cream cheese and that wasnt what my mom ordered. So he took our bagel and made a new one. However it wasnt toasted. Never going here again. Has the worst manner for customers.

Strictly kosher bagel restaurant. There is a large variety of bagels. The fillings are all dairy like assorted cream cheeses, tuna fish, tuna vegetable, egg mushroom, egg salad, and more. Prices are expensive. There is more selection of fillings. Service is okay. They serve breakfast. Coffee is good. There are cold drinks and tea and more.

Today I left a pick up order, and after an hour I came there, the order was not ready. I asked for a manager, and he personally did my order and charged only $8 (while the order should have been more than $20). Happy with their service.

The bagels are delicious but the pancakes are not too good. So we ordered a Bialy too which was good.But the pancakes feels like a state correctional facility meal. They were heavy as hell and came with a orange juice that would be from a jail. So please just stick to getting the bagels.

I ordered a bagel with cream cheese and they were extremely cheap with the cream cheese! There was half a tablespoons worth on the entire bagel. Not to mention the bagel was about the quarter of the size of a regular bagel. Never coming back here again.

I had the michelle panini and it was awful, not what i expected at all. The eggplant was soggy. No tapinada in sandwich which made yhe panini extra dry. I Will never go there again. Waste of money 😠

I ordered a nova smoked salmon on a roll with red onions lettuce tomatoes with a side order of a dried tomato pasta.I must say that the food was very good and fresh, and to top it off.The service and the workers was fast and polite.

I wouldnt recommend for delivery. My order came at the time they said it would. But the food was cold,they forgot part of my order, no straw or sugar on the side for the iced coffee which I asked for. The hot coffee had grinds at the bottom.
