Very helpful people are knowledgeable and always understanding. Hard to find a cellular service in this area with this type of service. As for the actual cell service pretty good all around.
I ported over a phone # from another carrier to join a AT&T family plan, and purchased a phone on the AT&T website. Easy! Everything was completed and I just had to come here to pick up the phone. I arrived and was told that they didnt have my order, even after me supplying the order #. They eventually found my order but said they were going to cancel it and redo it. Suspicion set in immediately.After almost an hour of frustratingly waiting, I was told everything is all set. After 5 days working just fine, my phone is now suspended, and upon further inspection, they charged me full price for the phone instead of the sale price I had purchased it at earlier that day, they added they more expensive plan, AND they tacked on a $15/mo protection plan none of which I was asked about.I strongly suspect that they canceled my original, complete and successful order just so they can get compensation through their store, as the sales rep made a couple comments during my time there to his coworkers along the lines of As long as theyre getting it through us I dont care.Im still on with AT&T support, 2 hours in, trying to get this SIMPLE issue resolved.My advice is to try your best to do everything on your own, via the website, and choose ship to you and not store pickup.

When I bought my phone I was charged for services that were never explained. So I brought my bill back to the store after spending 30 minutes on the phone with AT&T. The manager, John, had to send my information to his manager. I texted him three times and was told to come back to the store. When I got to the store I was made to wait another 30 minutes plus. I can’t say that the service was professional. I think they were understaffed!I’ve always been very happy with AT&T which is why we’ve been customers for so many years. This was really my only negative experience.
I had a great experience visiting this AT&T store. Matthew was wonderful, very helpful; and went above and beyond. I went in for a new screen protector and ended up walking out with a discount on my family phone plan. I recommend this location to anyone in the area!

I went in to get a new phone. My sales rep Tyron, was superb. He was able to get me my phone, knew all the plans, and found the best fit for me. In the mean time, he also was able to help other customers with small problems seamlessly. Tyron is polite, knowledgeable and everything a service rep should be.

Amber was amazing! Despite the system crashing and numerous phone calls that ensued as a result that havoc the crashing caused to my account she remained professional and courteous. Amber has the patience of a saint. We will definitely be back.

Back in December I ordered an phone XR online for “2 hour pick up” at this location. I never received an email saying the phone was ready, so the next day I go to the store and they say the phone is not ready and ask me to come back later. I come back later that day and they say that because it’s been over 24 hours since I ordered it, my order has expired and I have to start again. So the store manager upsells me an iPhone 12 instead. Later I find out that the at&t store opened TWO accounts under my name and charged me for BOTH phones, even tho I obviously never got the iPhone XR. It’s been 4 months of countless calls and hours speaking to at&t representatives explaining this situation and they STILL have not rectified this problem or erased this balance. This has been the worst experience and I certainly regret switching from Verizon to at&t.

I walked into the store and visually looked around saw a sales representative and no one even greeted me at all there was no hello can you wait a minute and Im handling other customers very poor service so I walked out and went to cricket.
This AT&T store is by far the best AT&T store I have ever been to. Matt the manager is a great guy, easy to work with and makes the process very easy and enjoyable. Thank you to him and his staff.

My mother bought a brand new iphone a little over two weeks ago. The charger that it came with stopped working. Mind you, she keeps it one spot where nothing can happen to it. So after two weeks if the charger stops working, it clearly was just a faulty charger.When she went to exchange it out, she was told that their limit for exchanging items was two weeks (she only missed this deadline but a few days). She continued to explain her situation. She asked to speak to the manager who was not just unhelpful, but extremely rude.So at the end of it all, my mother has to drive to Danbury to exchange this charger. Danbury was extremely helpful. What happened to customer service? Just take your business to a different att store in the first place.
They have friendly staff people and I was able to make the changes I needed for my business account. Store manager Tiepla went above and beyond to help me. I nearly spent 2 hours in the store but the time flew by as it a pleasant experience. I highly recommend this store as a stop to go if you need 5star help. I will definitely be back here in the near future once I decide to upgrade my phone.

Friendly Knowledgeable staff. I went in, as is often the case, expecting a sales pitch and feeling like i would get the skirt around my more complicated questions but the staff was awesome, and really listened to my questions and gave me straight answers. I didnt feel like they were trying to hide anything or sell me something, they were really just straight and honest with me, which was a big relief. We ended up with a great deal, and without even asking they helped me find the best current deals they had going for our needs. Anthony and the manager that was on (forgot to ask for her name) were both really great, glad we went in instead of trying to do everything myself online, definitely had a better experience.

I loved how everyone was laughing and making jokes. No one was quiet. There was laughter and joy. I felt like it was normal in the world again. There was no such thing of the pandemic in that store. Besides the masks we were wearing. I will love to go to that store again and will go back.

We will always want to go see her when we go into this particular store I can’t even tell you what a pleasure it was. We were waited on right away she listen to the both of us as we’re a little bit older and we’re not that very savvy with the phones but she went out of her way to explain everything and always being so kind . I worked with Anthony and he was very professional and knowledgable. I had a bunch of problems with my account and bill due to a previous at&t rep, and Anthony was able to fix my billing issues, and then even get me a brand new phone while helping me save money on my bill!! Big win for me!
I have visited this AT&t location on a fuel occasions. They used to be located in a different shopping center, but they moved in the past few years when the new location was built in the center area of New Milford. This is a great location, very easy to say from the side of the road, especially with the signage. I knew the manager, I believe he still works there because I have seen his car around town. Hes an excellent guy, very helpful, very technically proficient. I always get the answers that I need by answer the store, and they generally have the items that I need when I go there looking for something specific. If I need AT&t products or AT&t service this is generally where I go.

The volume when I was on my phone was very low went to settings and checked the volume was up. Went to ATT in New Milford. I told Tom my problem and told him I already checked my volume. Not trying to attempt to even look at my phone told me it was old and needed a new one. Being annoyed I asked him without looking at my account how he could tell me. I told him to bring up my account which he wasnt about to do. I had a few more minutes this to go. Left there and went to ATT in Brookfield, Ryan helped me fixedmy phone and left there in a matter of minutes. Ryan was very helpful.

Stores nice and clean .great location dean was very helpful . the lady manager seems under qualified andI thought she was the new helper . my particular process took a little longer then ussal and she came over making comment about how much longer it was going to take. kinda rude. looked at me like i was crazy when I asked for water. the accessories are marked up thru the roof they are kinda pushy about trying to get you into extras and you can tell they get bummed when your like nope no extras no watch no direct tv and hell know i dont want a 45$ screen protector. i can get for $3 on ebay.
