Prescriptions are never ready. I always have to wait and pull back around the drive through line even though the prescription is supposedly “ready for pickup”. I was told to come back in an hour for a prescription that was “ready”. Still had to wait half an hour after that hour and the prescription wasn’t even mixed. My experiences there are consistently terrible.

Scheduled online flu shot vaccine said to come in. Go in one person giving vaccinations and when she was done sat there with the lady she gave to talking about tattoos. Never checked to see if others were waiting. Very unprofessional and when I reported it they told me to just wait when she’s ready she’ll be there again so not right

Store associate is very rude. Call store to speak with manager and no one available. Ask to call me. Never called. I think I’ll shop at Walgreens and transfer my prescription there. Such a shame

Staff and pharmacy are always helpful. Great sales, promotions and returns are quick and easy.

Terrible pharmacy! Nothing is ever ready when they say it will be.

POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. I bought a defective pair of reading glasses that fell apart within a few days. I returned the glasses and the receipt the following day. They would not refund me or issue a store credit because they did not have anymore in stock. If I wanted a refund, I should check at another CVS and see if they had the exact same glasses. I was told the manager would not speak to me because she was doing an interview. I was a retail store manager years ago and would not treat a customer in such a rude manner. I have been shopping there since the store opened and will never go back. The cashier said take another pair of glasses and gave me three dollars to leave. Odd, it was not even the same brand.

Third time was told Rx was ready, show up it isnt

Terrible service! They let me schedule an appointment online to get a chickenpox vaccine and when I get there is when they tell me they dont have it. Then they told me I could go the next day that they would have it, when I get there, they say they never ordered it and to come the next day, I do so, and once again they said they didnt do it. If I knew they were gonna be so terrible I wouldve went to another pharmacy for sure that at least told me the truth about when they would have it!

The drive through pharmacy window is blocked and covered up and looks run down. I waited for someone to come to the window for service for quite some time. Come to find out the pharmacist took the keys home. You cant make mistakes like that. Its not a video rental store. Remove the cover.

So Ive been coming here for awhile and recently moved and was forced to go to another CVS...it does not compare to the pharmacy staff here in New Kensington. In New Kensington, they are very friendly, helpful, and courteous each and every time...i never had a bad experience and i just feel the need to recognize these employees because they are great!

Great store and staff. Elizabeth is an amazing pharmacist!!!
