Good place for bagels and more. Checkout the menu online. Its Its big spot for Adephi students but during the summer its a nice quiet ace to have coffee and a bagel.

My coworkers and I used to order from this deli at least 2-3 times a week for breakfast but have been out of the office since March so I have not been here in awhile. I was in the area today and decided to stop in and grab breakfast. I could say I have missed this deli. They are a little pricey but I thoroughly enjoyed my breakfast this morning.

Bagels are decent, but the iced coffee machine is always down depending on who I come in and ask in the morning. Never fails. My coworker came in this morning and got a medium coffee and I came in 20min after and asked for a coffee just to be told the machine is out of service which is understandable. Come into work and my coworker told me she literally just got her coffee roughly 20min before me. I never have this issue whenever the shorter lady is there. Only whenever the taller woman is up front.

Great hole in the wall bagel shop that is very busy. My family and I have been going to for years. Our favorite sandwich is the lox slices on toasted everything flagel w/ lite cream cheese lettuce, tomato, red onion and capers. This sandwich costs a bit more but it is super delicious and is equal to two meals!

While not your traditional NYC deli, this is a great spot on Long Island to get a bagel. They have many options such as everything, egg, poppy while offering an equally large number of cream cheese options as well. They also offer the standard bacon, egg and cheese sandwiches which are good as well. The prices are reasonable and the staff is friendly. There are also options for lunch sandwiches as well, not just breakfast. I always come here when I come back home to visit

This is a bagel store. Dozen bagel is $15 and you get 2 extra. Average taste. Not so kind ladies work at the counter.

Bagels are fresh and delicious. The tuna is great as well. A bit pricey but simce there isnt anything else around its worth it.

The past few times i have gone to this bagel store it was very very disappointing. They will rather talk to their coworkers than help out the customers. They take forever to make one little bagel. Very very very disappointed and not going back. And a new worker there thought I wanted a “roll up sand which” meaning a wrap when I asked for a regular roll. I got chicken salad and it smelled and tasted like tuna salad. And never got my macaroni salad and pickle. And it took very long to get just 2 bagels.

The food is pretty good but they are way too slow for as many people I see working there. For what I normally get it shouldnt take that long.

I asked for a chicken salad and they gave me a chicken cutlet. Cutlet wasnt even good it was just dry. Never going back.

Most of the employees seem more eager to leave than to serve you. The grill is closed when more than an hour is left until closing. Often gets orders wrong. I visited three separate times and the same horrible service. I would go elsewhere. The service is absolutely some of the worst I’ve received anywhere and I’m not hard to please. Disappointing time and again.

You will be constantly put on hold for a long time and be left stranded!Staff needs to be trained on how to deal with the customers!I once called from 20 mins. away from my vehicle and I was put on hold. I ended up walking into the store holding up mobile device and showing them that I was still on hold! The tall, skinny and covered by tattoos guy was the culprit!Hes rude, unprofessional and always in a bad mood! Never a smile from him! Ever!I get my breakfast and lunch from this place almost every single day.... But NO MORE!

I work at a nearby construction site and have made this bagel shop my usual breakfast spot, Ive been coming here for about 3 years and the service from the new staff is unprofessional, inconsistent, never smiling, never greeting customers, filthy mouths and totally rude and obnoxious. The orders take forever and the price for the same item changes daily smh. NEVER coming back and NEVER recommending this place, I was hoping to give 1/2 star if it was available...

One of the worst bagel shops around! Long waits 30 minutes or so and they always make a mistake. To top it off, they were very rude and not apologetic at all about their mistakes I’ll never go there again. The one on Jericho Turnpike is so much better.

How this place is still open is a total mystery to me... Came here for a quick bite at 2pm Sunday. They close at 3pm. All chairs were on top of tables. After we ordered a couple sandwiches, we took down a couple chairs to eat quick and leave. The woman behind the counter said they are closing soon. I asked what time she said 3. So I said we will eat quick and put the chairs back after. The woman behind the counter told us they want to mop and we cant sit. We walked out and Ill never go there again. I was here twice and the time before that, it took them 15 minutes to make 2 sandwiches after a 20 minute wait. Learn how to treat your customers! I will stick with my usual spot on Jericho Tpke Bagel stop. They are a few Korean immigrants who treat all their customers like gold and memorize all their regulars names and orders.

It really surprised me with how low key it was considering i bit into GREATNESSyou dont wanna be on your deathbed and be like i never tasted a untoasted salt bagel with jalapeno cream cheese

Just tried this bagel store for the first time.. . Heres my review... the customer service was grea, however it was waaaayyy overpriced.... not worth it for almost 10$ for a bacon egg and cheese and a juice. The egg was overpowering and the bacon was too hard... the bagel wasnt toasted either... I decided to try here because bagel boss is kosher and doesnt sell meat... i think Ill try for somewhere else next time.

Bagel, salads, sandwiches and a pretty large selection of cold drinks. It was a nice surprise.

I would give minus one star. I ordered a toasted everything flagel with loxspread. Got to my office and it was with vegetable cream-cheese which i can not eat. Spoke to the manager and told him to make the right one and send it via their delivery service at their cost, i am down the block. He refused. For me to go back out would cost me 45 minutes round trip. A shop that will not correct their error is not worth your business.

Good bagels Staff does not listen. No matter how many times you say easy with the butter you will still need to wipe half of it off. There is always a line. Not because theres a lot of people but because the staff is not trained well and are very slow and inefficient

Always good, nice oven dried bagels and yummy muffins.Be sure to wait in line by the glass displays, everyone by the counter already ordered and is waiting for food.
