The absolute WORST pharmacy Ive ever been to. Im getting all of my prescriptions moved. Every pharm tech is extremely rude. Truly pitiful.

Absolutely horrible pharmacy, they ignored me for 30 minutes. I was only trying to get my prescription. Never got it, go figure. Horrible horrible. Go somewhere else.

They are very helpful and friendly! Ive never had a problem getting a prescription filled. Very good at having their sale items to!

I had nothing but problems and recently switched to CVS because of it. I would get a call saying all my prescriptions were ready then when I woupd get there I would end up having to wait an additional 30 minutes because they in fact did not have everything ready. At one point I was trying to refill one prescription and the pharmasicst told me I had no refills left. I had to drive all the way back to my house and grab the bottle where it very clearly stated I had refills left then had to wait even longer while he tried to get my refill. They just seen very unorganized and seemed irritated when I asked questions. They even gave me a hard time when I tried to transfer my prescriptions and actually still have NOT transferred my albuterol prescription to my new pharmacy.

Friendly place with a very helpful staff. The pharmacy could be somewhat better. Store is well lit and things are fairly easy to find. The cashiers always seem to have a smile on their face.

I switched to CVS down the road because my doc wrote the wrong dosage on my script and rite aid wanted me to go all the way back to the dr office in downtown Pittsburgh for a new script. I tried at CVS with the same script and they were happy to just call my doctor for me. I was also denied the option to use a GoodRx coupon and was told they dont take those. CVS has better customer service.

I called to fill my prescription and they told me it would ready in an hour. I came down a little over an hour to pick it up and it wasn’t ready and that it would be an additional hour. When I arrived the second time, now being over 2 hours they told me it still wasn’t ready and I had to sit at the window and wait.I don’t understand how it took 2 hours to put 20 pills in a bottle.🤦🏼‍♀️

Nope, dont use this pharmacy if you can help it. Absolutely horrible at managing filling scripts in a timely manner. My Dr. put a script in for me at 130pm, went to pick it up at 630pm and it wasnt even looked at yet!! This isnt the first time this has happened to!! You know the excuse I received? Oh sorry sir, we are busy....I mean come on!! To busy to look at a script that is possiblu essential to sustain someones life???? Time to change pharmacy.

I deal mostly with the pharmacy. They are extremely friendly and do an outstanding job getting your prescriptions.

Slowest pharmacy service Ive ever dealt with at any of the rite aids Ive ever been to. Its always an hour wait for a prescription.
