No grilled hot dogs at 7:30am

I like coming in after my shift to get a coffee often early morning. I’m greeted by Raymond and he is always smiling and making me laugh.He has great customer service... Always with a fresh pot of coffee waiting......

The woman behind the counter always is friendly with the most beautiful smile. She is a gift. Oh. the coffee is really good too.

The crackhead behind me drinking a delicious cherry slurpee passionately talking about the Toronto Raptors was fun to witness

I really dont like going into stores but this one I enjoy Rachel makes me smile all the time. Helps me with things I need and since I have been going there she learned my name and we have good convos when I see her such a great employee..

I just moved to new london and i have been goimg to 711 out here and i always enjoy seeing Rachel, friendly funny and knows her customers names.

Employees are all so friendly, the store is ALWAYS clean, and theres a great selection for whatever your needs.

I love to go there. Its always neat and clean and the people people there is always so nice.

I have been coming to 7-Eleven for years now and I have never gotten such poor customer service from any business I have ever gone to then I did a few days agoThe cashier looked like I was bothering her because she had to get up out of her chair to come and wait on me she was not friendly and acted like I was bothering her she was extremely rude and proceeded to argue with me over the price of a soda I wish I’d gotten her name but she was an average height kind of chunky with purple hair I really hope they do something about her because I would hate to lose the convenient store so close to home

Terrible owners son who works there. Made racial remarks to a customer he didnt agree with in front of 4 people. Got into a screaming argument over a customer telling him to put them item he got back and when the customer told him to go put it back instead of sitting on his cell phone, he cussed out the customer and told him to never come back. I wont be going here anymore.

Im disabled and they use to be accommodating however the last time I patronized their business they were not! Poor attitudes and not caring!

Beat up old candy, no public bathrooms, have bad attitude towards customers, rate themselves on gas prices cheaper then they really are.
