Scheduled a COVID shot for this location and got there store was closed no one showed up to work.
Compared to the CVS from where Im from in California this was is not as good. Everything seems very cramped and its hard to walk the aisles with two people passing by each other. I think they need to reorganized the layout but I understand why they have to do that. They just dont have the room necessary like other CVS to feel comfortable while shopping.
They used to be nice to the customer but not anymore. Work environment seems tense.
Very clean and very pleasant staff that were extremely helpful thank you cvs staff
Cashiers are friendly and helpful my favorite place to shop
Computer issues and bad advice delayed medications so long that by the time the meds were prepared, my child had to be admitted into the hospital.
I’ve been getting my medicine for over a year here and it’s always been a positive interaction. I’ve dealt with almost all of their employees and everyone is friendly and helpful.
If youre not careful the guy with the gauged ears will drastically overcharge you. He tried to charge me $600 for a $300 inhaler that had a 0 copay. He does things like that habitually. If you get him, have a supervisor check his work before you pay. Dont ask him for advice he doesnt know anything.
Great service!
Large choice of vitamins.
Great service
The pharmacists are so rude. Whenever I call in regards to prescriptions they give me attitude as if im supposed to know the information.
The female pharmacist is extremely unprofessional on the phone, she is rude, short and makes it aware she is being inconvenienced. I as a med tech in a doctor’s office call pharmacies all day long, and I deal with pharmacies and pharmacist all over and never have I ever had such a horrible rude encounter. As apart of the relationship between pharmacist and provider it’s your job to help us find what’s covered and what is not by patients insurance, not act inconvenienced by our questions and us asking to speak to you directly to give you our patients prescriptions!
CVS on Bank St. New London, CT. is the worst CVS experience I have ever had. The female staff are rude and discourteous, bordering on disrespectful. Their customer service is completely lacking and I will be moving all of my medication needs out of CVS Pharmacy completely. They treat customers as if they are drug seeking and behave as if they are certified to make decisions as if they themselves are doctors, very unpleasant and unprofessional.😤😡
The staff here are SO courteous and, seem to have a genuine interest in your well-being. They seem to be able to answer most any question, whether it be about prescriptions, otc meds or, drug interaction.
Nice people. They did give my daughter wrong medicine and she almost died but good customer service.
